Luna Kitchen in Epping Forest

Went to the Standard last night. Absolutely shocking experience. Something has changed in this place. The food was inedible, old and cold. Had stomach pain all night. Are you trying to poison people? If you do not have enough staff you should close the kitchen. One person working in the whole restaurant. And one in the kitchen. Glasses were dirty on the tables. Very disappointed.

Came in for some food and beer, it was lovely Erin served me and she was lovely as well. Will definitely be returning!!!

Battered sausage and chips were delicious and fresh. Staff were friendly. What more could you want.

The empty car park should have been a giveaway. So bad.

The waiting staff, in particular the manager who worked on Bank holiday Monday 26/05, need further training. We had an appauling time. Customers had to share menu booklets between tables! We had to get our own cuttlery for dessert!! and then we were chased down and shouted at in the car park for a bill that was already paid!!! The managers poor apology included 'my bad'. If I hadnt been there, my parents, who are in their 80's, would have paid again out of embarrasment at being called thieves. WE WILL NEVER RETURN
