Olga was INCREDIBLE! Went a few weeks ago with my friend, had the best wine, such incredible nibbles. Had no idea this place existed! Had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

Veronica and James very helpful gave us a very detailed rundown on the wines 10/10 service couldn't fault however one letdown after having 7 small plates was the steak sharing plate which was chewy and not edible. Apart from that drinks and staff service 10/10 would come again just know what to order.

Olga took care of us and my god was she super friendly and super helpful! She single-handedly saved us thousands of pounds worth of a wine crash course class. We must have tasted 10+ wines (reds and whites) and learned a ton from her! She is just amazing. Highly recommend the experience!

This spot is a true gem for wine lovers! They offer an impressive selection of wines to taste or enjoy by the glass, making it the perfect place for a relaxed yet refined experience. While there are a variety of dishes available for pairing, I found myself completely immersed in the wine journey. I discovered several new favorites that matched my palate beautifully. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place I’d return to for another lovely wine discovery.

We came for an evening out for my Girlfriends birthday and have a fantastic time. A very unique experience with the self serving wine machines and the customer care was not lacking at all due to this. Rachel gave us a warm welcome and helpful introduction that has us all excited to start getting wine. Alex and Jo were also really friendly and approachable helping us whenever we had a question or ask for a recommendation. Thanks to all the team for a great evening.

When I arrived with my friend, we were quickly attended to with a friendly smile. I asked him to explain how it worked, & he did in detail with enthusiasm. I didn't get his name. Rachael was very attentive & helpful to my friend too.

Jo showed us a variety of wines. The best customer service I’ve ever received. He’s a great asset to the team and we’d come back just for his expertise!!

We organised a wine tasting for 4 people and Olga and Andrei gave us an excellent Saturday afternoon. Super wines, knowledgeable staff, great location and nice food. Definitely going back again.

Lati one of the most attentive and kindest waitress I have ever met. She made my experience at Vagabond so good. Although I have visited numerous times, I have never had such great service before.

Came for a wine + cheese master class and had such an interesting and lovely evening! Star guided us through the pairings in a knowledgeable but fun way - we had a lovely time and learned a lot as well. The wines were great and so well paired with the cheeses. Would recommend!

Went today together with a friend. We started out with an orange wine. After this wine we were a bit undecisive what to get, and Andrei helped us so well. He had so many good suggestions and really knew what he was talking about. He also listened to our reactions to the different wines and adjusted the reccomandations accordingly, which is an art on its own! Andrei, thank you for your help, we had a lovely afternoon

What a great idea! 100 wines that you can taste by glass from machines that you serve yourself. Lovely helpful staff, and great location in central London. No pressure to buy lots of glasses so very relaxed. They do food as well.

Great selection of wine, cheese and food. The vibe inside is perfect for a night out, whether with a group or for a couple. The service was amazing and I want to give a shout out to Rachel, who made us feel so welcome! In general, a great place totally worth visiting.

Great wine and cheese tasting with Andrei

Really nice winery, with an innovative concept. Excellent customer service! The employees spent sometime explaining us different varieties of wine and gave us few to try before selecting our own. However, we order a cheese platter, which was not value for money. The cheese and meat wasn’t very fresh and it was a very poor in terms of selections.

Vagabond built her theatre, but Olga owns the show. Her attentiveness is unparalleled in Central London and she's in it for her love of wine not the sell. The sells follow. I challenge you to hang out with Olga at Vagabond on Charlotte St and not leave merry and content, wiser and somehow more wondrous.

First time at a Vagabond and I will proudly say that it will not be my last. Really liked the concept especially as I'm quite fussy about wine. I tried many that I liked the description of but didn't like the taste of so it was good I could sample rather than buy a whole glass. It would be nice if they could offer a limited number of free samples per visit as it does add up and I didn't think the descriptions were very accurate in some instances. You order and activate the taps through an app. I did think it ruined the atmosphere a bit to have people looking at or being on their phones. The service was excellent even though drinks are self-service. Staff were friendly and explained how it worked. Food was overpriced for very small portions. And the bread was an added extra for the humus. Not sure why anyone would order humus on its own, isn't it a given that you dip something into it?? It was about £8 for a very small portion of humus with some bread which is extortionate. It was expensive so I wouldn't make a habit of coming here. Two starters, two 125ml glasses of wine and about 3 or 4 samples came to about £45. Definitely the type of place to come with someone who enjoys wine otherwise you're wasting your time and money. I recommend the gewurztraminer.

Así que sólo quería un aperitivo y tuve que ir al bar a pedir unas croquetas - antes de sentarme de nuevo me cobró £ 9 ! El menú decía £ 8 y cuando lo consulté dijo que el servicio es automático. Entonces dije, pero he tenido que levantarme para ordenar - dijo lo siento! Primer error. Cuando llegaron, y tan delicioso como eran, £ 9 por 4 pequeños - todavía tenía hambre. Eso me pareció caro. Luego está el vino. Se enorgullecen de mostrar en la ventana que si descarga la aplicación obtiene £ 10 de descuento en su primer vaso. Genial! Hasta No había burbujas. No había NZ Sav be -No había nada que reconociera -¡Yo sé vino! Luego el caballero que servía me dejó probar unos pocos, luego después del día 6 encontré uno bueno - pero como era £ 9. 70 el vaso, no podía usar mi vale de £ 10 ya que ahora me dicen que tiene que ser más de £ 10 - hombre vivo. Más caza para encontrar uno más caro que estaba bien. ¿Por qué no se puede usar el vale para un vaso más barato? El ambiente es agradable y me sentí cómodo como un comensal solo, pero algunos ajustes necesarios me siento. #wood_esther_go_back

A great recommendation for a casual get-together. There's a great vibe and a wide range of very good wine. We ordered a cheese board, which was a perfect combination for our wine.

Olga is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about wine, and I tried a fantastic own-label orange wine as well as tasters of a wide variety of grapes. Highly recommended if you are curious and/or adventurous about wine- they have a huge variety to try and a generous takeaway discount. I will be back!

The whole experience at Vagabond is incredible. From their impressive collection of wines to brilliant bartenders, the atmosphere is perfect. We came on New Year’s Eve and Star was absolutely incredible. I mentioned wanting a Cote de Provence and they recommended an amazing Rosé by Judith Beck which was just perfect. They went above and beyond to recommend wines to us and they all hit the mark! Thank you Star xx

Great place to share wine and a chat with friends. The music also made it to a nice bubbly atmosphere. Many wines to choose from, however nothing extremely refined with some of the options being rather expensive.

Visited 9/11/24. Seated within a couple of minutes. Provided with several great recommendations of wine from Star and Luis and felt like we had a very informed and personal service. The Fondu food platter was amazing and enhanced the experience. The music playlist was the perfect vibe and created the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Definitely recommend, especially if you are able to chat and be served by Star and Luis!

We went to Vagabond Soho for a few drinks before our anniversary dinner. The staff were just lovely, especially Star. She was so knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we were after and recommended some excellent wines. We had such a fab time there and will def be back.

Large selection of wines, including sparkling wines, pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. I liked the idea when you can choose what and how much to pour, almost like at gas stations.

Excellent place, Excellent Staff, Excellent wines. Yesterday we were served by Lati She was mind blowing! She offered us excellent rose (Jadis) which we all loved! It was superb! the wine machine was having some issues downstairs, though she did run upstairs and grab us a proper sized drink and she was very humbled, we talked about wines! And we will keep visiting Vagabond for excellent wine collection and for Lati as well!!

Went for the wine tasting class, our sommelier was Savi, she was very helpful and very informative, she took her time to explain each one and we had loads of fun. Pleasant evening.

My friend and I had a wine tasting session with Savi, and we really enjoyed it. It was easily understandable, easy to follow. There was a variety pf wine and cheese to taste, and Savi was very patient and kind to answer any questions we had.
