M & S in Perth & Kinross

This review is about M&S cafe in Perth Inveralmond . The cafe is badly in need of a refurbishment it’s so dirty the chairs have plastic torn and peeling off dirty tables , crumbs all over the floor which looks like it’s not had a mop near it in months floor is sticky . The toilets are not much better they don’t flush great and no soap in dispensers . We only stop here while on the A9 don’t think we will bother when we saw the state of the cafe not what I’d expect from M&S

This is an absolutely awful cafe. Staff are impolite and service is slow. Not at all what one expects from M&S.

Called in for oak smoked bacon ciabatta roll and coffee. It was delicious ! Many Thanks M&S - we will call again

Always pop in for breakfast when shopping. Fantastic staff and great bacon rolls and coffee. Great service

Good place for a quick coffee if shopping at this selection of shops supermarket shoe shop pet store etc. Recommend the flat white, they also do nice toasties and usual scones cakes. Pleasant staff quickish service.

We stopped for a family lunch due to its close proximity to the A9. The cafe is in a corner of the simply food store. The cafe was absolutely freezing with all customers wearing jackets. Not a very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your lunch. Thankfully we all ordered something hot and ate quickly before returning to the warm of the car. The toilets were also substandard which i discovered to my disgust. A broken toilet seat completed this disastrous visit. One to avoid unless you are getting a takeaway

Ideal place to go on rainy day or cold winters day to do window shopping. the cafe is good for a a tea or coffee but would not go for snack or lunch. It generally like a big store cafe would rather go to stand alone cafe.

Small outlet but has everything you'll need. Very clean and very well laid out. A pleasant experience.

Typical M&S café. Good quality food but at a overly inflated price. Go if you must but there are much better (and cheaper) alternatives in Perth.

We were in the food hall last week and were surprised to find a café in the food hall . I cannot think of another like this usually the cafés are in the larger stores . Same quality scones and cakes Great coffee we will be back

We stopped off in Perth for lunch on our way to Crieff. M and S has a standard that is world renowned and this restaurant lived up to expectations on our Saturday visit. Service was quick and friendly and price fine. Menu selections met with our approval and surroundings were OK. We were satisfied with everything and our visit was short and effective.

Tea in pot, coffee, sandwich came with salad and crisps garnish, no plate was offered for the salad. The salad dressing spoiled the salad as it had coriander in not stated on front of packaging (probably on reverse of packaging in extremely fine print otherwise salad was good

As you would expect as part of the M&S chain there is not going to be much to complain about. Standards are high.

This is a great place to stop when travelling north to the Highlands or back south again. It has a good little cafe and is an excellent M & S food shop!

Excellent M&S food and choice....visit here on business and when traveling north on holiday. Nothing less or more than you expect from M&S

Good coffee however the establishment is just OK sometimes it is better than other times so think they should work on consistency Some tables beside the till can tend to be somewhat cold

Great place to stop for a quick lunch or cup of tea with a good selection of cakes. Great choice of snacks and you can buy anything there is in the cafe in the shop. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
