If a could give this place 0 star a would. Ordered a pizza, said it would be half an hour, no show, then phoned again, said it would be 20 mins, came too the door only for it too be the wrong pizza, phoned up said they where busy and will send another one out, rather not have one now, probs spat in me pizza

I walked into the shop ordered a kebab with salad chips were extra garlic and chilli got home opened the salad all I got was lettuce and tomoto phoned the shop and all they said was ran out of everything so will not be going there again

My husband normally orders Italian takeaways from Da Vinci restaurant in Ocean Road, South Shields. He has done this a lot from here and they've always been very nice. I only knew my husband ordered Italian food from Da Vincis in South Shields and on this occasion he asked me to order it. I had not done this in the past. Our food arrived over an hour late and was very poor quality and going cold. My husband rang Da Vinci's to complain and they informed him that we had not ordered from them and said they had recently received a number of complaints about food from Luigis Da Vincci's menu. This was because I searched for Da Vinci's (single letter C) in South Shields and didn't realise they were different places. I think it is very wrong to have a Da Vincci's (double letter C) menu at Luigis takeaway as it causes confusion and complaints to Da Vinci's Ocean Road, South Shields.

Ordered a pizza that never arrived. Jokers told Deliveroo they’d delivered on time but we’re here and the pizza’s not.

Kebab was nice and hot salad was fresh, lovely top quality pizza. Only waited 20 minutes for food would highly recommend.

My son wanted a local pizza shop that wouldn’t entail waiting for an hour plus for a delivery so thankfully volunteered me to ring in and confirm I’d pick up his order. Luigis is a small pizza, kebab shop on one of the busy roads into South Shields centre. If you didn’t know about it (we used to live close by and had used it before with no complaints) you could drive past. Anyhow he wanted chicken, chicken tikka and garlic as his three toppings for his 10inch calzone. It was ready and piping hot in only 15 minutes and he loved it, all eaten within minutes! Reasonable cost too

HUGE pizza was lovely great value

It wasn't what I expected I thought I would of gotten my garlic bread special all in one not separate like the other takeaway shops do it

I received my order and the pizza was squashed to one side to then realising it was undercooked and cold.... to then find the salad had split out of its container (chicken kebab) phoned the shop to be told i was lying but in the next breath he was going to sack his driver (bit harsh) to him then saying there is nothing that can be done and they wont replace the food and that i should not order from just eat as this will not happen if i phone the shop (not sure what the difference is) to say the least i will not be ordering from here again

Chicken dry, pizza very cheesy and soft, delivery late!

Came on time and the correct order so positive there. However salad had soft cumber, was limp and not a fresh as could be. Chicken was ok on the kebab a good amount but pizza was obismal thick doughy, processed chicken wouldn't hurry back but if nothing else open the chicken kebab is ok.

I have never had a bad order from these guys...... 10/10. Always early and the chicken kebabs are unreal.

Food was nice and hot, tasted great but my girlfriend didn't like the pizza.. Too "soft" but I enjoyed it. Chicken kebab was amazing and with fresh salad it's just to die for, delivery was just about on time.

Only had one problem I ordered my food for 9.00pm delivery and it came at 7.30pm

would of easily been a 5 if it werent for the garlic bread with cheese, didnt taste right cant really exaplain how. id still order from here cause my other pizzas and chips were really nice!

The cheesy chips were only half a normal portion size, the pizza crust was over an inch thick and the pizza was 95% bread

I have tried a chicken kebab from nearly every pizza shop in the area and this is by far the best loads of grilled chicken really tender juicy and not abit of grease in sight tub of fresh mixed salad and really garlicy good size tubs of garlic sauce partner loved his pizza too,

I never leave reviews of orders but i felt like i had to for this. Food came 20 minutes late, when it did arrive it was the wrong type of pizza. The kebab was a whole other level, sliced far too thick and it was rock hard scraps which were clearly the last of a batch. Absolutely disgusting , cant believe i paid for it.

Absolutely discusting! Pizza was squashed and stuck to the top of the box! Kebab was cold and like rubber garlic was far to watery! Defo won't be going again!!!

Delivered in 20 minutes, pizza had lashings of topping, kebab meat succulent with no grease, chips lovely, salad fresh and crisp, garlic bread lovely and delivery driver very friendly with excellent customer service. Look forward to ordering again :)

Food was lovely as always, although when checking my order they did forget to put a burger in but as soon as I phoned to let them no they were straight back out with delivery. We're only human at the end of the day and as long as mistakes are rectified I'm still happy with their service. 🍔 🍕
