Gracias al servicio profesional/amistoso del Equipo Madhu para hacer del cumpleaños de nuestra hija una noche memorable y esperamos volver a visitarlo en un futuro cercano. Where to start…very welcoming on arrival and shown promptly to our table where other family members where already there. Service and the quality/taste of food was exceptional. Thank you to Manoj and his professional/friendly team in making our daughter’s birthday a memorable evening and hope to revisit in the near future. Highly recommend Madhu’s.

Enjoyed an excellent social here - the food ambience and service was excellent. Manoj made a real effort to make sure our needs were met- I’m especially grateful to him for offering my picky 6 year old some chocolate chip ice cream when she didn’t like the generic vanilla ice cream that we had requested for everyone. A must visit!

Excellent quality of food and service

We have held an event at madhu’s for 50+ people and the night went without a glitch. The restaurant manager Manoj went above and beyond to accommodate every request on the evening. The food was absolutely superb, the service impeccable, the restaurant itself was very smart and had an outdoor terrace. The staff were so polite and around for everyone’s beck and call. We have now booked another event for this Sunday! And plan to have many more there!

I recently enjoyed an exceptional Indian meal at Madhu's, the most authentic I've experienced in years. Halal menus and excellent range of vegetarian options. Must try the Madhu's specials. The quality was remarkably reminiscent of homemade food. For an authentic taste of Indian cuisine, I highly recommend Madhu's in Richmond. Special thank you to Manoj for taking care of us.

To All Muslim Patrons Please Don’t Use This Restaurant And Avoid It Any Cost. I Booked Table 4 On Eid Day and was really looking forward to the evening but turned out negative. When we entered the restaurant, the manager was unsure whether we had a reservations, then I gave my name and the waitress took us to the table, it was not to busy as thought. We ordered Baskets of papadams, drinks, one Starter Sharing Plater and Non Veg Thali the waitress was unsure of the weather is going to be enough for people and she said yes. The stuff was inexperience As I said I want the starter and main together but I got the starter first which was disappointing as I enquired with them and ask for the manager but manager did not attained to come and see us, so I went and spoke to manager directly but his response was very unprofessional and negative and stated no restaurant can serve all together I did no comment but he was very miserable attitude and I said I was not very happy I ordered extra portions of Sharing Plater and it after fifteen/ twenty minutes, the service was very slow, the waiting team didn’t ask how was the food. There was not much dessert selection choice, so I ask for the bill. Food was not to bad bad service and management was and the menu was over priced according to portions and I because of branding I must say. It’s not the kind of restaurant you want to go for Eid celebration to all Muslim Brothers and Sisters. The Bill came to around £115 I told them I am not paying service charge which they are not deserving as because of poor service so it was £102:50 Please don’t waste your money. I came from Lewisham south east London I Drove the it took over One and half hours Not worth it trust me. It was waste off journey and the important evening . I would recommend Saffron Kitchen Lee bridge Leytonstone, Wattan ILFORD Lane and Sahara Grill or Stakeout .

Stumbled across Madhu’s so had no preconceived notions about the place. All I can say is WOW. Food,staff, chef, all amazing. Walked in with an unbooked table for 9 and was instantly made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Will be taking the 2 hour drive back here to eat again.

Manoj and his team hosted our corporate breaking fast event. We over booked and only limited numbers arrived. Manoj and his team were understanding and still offered the highest level of service and atmosphere to all who arrived. The food was divine and would recommend to all who have the chance to visit. today i visited madhu’s richmond with my friends ,The staff was really amazing especially the restaurant manager(Manoj) the way they welcomed us that was really nice and hospitality staff was great and what i would say about the food. the food was really nice especially ( the grilled kebab that was really mouth watering ). At last chef was personally come to us for getting checkback about the food.I recommend all of you to visit madhu’s once its really worth eating there. First off, the service was impeccable. I had the Iftar menu, and it was more than plenty for one person. The starters were perfectly cooked and delicious. For the mains, I would highly recommend the makhni daal, prawn curry, and murgh makhni. The lamb curry was a bit bland, and the chicken biryani was a little dry, which was disappointing. The raita and pilau rice were tasty. The dessert was also good. The atmosphere was nice and chilled out, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate them for the complimentary dates, olives, and rooh afza milk to open our fast with, as well as making room in the office to pray Maghrib. Overall, it was a very solid 8.5/10. Would definitely go again.

Went there for date night. Great service and the food was good. Tried appetizers (wraps), mains (non-veg Thali and Lamb chops) and desert (Kulfi and Halwa).

Such a warm and welcoming restaurant! The food was SO flavorful and the hospitality was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to our server, Miss Nikita and the manager, Mr. Manoj, for being so kind and taking such good care of us :)

Went here for dinner, food was good but the portions were tiny and insanely expensive for the quality and size. The servers were not attentive, and forgot to bring parts of the order (ended up still trying to charge for it on the bill). Overall the food and atmosphere was decent but definitely not worth the price.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for any occasion. The food is great and the staff are very hospitable, providing top-notch service. A must-visit in Richmond!

Excellent experience at Madhu’s Brasserie in Richmond. Fantastic Indian food as we have come to expect from Madhu’s. Absolutely first class customer service from Manoj and team who accommodated our reservation despite our delay. Madhu’s is a very famous Indian restaurant the one in Richmond is specially special because of the area and thumbs up to their Manager Manoj . I took my sister and her husband for a special treat for her 60th birthday 🎁 Their food , the service and the atmosphere all made it very special. The food was really nice with just the right amount of spice. It's not too hot, but it's definitely not mild. Service was swift, efficient, and professional despite the fact that we took a long time between courses as we enjoyed a drink or two and were the last to leave. Would have loved more of a choice in cocktails. However, the ones we had were very nice.

A really charming host who loves his business, he recommended the right menu for us as my wife doesn't eat gluten or meat. Very tasty, masterly use of spices, well proportioned quantities adequate for us. A lovely evening - we would come back. We work as travel guides in Greece and miss spicy food.

We loved our visit to Madhu's with a 20% discount. The service was excellent and the food was exquisite. Often there is a stand out dish when you get a mix of dishes but in this case every single option was outstanding. Could be improved by having a bigger/more toilets.

Took two hours to deliver (1 and a half hours of that was the preparation, not the delivery time), portion sizes tiny. The size of the Dal Makhni was insulting. Box of the raita only 20% filled. Food itself was cold and average when heated. Maybe it’s better if you eat in, but don’t bother ordering delivery.

Madhus is very quickly becoming our favourite Indian restaurant in London. Having visited Mayfair, Southall and this occasion at Richmond, the one thing common was a great experience with good North Indian food and very good service. Asim and Muskan served us at Richmond and were extremely polite with great customer care. Thank you both😊. Madhus made our Anniversary extra special with the delicious and complimentary gajar ka halwa. Will keep coming back !!

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Can recommend the non-veg sharing platter (chicken tikka, seekh kebab, tandoori salmon, chilli garlic prawns and chicken samosa) and the non-vegetarian thali as well karai lamb. A good mix of delicate tastes but also very authentic and not too fussy. Really enjoyable experience and staff cared about us enjoying the atmosphere and food. Will go back again. It is my favorite indian restaurant in Richmond.

I stumbled across Madhu's (literally) after a day at the rugby with some old friends. The waiter Manot was very friendly and accommodating and the curry was excellent. We really enjoyed the variety of the mixed starters platter which took the edge off our appetite whist we waited for our curry to be cooked. It was just what we needed after a day on the Guinness.Thank you.

We had a very high expectations, when we went for Madhus Richmond . As I was a great fan of Madhus southhall branch. The food here was bland . Our "Tikka Paneer "was not even grilled properly . Meat curry was average. Overall it was a bad experience.

Thank you to Sanjay for personally booking a table of 8 for me to celebrate a wonderful Diwali Dinner with my family at Madhus Richmond. Manoj (Manager) was welcoming and ensured my family had a fabulous experience. Both veg/non veg platters were well received, the chicken Samosas as per usual are just exquisite and a personal favourite, the Chana masala was delightful with Garlic naan. We recently booked this place for a special celebration and were totally impressed by the services offered by them. I would especially like to mention chef Mohit for offering us amazing meals with highlights of palak patta chat and pista malai kulfi. Our guests didn’t stop raving about it. And big shout out to the wonderful manager Mr Manoj who accommodated all our requests and went beyond to provide us great service throughout the event. Every request was taken care of personally and our party of 40guests went home with big smiles and happy stomachs. Kudos to the team! Highly recommend this place. The service and hospitality we received at Madhu's was incredible. The waitress recommended some amazing dishes that we all loved. They threw in an extra lamb chop just so we'd all have one each, which was so thoughtful. The most important part, is that the food was so incredible. I have eaten at a LOT of Indian restaurants, and even Dishoom has nothing on Madhu's when it comes to flavours. Every single dish we ordered was a distinctly different flavour, and so well cooked. No single dish disappointed us, and we were raving about the meal weeks later! I highly recommend the Palak Patta chaat, the garlic prawns, lamb chops and the butter chicken! Stop thinking and book a table, they even do 20% discount on certain days - you won't be disappointed!

I recently dined at Mahdu’s Brasserie, and it was a surprisingly nice experience! The food here is better than many Indian restaurants in central London—rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Thali was a standout, offering a fantastic mix of dishes that gave me a perfect taste of the menu’s variety. The Indian Robata was cooked to perfection, with grilled meats and vegetables that were smoky and tender. A must-try is the Boozi Bafu, a unique dish that brought bold, exciting flavors to the table. It’s unlike anything I’ve had before! Their wine menu was also a pleasant surprise—well-curated and perfectly paired with the food, elevating the entire meal. From the authentic and delicious food to the warm atmosphere and top-notch service, Mahdu’s Brasserie is a true gem and an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an elevated Indian dining experience!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Food was amazing, service was attentive but not intrusive, Rida (our server) was friendly and gave great recommendations. They accommodated our party’s nut allergy without issue.

We had a great work meal here. The service by Sandon and Team was excellent. They looked after us really well. Sandon ensured the drinks were always topped up and replaced swiftly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be returning soon! For the main course, we chose Veg and Non  Veg Thali , all items were cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The dessert, was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. What stood out the most was the attention to detail in every aspect, from the presentation of the food to the impeccable service by Muskan.

We had the best experience yesterday for a post civil wedding lunch! Sandon was particularly helpful and easy going in the planning of the lunch and made it very easy for us. The food and service on the day was flawless! All the guests and myself thoroughly enjoyed the starters so much that by the time mains started we were already full as the starters were amazing, especially the palak patta chaat, malai broccoli and chilli paneer. The spice level and flavour of the food was perfect and I will definitely be coming back very soon!

I took some friends out for a night out on evening of March 23rd. The food was good, the portions small, and the Kulfi desert was hard and had not rested and come to room temperature, so when I wen to cut it, part of it went on the floor. The ambience is good, however, my sincere disappointment is that I did not get the 20% discount applied as promised and I have had to make several phone calls to claim this money back. The monied owed is around £34 and I have been give an array of reasons why this has not been returned and to be honest I have given up on the refund and not be going back in a hurry.

Madhu's is a charming spot that offered us a delightful dining experience. We're glad we chose it over a more distant option. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, with Muskaan providing outstanding service. The food quality was excellent. I highly recommend trying the Spinach Patta Chat—it's a must! If you find yourself in Richmond, this eatery is well worth a visit.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Madhus. The service was great, the food was delicious and had the perfect portions. My husband doesn’t normally enjoy veg food but he loved the veg sharing platter that we ordered and the other dishes. The dessert was amazing! I was full but I didn’t want to stop eating that! :) the mocktails were yummy too, thank you for the recommendation. Thank you for bringing out a cake and candle for our wedding anniversary and wishing us happy anniversary too. This was so very kind of you. Lovely lovely staff and lovely service overall!!! Amazing, tasty food. We will hopefully be back when we are next in Richmond!

My new go to for the best Indian food ever! Not only delicious, but beautifully presented with a lovely ambience. Staff were attentive and Sandy aimed to please with a top class service. I really missed Madhus in Southall, so pleased this is closer. Parking after 6:30pm is pretty good too

It is rare for me to go out for indian food, however this fabulous restaurant catered to all my needs. The garlic prawns were just amazing and the chaat the best i have ever had. I will definitely be returning. The flavours are on fire and the authenticity is second to none, along with very attentive staff especially Sandy. On top of this you can also treat yourself to delicious cocktails-All in one place.

Lovely dinner at Madhu’s. Delicious mocktail to start things off and excellent non-veg thali for our mains. The dal and chicken tikka in particular stood out, and the freshness of the salad was a good balance to the richness. Wish we’d had room for dessert! Will be back.

We visited Madhu's Richmond on mother's day and thoroughly enjoyed our evening there. Warm, welcoming, courteous staff, lovely ambience and mouth watering food. We had Palak Patti chat, chilli garlic prawns, veg thali, kadhai lamb, garlic naan and gajjar ka (carrot) halwa. Special thanks to chef Mohit Hora, Mustafah and chef's team for the lovely food, Sandon and Tannu for looking after us so very well despite the restaurant been so very busy. A must try in Richmond, highly recommend it to all the foodies who prefer authentic Indian food.

I was at Madhu's in Richmond last Sunday and I must say that I had an amazing experience. The food was outstanding. Staff are very friendly.

Possibly one of the best Indian Restaurants i’ve eaten at. The food was phenomenal. The flavour was amazing whilst the food itself perfectly cooked. It’s a fairly small menu, but this is a good thing as they clearly get to focus on the quality of what they are serving. They were able to cater for my gluten intolerance no problem and the menu is labelled really clear for dietary purposes which makes dining so much nicer. The decor was lovely, modern but romantic. The service was attentive but not intrusive. My only request is for a GF popadom option (but that’s because I love popadoms). Slightly out the way of the main high street but highly recommend this and will certainly be back.

The food is delicious! Some dishes especially the fusion with Indian and Kenyan cuisine are quite spicy so check with the team if they can temper the heat down if you can’t handle your spice . Being a new place it was quiet but hopefully people will discover this hidden gem soon. Big shout out to manager Sandon and Zain for looking after the diners well

We loved everything about Madhu’s, best Indian food in Richmond. Our hostess Muskan was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our only regret was the dining area was a little too warm and the heating could be turned down a little for guest comfort.

Amazing authentic food, with a great atmosphere in the restaurant

We came here for dinner on a Tuesday night. Ambience and decor was great. Service was fantastic. The place is in Richmond but about 10 minutes from the station. We got the chaat and chilli paneer to start which were fantastic, no complaints. Poppadums and chutney was also great. We got the non-veg Thali’s which were also fantastic- we loved the chicken tikka and chicken curry. Great flavour and I would recommend. Our total bill was around £85 which was on the pricey side.

Without a doubt, the best curry I have ever had. Staff were very friendly and attentive and catered to my boyfriend’s nut allergy. The food is delicious and not greasy at all. We’ve returned a few times and ordered take away!

We went last night as a group of six and had a great time. The portions weren’t the biggest but every one was distinctive in flavour and character, and all delicious. I was really impressed, just surprised it wasn’t busier. It’s not the place for a cheap blow-out, it’s much better than that. Use it or lose it.
