hi am sorry to inform you but my food qwality was absalutly poor if possible i would like refund as I am having an awful lot offf friends complayning about it please i would like to keep ordering off ur good selfs as its always been fine upuntill this order

Ordered a few times from Luigi’s and the food is always on point. Portions are huge and the pasta is always spot on. Highly recommended.

Was very late and was told I would get some money back but I didn't but the food was fabulous

on time. meatballs leaked all over the bag and as it was on top of the kebab it went into the kebab meat didn't stop us eating it as it wasn't much just messy ll over the bag.

I've order the chicken arabiatta before from here and really enjoyed it..Although this time the pasta was very undercooked and it wasn't as nice.

everyone enjoyed there meal from a family of four , special notes where listened too which we appreciated- thank you we will keep coming back 100 percent recommend you won’t be disappointed

Food arrived on time but every item was cold, as if it had been cooked along time before delivery it wasnt even luke warm. Tried to call to have order replaced but no answer.

Saw the great reviews and thought it was great that I could get Italian (lasagna) and my daughter could get mexican (fajita) but the lasagne was really greasy and mushy and the fajita was like a burrito, all wrapped up with everything on it. Was disappointing, sorry.

portion sizes ridiculously small considering the price. delivery fee and service charge is too high. £7.50 for a very small portion of chicken nuggets and chips. disappointed.

Tapas was horrible. Meatballs taste like tinned meatballs, really bad!! And the chicken and chorizo tapas was actually a bowl of spicey tomatoe soup, with little chewed chicken floaters. VILE!!!

Never ordered pasta on justeat before and this was 10/10. Came rapid and was fresh.

Pizzas, pasta and sides were all really good. Delivered hot and food tasty. Good sized portions too. I’m going to mention the garlic bread that came with the tapas though - it was so so tough and just not edible. I won’t let this distract from what was an enjoyable meal.

The app gives a silly time, don't be put off. Delivered in 30 minutes, piping hot. It's better than my usual go-to of five years.

The food from here is always absolutely gorgeous. Ordered a few different things it honestly has never failed! Usually the wait time is longer absolutely made up, it wasn't due until at least 20:55 and came by 20.25.

Never had a problem with this place, the food normally arrives early or bang on time. The food itself is nice too.

Tried to order from their website it states 15% off when you place your order which didn't come off so I called the restaurant only to be told they only offer that if you phone up and pay cash when I said it does not state that he didn't reply so I told him that's fine I will go somewhere else and you have just lost a £60 order and he didn't care at all.

Not the biggest fan of their tapas but their pasta's are the best I've tried in around the area.

Pizza was nice but pasta was bland and not what I asked for. Probably won’t order again.

Best take away myself and my family have had for a long time - everything arrive hot as well as being extremely tasty! Delivery was a little late but the food made up for it.

This is a kebab they said. Was so tiny and tasted like soap. Pizza wasn't cooked and won't answer phone for a refund. Only good thing it was on time. Only given 1 star as couldn't give none

Hoenstly the best place I've ever eaten, I order from her at least twice a month and everything I've ever ordered is hot and full of flavour! Well done to the staff and thank you

Piping hot carbonara, absolutely delicious, huge portions, enough for 2, home made burgers, tasty and juicy, well worth a visit.

Placed an order a week ago only for it to get cancelled 5 minutes later coz they wer to busy it said, they still took my money and a week later im still waiting for it to be refunded have tried calling and they don't answer I need my money. Another day still no refund or contact
