Mac Hallal in Birmingham

Gone downhill very rapidly, no wonder there always empty now. Brought couple burgers, tasted bland and tasteless. Found a staple (yes the ones they use to staple there paper bags and receipt on too). Called to let them know to be extra vigilant (stated didn't want anything, just letting you know). Had an extremely rude staff (guessing one of those cleaners) tell me its not possible and then cut the line. How can it not be possible when you clearly staple the bags in the same area you're cooking the food. Can't see the business last long, better quality of food around the area

Great food and very polite service. Quick and efficient. Thanks to Qasim, who served us today , we had a lovely quick bite.

I haven't been here for a while and have previously had a good experience. However, today I was left disappointed. I ordered double beef burger meals, which seem to have shrunk in size, and very mediocre in taste. The Chicken Flamak burger was very tough, making it hard to chew and swallow. I won't be returning again.

Saturday 17th Visited Birmingham with my friend and popped in for a quick snack here. The Staff were really welcoming/polite and the food was great !! 😋

both my husband and I went to the walsall branch. there was so much choice I didn't know what to choose. the server was so patient even though I changed my mind 3 times. The burger (although a little pricey) was the best burger i had eaten!!! it was called the smash burger and it was delicious. the sauces were amazing too. Will certainly be going back. The only down fall is that once you have eaten Mak halal burger other burgers don't hit the spot !

Food was average customer service was 11/10 🤝 big thanks to Zaina and aneesa I think it was from the ladypool road branch they got perfect energy and spot on attitudes towards customers 100% commission deserved must say.

Best burger I’ve had. Staff were friendly and helpful with the menu which has a lot of options. When the burger came it was really good. Only thing missing for me is loaded fries option. Can’t wait to go again.

Customer service is brilliant. I was at the Small Heath branch on last Friday. I dealt with a young man Rehan on the counter fantastic service from him very helpful. Helped me take my food to the car as it was a big order. Food is absolutely delicious.

Number 1 Takeaway/restaurant, delivery from just eat . Delivery dot on time, and food beyond perfect. We enjoyed gourmet beef burger, i highly recommend.

I came with my family and we made our orders. The person at the counter gave us an electronic buzzer which was going to buzz when our order was ready. We had good conversation and the buzzer buzzed. Food ready! We had some burgers and a pizza. All were well cooked and tasted lovely. The algerian sauce also added a burst of flavour.

Amazing food. Excellent pricing. Just like a London burger place but in Birmingham. And halal. Would recommend this to anyone who is after a quality burger and filling food. The value for money is exceptional and the upgraded seating (Summer 2020) means there is plenty of seating for families and groups of people. I recommend either the Mix Flame or the Chicken Flame. DELICIOUS.

After waiting over a year to try this I finally had the opportunity to! Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations, very standard typical ‘fastfood’ . Unfortunately not so fast for my friend . We went out together after a 4month lockdown hoping to eat ‘together’ my food was brought out but after waiting at least 40 mins + still no sign of my friends food. Not very good service at all.they hadn’t even started making it when we asked and no proper apology. Not to mention the place was crowded with people waiting , no respect or organisation for social distancing and hand sanitiser bottle empty on the entrance. Quite disappointed actually after wanting to try this place for such a long time.. don’t know what the hype was about.

My brother has always told me about Mac halal and we’ve always had this on our list of places to go and try out. On our first visit, I tried the grilled chicken pizza which was soo nice, it wasn’t too oily or greasy, was just right. The grilled chicken on the pizza was so nice, fresh and delicious. On my second visit with my brother, we tried the double cheese burger with fries. Again, the burger was nice and the patties tasted freshly made and reminded me of my burger kind burgers that I had in Saudi and Dubai. Fries were nice and fresh too. There’s seating to sit And eat in. I’m very fussy with hygiene but honestly we’re quite impressed with the hygiene of Mac halal where everything is clean and would defo recommend to everyone to try. Menu is quite varied too so there’s plenty to choose from! Defo coming back soon inshallah!!

Best burger in Birmingham. The best burgers you will have. No exaggeration. Best quality and taste, you cannot go wrong. The royal burger is my fave! Just released a new gourmet burger and that is really nice too!

Wow this has to be one of the best halal burger joints in Birmingham. Lots of Duffy burger options and pizza. I went for the Royale which was so good. It gets very busy in the evening and it is quite small. They do have a family room.

Went with the family after visiting Birmingham City University. Staff on the till were very helpful. Ordered the burgers and fish. The burgers were amazingly juicy and tasted fab. The fish was really nice. All in all a great little place.

Big menu with loads of choices of food which cater for almost all tastes. From pizzas to burgers and paninis etc. Food always tastes fresh but the place can be quite busy and crowded at peak times, but the service is quick and efficient. I...
