Best scones on Arran. Karen has been providing lunch for our crew for 20+ years; couldn't go elsewhere for value and welcome. Lovely soups, great cakes and heaps of cream with jam & scones. Interesting gift ideas, locally made for sale as well. Brilliant place!

This cafe offers delicious homemade soups, filled rolls and home baking at very reasonable prices. Also, very reasonably priced craftwork from very talented local people. Highly recommended.

Lovely little tea room - just what we were looking for. Welcoming owner. My husband had soup of the day which was vegetable. He said it was the best veggie soup he'd tasted! I had a jam and cream fruit scone, but with so much jam and cream given I had to have another scone so as not to waste it. Lovely!!! The raspberry milkshake was good too.

Just across from the lifeboat station / car park, you will find a lovely little cafe / gift shop, run single handed by Karen! We had two bowls of super strong broccoli and Stilton soup, where you can really taste the cheese!! Super food and cakes and also some unique gift ware as well.

We were attracted to his place accidently, I wanted a Bacon Roll an my wife convinced me to have a cake all freshly made by Karen. WOW the strawberry meringue tart was to die for. She runs the place on her won and it runs like clockwork, all good things take time. On our last day we had homemade Lentil soup and once again purrrfect. Told everyone that I met this is the place to go to. I am not racist in nay form but was pleasant to have met a scots person in Arran. I will be back with my wife for certain. Do not take my word but you be the judge.

Stopped by for afternoon tea. Not disappointed at all. Home made scones with very generous helping of butter and jam unlike other tea shops which only offers tiny prepacked jam. Huge pot of tea too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be spoiled.

Called in during a drive about the island, the service by the lady owner was one that made you feel as if you were the only person who mattered. The meals we had were perfection and we even took a couple of scones with us for later. Another place to re-visit if we go back to Arran

Really enjoyed my lunch in this lovely establishment, The owner who appears to be running it single handed was very nice and her food was tasty and wholesome,I had a piece of her victoria sponge which was to die for. She has some beautiful and unique items that are for sale too which are reasonably priced, very pleasant atmosphere within the shop and I would certainly return.

This restaurant/cafe/gift shop is run single handedly by one lady who does all the cooking, washing up, serving and cleaning herself. Quite frankly I don't know how she can cope but she does.

It's encouraging and refreshing to visit a shop and cafe that still prides itself on local produce, stocking arts and crafts of a high quality from the island rather than lots of same-old imported stuff.

We went in to look at the cute things for sale, and had coffee and cakes. Both were just fine, and glad we were to be sitting there. The bathroom was a little odd, but that had to do with not finding the light until after exiting. The proprietress was friendly, welcoming and clearly proud of her little business.

If you want a tea or coffee and happen to be around, it's OK enough. But the atmosphere is more that of a shop than that of a nice tea room.

The shop is full of handmade goods and special gifts that are hard to get elsewhere. The owner is always helpful and welcoming...This is a must on Arran... Food wasn't even cooked, microwaved. Cheese was disgusting. Couldn't even eat the lunch. And the service was unfriendly, absolute rip-off nearly £20, for food which looked burnt and sickly. Old cups, not very good hygiene. Toilets were right next to the Kitchen. Never again!

We have been visiting Made In Arran since I was a little girl. Every time we receive a warm welcome! We always have toasties & soup. The toasties are really cheap & delicious. The soup is homemade & comforting. Its excellent value for money. We also like having afternoon tea with scones. The scones come with lashings of cream & jam. Yum yum! Lovely lady who is always very friendly. Always leave happy :) See you next year!

Rip-off for what the food was, microwaved, horribly prepared, cups were old, toilet and kitchen area dirty looking. Food was sent back and came back unimproved. Disgraceful. Food wasn't edible. Had to go somewhere else to eat.

Great lunch spot, fab team of polite, cheerful and energetic staff - Megan and Annie in particular are superb. Menu seems more limited on some days than other for no apparent reason but everything produced is good quality, tasty and reasonable portion sizes. Always feel it could do with more tables than it has!

Hadn’t been for a few years. Really delicious lunch. My friend started with tempura, lovely, had the seafood platter which was beautifully presented and delicious. I had scallops to start and a brunchy sort of smoked haddock dish with a poached egg on top . I would say on our experience the food is better than ever and the place is a must. Both the chef and Tom the owner came and chatted to us. I got scallops in the shop for tonight’s dinner. I’ll go back to Finn’s every month at least, hopefully more often! It’s a treasure. Oh, there’s no table licence but they have a selection of wine in the shop, drop in there first!
