The food came and one of the brownies had come out the box so everything was covered in chocolate the bueno cheesecake tasted off and the texture was grainy it was the same with the biscoff one as well

Food was absolutely appalling. Did not come as advertised. Crepe taste very bland , gooey and was freezing. The sundae was melted when it came and ice cream was cheap. Paid £3 for popcorn , came in a little cup. Worst place I’ve ever ordered food from. Should be shut down.

We ordered the old school cake and the white lindor caramel cake with cream these were beautiful. We also ordered the biscoff and hersheys milkshakes and these were delicious and refreshing

Food arrived cold when you order a dessert like that you expect it to be hot, called the shop 10 mins before it closed to be told a free item had been put in the bag that’s also freezing cold. Delivery was a very long time I think I waited 2 hrs for the delivery by the time it arrived we no longer wanted it.

Wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but this is far from the first time! An hour late, Waffle was cold, mini pancakes were cold, one milkshake like water the other was nearly frozen and a complimentary brownie for best part of £30 wasted. Will be using elsewhere.

Rang up to see where my order was and the girl who answered the phone was laughing and being rude and she said she would call back and never did. And the food was cold and soggy.

Waited too long and when arrived the hot food was cold and boxes were soaked with the saucw

Ordered this and it took an hour and 20 mins to come. I ordered some “Dubai chocolate” was literally smaller than a penguin chocolate bar but was charged £6.99 for it. Was literally the length of my little finger!

Really disappointed … Dubai chocolate bar £6.99 tiny bar that was stale …. Crepe was thick stodgy and couldn’t cut it with a butter knife but the sauce WAS actually nice .. school cake had gone crusty on one side …. White chocolate sauce was nice .. used this place a good few times and never been bad before this hopefully just a one off so would still try again

Don’t order from here at all the food is terrible and so is there service placed an order at 11.30 no sign of the food or answer from the shop just a young lass running the shop clearly dosent care about her business or know how run it correctly please avoid at all costs

Kunafa Strawberries were a massive let down, very small amount of chocolate on the side of tub and no pistachio cream and half full. Dry crunchy strawberry pot basically and a total drop in normal quality. Really put me off ordering again for a while to see if improvement is made.

First time ordering. Absolutely fantastic. Fruit was fresh, deserts tasted amazing. Will 100% be ordering again.

The website stated 45 minutes to 50 mins they’ve then changed my delivery time to an hour and a half with the driver getting lost even though it was pinpointed on the map and given the information food was good very good size portions would recommend going there however if you don’t wanna wait a whole time I would not recommend it

still have not received order, the place is litterally down the street from house, called multiple times told it had left and driver was coming straight here, I could have walked there in 3 minutes and it's still not arrived.

food was excellent my favourite had to be the brownie and my partner especially loved the pistachio and chocolate mini pancakes.

delivery man was very polite and professional - cookie dough was lovely and can't wait to try the cakes tomorrow as the portions are good :)

It is always nice with me and my daughter when we come they are always happy to have a conversation and Today was my daughters birthday and they gave her a free birthday cake slice I would recommend this dessert shop this is one of my favourite

overpriced for what you get. The biscoff Dubai chocolate is alot smaller than looks in photo, the choc chip cookie dough was like brownie batter that barely served two people. Doughnut hard & hardly any topping, despite paying extra. 40 mins late

Been waiting 2 hours for our order. We phoned three times and just kept getting told only one delivery driver on. Third phone call they told me had just left and it was coming straight to us thats 25 minutes ago still not received. Finally received at 23:35 No offer for a discount or money back. Don't recommend

Ordered from here cause they said they done the Dubai chocolate bar. £6.50 for a mouthful of it, couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened it. The waffle is so gooey and the crepe well that was diabolical it was freezing cold and un-edible . Won’t be ordering again

Hands down the best crepe I have ever eaten in my life - covered in chocolate sauce, loads of choice for toppings and came in a reasonable time. There’s no where else in Durham I’d go for a dessert🔥

Absolutely shocking placed an order at 9.30pm rang at 10.30pm as nothing showed up to be told will be 15 minutes rang again at 11pm to be told again will be 15 minutes to have no order show up and no contact definitely would not recommend!

Ordered at 8, delivery time confirmed for 8.55, arrived 10.35. Shame as we've ordered a few times over the last week and this will be the last.

Placed my order. Said it was confirmed. Delivery time was about an hour after I ordered. Had notification to say it was on its way, never arrived. Asked for update, given 15 minute slot for delivery. Never turned up, tried ringing shop, nobody answered. Requested refund, arrived an hour after initial delivery time. Won’t order again

I ordered coke and received Dr pepper, which I am annoyed about, it sounds like a small thing but when you order and py for a drink that isn't cheap now you want either the right one or atleast a call for a different option rather than put anything in, feel like iv wasted my money there I would have gone to the shop, food was lovely, but takes all desert places to long to deliver.

Ordered the Dubai pistachio strawberries. Saw a comment that said it was more like weetabix than the pastry that’s meant to be used and I agree. I do actually still enjoy it but I do think the price is too much for it to be not the real thing. The biscoff crepe was also good but the delivery times take an age. If you can collect I’d do that instead

Bought deserts from here for a while over 50 orders, every single order has be perfect without fail best around and customer service is outstanding

2waffles & large mix up, waffles were hot on delivery, driver said tried to call us saying they had no mixups, & sub a £6 mix up for candy floss said we can have a free mix up next time, we order desserts once a yr, a refund would have been better

food was burst all over the inside of the bag was hard and couldn't be eaten and we had to call 3 times and waited 3 hours from ordering safe to say I will never be back they thought I free can of coke would make up for it

Dubai chocolate Katafi strawberry cup tasted like it was wheetabix. That was not Pistachio katafi . However the milkshake was nice!

Absolutely amazing deserts, everything I ordered tasted great, and was still warm even though it had to travel quite a way. Definitely will be ordering again!

Delivery came 20 mins early which was great however opening the ‘sharing’ fondue box we were disappointed, not what we expected and not real Oreo biscuits either and for the price you’d atleast expect the real thing. Mini marshmallows not large so kept getting lost in the sauce. Brownie was probably the best bit but would hate to see the size of the box just for 1 person as the sharing box was small. Wouldn’t get the box again unfortunately. Everything else was okay.

Milkshakes Great, Kunafa Starberries lovely, cake awesome. Dubia chocolate bars are nice although, they are very small and quite expensive for the price.

Superb desserts! I usually get strawberries and chocolate sauce and always big serving of fresh strawberries, never overripe like some other local places that sell soggy defrosted mush as fruit and here there’s always tons of choc sauce every time! W

Won’t be ordering again for the price. Paid extra for kinder bueno sauce on brownie, wasn’t a pot of sauce as expected just a tiny drizzle on top of the brownie which you’d have expected to come on top anyway. Quality poor, brownies were dry, which is a shame. Couldn’t order other flavour brownies without the menu automatically making us add two pots of cream per brownie (we didn’t want cream) thus making price of each brownie £6.99 so we had to change flavours. Milkshake was nice hence 3 star.

cakes are lovely and fresh. brownie nice and moist. the dubai chocolates where lovely and tasted so authentic 😋. I've had milkshakes in the past from here and they are nice and thick. if you've got a sweet tooth this is definitely the place for you. staff are all friendly including the delivery driver.

Hot Food turned up cold dubai cchocolate bar is shocking serving for the price especially if your just trying it I ended up not liking, so ended up being thrown away after a bite, food turned up 10 mins after ETA won’t be returning.

2x milkshakes and 1x sundae came and tasted expired, unable to get refund as I couldn't prove it. Cake was stale and dry. quality has definitely declined recently.

For the price I was expecting more, delivery was late. Didn’t inform me til 5 minutes before my expected delivery time. Driver didn’t even apologise, he was too worried about getting back into his car to continue his phone call. Not worth the money, nor the wait.
