Lunchbuns in South Kesteven

Just ordered a sauage abd mushroom baguette. Awful greasy mushrooms that tasted and smelt like old oil. Totally spoilt my baguette as the oil soaked into the bread. No butter at all too.

Went in today and had an amazing cheesecake from here. Lovely friendly staff and very clean premises. Will definitely be going again.

Emma and team provided catering for a recent seminar, the food was good quality, plenty of it and reasonably priced. They catered for a variety of requirements to, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free all delivered when requested. Great overall service. Thank you.

Have to say thank you to the lady that served me, she was bringing in the signs and they was closing but she didn't mind making one last baguette, I felt bad as it was 15 minutes past their closing time, it really made my day and nice to know good that there is still good customer service out there, that is priceless. First time trying today and wasn't disappointed, the hot roast pork baguette was fab. Nanna loved her soup and haslet butty and said the bakewell slice was better than mine lol. Prompt delivery as requested, friendly delivery man, food arrived nice and warm and was great value. Definetly recommend.

Seriously one of the best sandwich shops I've ever been to. Whilst in education at Stamford this was a regular for me and my friends, and now when I return to Stamford for work, I have to go here for lunch, haven't found a place anywhere yet that can beat the friendly staff, great salads, and the amazing sandwiches they do. Highly recommended!

Has gone downhill. Prices have gone up and portions have got worse. Staff can be rude and refuse to deal with this. Will not be returning.

Prepare for a delay at lunchtime as they are busy and not the quickest, but my wrap was worth the wait.

This hidden gem of a sandwich bar, down a little alley was a real find. The staff were very friendly, the ingredients for the sandwiches lovely and fresh and actually a very reasonably priced lunch!

Decent sandwiches and rolls, prices OK. roast pork is nice, the crackling is usually perfect. Very small, only room for a couple of people at a time but everything is made to order, so it's worth the wait.

Here's a thing. You're in Stamford, working, and you fancy something to eat. You can go to a coffee shop chain and pay £8 for a latte and microwaved sandwich - or go to Lunch Buns for a freshly prepared sandwich, roll or lunch bun (massive) with a huge choice of fillings, including hot bacon, sausages or roast pork with apple sauce (served daily) and spend a fiver! The baked potatoes are great too and they even do a 'breakfast box' of bacon, egg, sausage and beans to go! All food is take away only, as there's no seating, and queues at lunch times can stretch out into Wellington Lane because it's so popular, but Lunch Buns is a little oasis and a refreshing change from the pre-packed muck served by Costa, Starbucks and co.

Was disgusting what they did. putting yesterdays warm up into a jacket potato without showing what I was getting. Not what lunchbun is about.

Fresh ingredients & lovely cobs made to order. Who wouldn't stop here fore breakfast, lunch or a snack. Hot pork lunchbun highly recommended.

A very big thank you to Martin and his team for doing the food for my birthday party, with an afternoon tea theme, it was very successful and everyone said how great the food was. It took away all the work of food preparation and they delivered out of town as well. I definitely recommend them, top marks.

Use this place a lot but the girls keep changing and its not for the better. Portion sizes are why many people used to go but there getting smaller. I would recomend this place but if the training of the new girls dosent get better then you WILL loose customers.

An amazing experience that gives you choices for sandwiches beyond the norm, you can only want to come back and try another. Service is brilliant, stastaff are friendly and my son and I look forward to our Friday treats. Very reasonable priced and the catering is top notch.

Lunch buns freshly made sandwiches, rolls, wraps etc are by far the best sandwich bar in Stamford and the roast pork buns are amazing and the service is always friendly and fast. They recently supplied the food for my party, delivering 80 hot roast pork rolls complete with crackling, apple sauce, stuffing and more. Perfect party food that went down really well with my guests. Thank you to Lunchbuns for making it all so easy!

Lunch Buns is one of Stamford's hidden gems. The sandwich bar may be small but the sandwiches are huge! Great value for sandwiches or jacket potatoes.
