My food hasn’t turned up lucky star haven’t had the order and now it’s saying my food has been delivered and it hasn’t and you’ve took the payment this isn’t the first time it’s happened

Food took a long time to arrive, when it did half of the order was missing. When I phoned to ask where it was I was told to ask the driver(who had already gone). The food that did arrive was cold and soggy. They said they would send the missing items - after an hour I called back to see where the rest of the food was and I was told it would be another half and hour. It took over an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. Awful food and very poor customer service.

Will not be ordering from here ever again, found a reasonable size piece of yellow plastic in my food that actually nearly got suck in my throat, put me off my whole meal. Chips come really cold & hard. To top it off there is no contact number for this place to raise my concerns! Absolutely vile!

Chips arrived unseasoned and not crispy, had to be put into the airfryer. Noodle soup was way too salty it is hard to eat, expected to have more vegetables in it.

10/10 every time. Order from here at least once a week, this week twice in two days- it's that good! Salt and pepper chips (extra crispy) are genuinely the best Chinese salt and pepper chips I've ever had, and their crispy aromatic lamb is unreal! Highly recommend, consistently delicious

The chips was like cardboard, the mushy pea was like water and that’s the same for the curry sauce, Please do not order from this place! I’ve tired to ring them and tell them and no one is answering! I tried to contact them over 16 times, they need reporting to trading standards! They need closing down! We could have got seriously ill if we ate that! especially my children!!! Absolutely disgusting service! I’ve sent just eat more pictures of the fish and other items.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
