Vagabond built her theatre, but Olga owns the show. Her attentiveness is unparalleled in Central London and she's in it for her love of wine not the sell. The sells follow. I challenge you to hang out with Olga at Vagabond on Charlotte St and not leave merry and content, wiser and somehow more wondrous.

I did not notice the expertise,at least the useful ones but I appreciated the effort.

This bar is incredible. Olga was very knowledgable and super friendly in helping me find a wine I truly adored. The playlist was great giving an immaculate atmosphere, and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to return!

First time at a Vagabond and I will proudly say that it will not be my last. Olga welcomed me and my group and she also kindly went through the range of wines and tastings - very knowledgeable, very warm and very inviting. The wine selection is incredible. The food was perfect. The music was 10/10. Highly recommend!

Great place. Abbie was brilliant - she went above and beyond for our group. Lovely food.

Really liked the concept especially as I'm quite fussy about wine. I tried many that I liked the description of but didn't like the taste of so it was good I could sample rather than buy a whole glass. It would be nice if they could offer a limited number of free samples per visit as it does add up and I didn't think the descriptions were very accurate in some instances. You order and activate the taps through an app. I did think it ruined the atmosphere a bit to have people looking at or being on their phones. The service was excellent even though drinks are self-service. Staff were friendly and explained how it worked. Food was overpriced for very small portions. And the bread was an added extra for the humus. Not sure why anyone would order humus on its own, isn't it a given that you dip something into it?? It was about £8 for a very small portion of humus with some bread which is extortionate. It was expensive so I wouldn't make a habit of coming here. Two starters, two 125ml glasses of wine and about 3 or 4 samples came to about £45. Definitely the type of place to come with someone who enjoys wine otherwise you're wasting your time and money. I recommend the gewurztraminer.

Alguien debe estar enrollando el banco, ya que me sorprendió que todavía está abierto. Así que sólo quería un aperitivo y tuve que ir al bar a pedir unas croquetas - antes de sentarme de nuevo me cobró £ 9 ! El menú decía £ 8 y cuando lo consulté dijo que el servicio es automático. Entonces dije, pero he tenido que levantarme para ordenar - dijo lo siento! Primer error. Cuando llegaron, y tan delicioso como eran, £ 9 por 4 pequeños - todavía tenía hambre. Eso me pareció caro. Luego está el vino. Se enorgullecen de mostrar en la ventana que si descarga la aplicación obtiene £ 10 de descuento en su primer vaso. Genial! Hasta No había burbujas. No había NZ Sav be -No había nada que reconociera -¡Yo sé vino! Luego el caballero que servía me dejó probar unos pocos, luego después del día 6 encontré uno bueno - pero como era £ 9. 70 el vaso, no podía usar mi vale de £ 10 ya que ahora me dicen que tiene que ser más de £ 10 - hombre vivo. Más caza para encontrar uno más caro que estaba bien. ¿Por qué no se puede usar el vale para un vaso más barato? El ambiente es agradable y me sentí cómodo como un comensal solo, pero algunos ajustes necesarios me siento. #wood_esther_go_back

A great recommendation for a casual get-together. There's a great vibe and a wide range of very good wine. We ordered a cheese board, which was a perfect combination for our wine.

Olga is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about wine, and I tried a fantastic own-label orange wine as well as tasters of a wide variety of grapes. Highly recommended if you are curious and/or adventurous about wine- they have a huge variety to try and a generous takeaway discount. I will be back!

The whole experience at Vagabond is incredible. From their impressive collection of wines to brilliant bartenders, the atmosphere is perfect. We came on New Year’s Eve and Star was absolutely incredible. I mentioned wanting a Cote de Provence and they recommended an amazing Rosé by Judith Beck which was just perfect. They went above and beyond to recommend wines to us and they all hit the mark! Thank you Star xx

Great place to share wine and a chat with friends. The music also made it to a nice bubbly atmosphere. Many wines to choose from, however nothing extremely refined with some of the options being rather expensive.

Visited 9/11/24. Seated within a couple of minutes. Provided with several great recommendations of wine from Star and Luis and felt like we had a very informed and personal service. The Fondu food platter was amazing and enhanced the experience. The music playlist was the perfect vibe and created the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Definitely recommend, especially if you are able to chat and be served by Star and Luis!

We went to Vagabond Soho for a few drinks before our anniversary dinner. The staff were just lovely, especially Star. She was so knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we were after and recommended some excellent wines. We had such a fab time there and will def be back.

We had Savi host our wine tasting with a twist networking event.. great fun, great atmosphere and great wine.. fun time had by all thank you very much… would highly recommend for client networking we had 23 guests and the room downstairs worked perfectly!

Large selection of wines, including sparkling wines, pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. I liked the idea when you can choose what and how much to pour, almost like at gas stations.

Excellent place, Excellent Staff, Excellent wines. Yesterday we were served by Lati She was mind blowing! She offered us excellent rose (Jadis) which we all loved! It was superb! the wine machine was having some issues downstairs, though she did run upstairs and grab us a proper sized drink and she was very humbled, we talked about wines! And we will keep visiting Vagabond for excellent wine collection and for Lati as well!!

Went for the wine tasting class, our sommelier was Savi, she was very helpful and very informative, she took her time to explain each one and we had loads of fun. Pleasant evening.

My friend and I had a wine tasting session with Savi, and we really enjoyed it. It was easily understandable, easy to follow. There was a variety pf wine and cheese to taste, and Savi was very patient and kind to answer any questions we had.

Even the best and most original concepts for innovative customer experience, like this selfservice automated vinothèque, rely on proper execution. The glasses put at the disposal of customers were almost all of them incredibly dirty, not properly washed, or wet and warm with patches of some grey residue. Politely pointing this out to the staff, did not meet with enthusiasm. So we left after one glass of reasonably good if overpriced SB.

We had such a good time! Birthday drinks that were extra special and latifun was wonderful she was so helpful and so accommodating helping with our difficult customer requests… She deserves a raise!

Comparing to the other Vagabond's, this one is a little bit small. It was airless when visited on a cold winter evening. Maybe it could be good in the spring/summer, but you can look into others in cold weather.

They have a lot of easy-going wine but apparently not enough complex wine. The price range was pretty similar, and the wine list was average. Although the staff were very attentive.

When the concept of this bar was explained to me, I was far from convinced. The smart casual decor is pleasant. If you don't know, you serve yourself from wine dispensers. I am now a fully fledged convert. It's a great idea, which encouraged me to try a wider variety of wines than I would normally do. Staff are friendly, making suggestions without ever being pushy. Cheese and charcuterie board added to our enjoyment rounding off a very relaxing afternoon.

Vagabond is a chain of wine bars that offer 100ts of different glasses of wine. Good vibe. The food was reasonably good but not great.

Patatas Bravas were undercooked. Meatballs were overcooked. Croquetas were okay. You are required to order everything via app (you manage the wine pouring yourself too) but they charge a fee for or using the app. Even though there's no wait staff, they automatically bill a "service charge." The vibe and atmosphere were nice.

This bar is such a great idea for anyone wanting to taste and learn more about wine. The atmosphere is great too! It's a very tiny bar but very lively. We tasted some starters to share and it was overall a bit disappointing. I wish they enhanced this tasting experience, expanding the menu and suggesting pairings for each of the wines. It's a bit expensive but I guess that for central London this is okay. Love the concept. Will definitely be back. Just not for food 😅

The selection of wine is interesting and we loved being able to taste lots of wines as you can have a small portion and tap your card to pay. The food we ordered wasn’t good. Bland undercooked cauliflower, beef brisket in some sort of bbq sauce, over salted potatoes and meatballs. Probably better to either stick to bread and olives with your wine or eat somewhere else. It’s a great vibe and if we hadn’t eaten there we would have given 5 stars.

Excellent selection of wine, great ambience and outstanding customer service. I chose this spot as I’m new to the wine world and wanted to explore my options, and this is exactly what was delivered! If you’re looking to have a relaxing, cosy evening with great wine, then this is the place for you!

I have been to the branch in Victoria many times and it's fantastic. It mixes uber trendy, service and a great wine experience. However the manager here was so rude about us ordering, so unhelpful that it just all felt really sour. We needed help with the menu, she just didn't care and made us feel derogatory for asking questions. Fortunately though there was a young guy working there who was incredibly helpful and friendly and without him this would be a one star review. If he was running and managing the place it would be five stars, but this woman was so sour that I just don't want to go back. She was nice at the end of our meal but by that time it was too late. We just weren't feeling it and so only had one glass of wine each, then went to a local hotel bar nearby with real customer service and had a great time. To repeat, if the younger guy was the manager and doing the customer service we would have loved it and definitely return. The food was good though in very nicely done. I will return to their Victoria branch but probably not to this one.

Lovely concept and friendly atmosphere. It’s not too loud so you can chat with friends without shouting. The self serve aspect also makes it really easy to just grab what you want.

We popped into vagabond on a whim and were greeted by Alex's. We'd never been before but he was welcoming, informative and charming. The concept of vagabond is brilliant for any occasion and gives any wine lover a chance to get out of their comfort zone and try new wines without disappointing the table or wasting a bottle at a high mark up. We were the only ones there at midday but it still felt relaxing and inviting, will definitely be returning at the peak of our evening rather than the beginning!

Happened upon this gem whilst waiting for Monopoly on Tottenham Court Road. What a find! Every wine you could imagine with no commitment to buy a bottle. Sample everything and great choices on offer. Highly recommend the unusual Georgian wine and the house champagne! Delightful, reasonably priced tapas on offer for the perfect accompaniment to your deink choices. Atmosphere is vibing and decor on point. Love love love. Will be back for sure. This place is everything. You don't event have to wait for the bill because it is all paid up front. What’s not to love?

Hosted a team Christmas party for five at Vagabond. It was a great experience, the food was way above what I was expecting, and it kept coming. We went for the highest price Christmas Menu - I would highly recommend - it helped to mop up the lovely wine

This was a fabulous find - friendly staff, lovely selection of small plates of food, 'do-it-yourself' wine and a casual atmosphere. I'd def go back :)
