Ordered 50 min wait only 5 mins away but I'd had a glass of wine so thought delivery then had to ring asking how long 2 mins more like nearly 10 then sent extra food I hadn't ordered instead of what I had ordered.rang spoke to an Asian who then said yeah sent you extra but if you want whats missing you need to pay ?? I didnt order some of it so why can't I just give it back and have what I ordered nope just kept saying you owe me you owe me. This isn't the first time either months ago we had this issue and said we wouldn't order from them again but their local so trying to support local businesses never again!!

Shocking!! Got our order wrong then tried to Bill us for what they sent instead of making order correct.some Indian bloke on the phone-in a Chinese takeaway rude and had no clue.do everyone a favour and close the shop.rip off merchants.....

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with, I ordered food from just eat, to chopstix,for delivery. The food never got delivered to me, I emailed them as my phone had no signal, 3 times asking where my food was, no reply, I called them today and they lied to me saying they had called me loads of times to let me driver there, well I have no miss falls from anyone that sat th July, they even put on just eat that they had delivered my food..they are a rogue company, w

Disgusting. The beef was like leather and the chicken was ROTTEN! Immediate stench of rotten food once I bit into it. Spat it back out. Not fit for human consumption. Avoid.

Vegetable cashew had no cashews and the tofu was super hard. Overall bland and salty

1 hour late for delivery on a Monday afternoon (ordered at 4:55pm, expected latest 5.55pm, pushed back twice and arrived at 6.55pm). Reason being, traffic (I checked, no major issues). Also, the delivery driver marked it 'delivered' 15 minutes earlier and not at all apologetic (ordered via Just Eat). To say the least, food was cold and cold salt & pepper chicken is really tough and fried rice all crumpled together. Chinese Takeaways in Nottingham has really fallen. Shame, really.

Absolutely terrible food they pass these off for ribs when their selling people bones only a few pieces of chicken n hard chips along with disgraceful customer service would highly recommend not to go here

We have been ordering here for years, it used to be SO good and our order was correct every time. However, the last FIVE times we've ordered, only ONE was correct. We order the SAME THING every time and they just can't get it right anymore. Fully fed up with this place. To top it all off, the satay sauce, in which I always order 3 has been watery for the last four orders. We have to heat it up and cook off the extra water, it then fits easily into only two sauce pots. Don't get me wrong, the food is really good or we wouldn't keep ordering. It's really sad that I can't just get what I ordered though

My friend did all the things she was supposed to do, such as packing shrimp chips and sauces, packing boxes, etc., and had very little time to rest. In addition, at the beginning of the recruitment requirements and wages are not the same, of course, the salary is also lower than the legal wage in the UK. That shouldn't be her problem. She deserves to be paid for her work. But the boss keeps saying that because it is training, she can only get 30% of the agreed salary, and she has not received the salary yet. This restaurant is very poor, there are also problems with hygiene, the kitchen is not clean, the food is not fresh. DONT recommend going to a restaurant that treats its staff so badly.

Very good food and pleasant staff. I want to add that I have eaten a Dock chaw main today Sun 30th July my order took about 10 min and very tasty and will go back again.

Will happily take your money but will not give you your food, plus not answer their phone. Advice.....do not use this place, order from someplace else.

Ordered food at 4pm for delivery, came at 6pm!!! When it arrived food was soggy not crispy, got salt and pepper king prawns were bland and no flavour, waste of money. They used to be crispy and more flavourful. Only nice thing was the prawn toast. They don't even give any dip for the prawn toast. Very disappointed! Have ordered from them before and never had such terrible service. My husband had to call them twice and the guy just said the delivery driver is on the way. You should not open the delivery option online until you have a delivery driver available. Waste of money, do not recommend!!!

Never again after had a rock hard chicken and sesame seeds ,call to complain about it the lady on the phone was good and she's offered a replacement and I go with salt and pepper squid with we're under cooked 🤣, what a joke .. I not call again just in case , I'll not order from here again, it was my first and last.

Food is excellent and authentic Chinese cuisine. Always order from here food is so tasty. Ho fun noodles dish ,garlic fried rice all delicious. Always comes in prompt time and still piping hot. Highly recommend,good service 👍😁

They sent me food by mistake as I had ordered from there a few times. I did let the delivery guy know that I wasn't expecting any food order, he rang the restaurant and the manager told him to give me the food regardless of this error. VERY GENEROUS AND KIND PEOPLE!! Overall, Chopstix has been a life saver during this lockdown. They are very efficient and quick with delivery and the food is very delicious.

We ordered a few months back from Chopstix in Sherwood and the food was really good and left review. However our past orders have fallen short, most recently lamb cumin, chefs recommendation came as meat in gloop and 6 chicken dumplings the size of walnuts, lacking flavour. 2 stars for pineapple fritters and honey which were delicious.
