Great healthy fresh food for alternative lunch , I’m personally sick of finding good healthy lunch ideas that haven’t been packaged for a couple of days on end . Freshly made food upon request to eat in or take away at great prices , I have now made this my go too on the go !!

If you are looking for really tasty, healthy and freshly prepared food with a wide variety of choice then this could be the place for you, both eat in and take out food is available. If you are vegetarian or vegan their is plenty of choice and the staff are more than happy to explain the menu if you have any questions. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the menu options so far and the portion sizes and prices are spot on. The cafe has a clean and friendly atmosphere and conveniently placed within the town centre, and handily placed near iMotion gym for your after workout boost. Highly recommended.

I ordered the standard breakfast, and the helpful staff member gladly changed the menu item of spinach for an alternative, beans, at my request. All the food was freshly prepared and tasty, and I shall certainly visit this cafe again. Surprisingly the menu board of drinks available did not include a decent sized fruit juice; I noticed after I had finished my meal a separate menu board for milk shakes; had i seen this earlier I would have chosen one, but that can wait for my next visit.
