Pizza Supremo in Nottingham

"Ordered takeaway from this pizza place, and it was a huge letdown. The food was dry and downright disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Total waste of money." Today on the next day when I called the guy he was really rude and he had a lot of complaints of about my town so as I never do that I gonna spend my precious time to tell all you guys ... DON'T GO THE DON'T ORDER THE FOOD FROM THERE!!!!🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬😩😫

Wow didn’t think there would be a thing as too much. Ordered two small mixed kebabs with chips and there was an enormous about of food (enough to feed a family of four with left overs). And then on top of that they sent a free garlic bread because they said they took to long even though the order arrived exactly when it said it would. Will definitely be ordering again.

it said my order was delivered at six but didn't show up till 6:30 I tried to ring and ask them and I just got it's on its way it's on its way that didn't even ask me what my address was or anything

the staff from this this restaurant is rude!! i forgot to change the address so i asked nicely if i could change it and they start speak to me like a piece of dirt they made me pay them £5 in cash or they said i cant have my food!! its ridiculous!!

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Running some sort of scheme, trying to charge extra delivery fee after ordering. Avoid at all costs.

A mistake in the address, the driver demanded cash to deliver to our address 5 minutes down the road. When told we had no cash for the driver, we were told to ring the restaurant, they screamed and shouted at us, they were rude and extremely unprofessional!! Despite being longstanding loyal customers, we will never order from here again!!

The pizza was delicious as was the kebab. Large portion size and arrived hot. Would highly recommend.

Food over 30 minutes late. Called for an update and was told it would be 10 minutes. Called again again after 15 minutes and was told "nothing is guaranteed in life"

An hour and 10 min delivery time and the food is cold!

I order cheese burger.it looked like they had some old burger and even were not bothered to warm it.. only fries were warm.. Chese burger was cold like ice.

Kebabs were only warm I ordered 1 large mixed kebab on naan bread and the other was small mixed kebab on chips and I got both sent with naan my partner doesn’t like naan so the company said they’ll refund me for one kebab how does this work ?

If I could leave zero stars I would. Also knows as kebabish on uber eats. (Not dodgy at all) 😏 Fobbed me off, kept saying it would arrive in five minutes and they were behind because of lots of orders. Two hours later they shouted at me about uber not sending my order through, although when I questioned why they didn’t say this the two times I called before they put me on hold and then blocked me from calling when all I wanted was for them to cancel the order through uber eats so I could order elsewhere. Rather upsetting for a Friday night and patiently awaiting this long. Gutted all I wanted was a kebab 😂

Always lovely and very polite when they deliver never go to any other pizza shop been ordering from pizza supremo for many year's and have never had any problems. Best pizza around

overall first thing I will say is they can be occasionally late, if you are an asap kind of meal, just know they can be half an hour late at times, especially on a friday/weekend. however the portions are always great, usually if not always hot (especially in case the boxes) they are one of the few places in nottingham to do a munch box and they are worth it. if the food is late you will regularly get a free gift, and ordering regularly will also get you a free garlic bread occasionally

the people at pizza supremos have always been so kind and even upped the size of my pizza for the time that's why I love to order from them they're fast with delivery and making the food and so very kind to there customers

Service was horrible, it being loud due to the traffic and the server wearing earphones, I spoke louder, then got told not to shout like that and speak slower. When getting home I realised that my kebab had all the salad and only garlic sauce, when I asked for no salad and with both garlic and chilli sauce. The chicken in the munch box was over cooked and tasted old, as if we got a old batch. We felt like we were a burden for them, so they didn't put much effort into the food (smallest amount of meat I have seen) or put effort into even listening to us to get the order right Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Even though they were busy. I still respect the service. Thank you so much

great food friendly staff lovely note left in pizza box to apologise for being late due to traffic and being busy but i didn't think it was late. very well priced but with the discounts makes it an even better priced night in. will be back again
