Fantastic food at reasonable prices. My go to place for any Chinese food.

Have been going here for many many years and has always been my family's favourite Chinese takeaway, lovely staff and always delicious food.

Gone downhill so much. Ordered sat and chilli chips and they were embarrassing! A couple of small Pieces of pepper, not much salt and almost zero chilli. Really disappointed. Lost a customer that’s for sure.

It was the day after New Year, a Sunday and nowhere else was open so we chanced Lucky Panda. I really wish we hadn't. I had Chicken curry where the chicken really was poor standard, if I was lucky it was the reconsituted stuff but I fear it was lower quality than that. Worse than the curry though were the chips, I'm always quite a fan of Chinese chips, they're generally nice and crispy however these were clearly cooked earlier and then microwaved (and when I say earlier I mean at least 2 or 3 days earlier). Rubber and terrible taste. Never again.

Friendly owner,very handy for takeaway after a couple of drinks in the local pub.

Not overly impressed with our meal, the best I can say is it quenched the need for a Chinese meal

Been here 4 times now and been great every time. I am particularly fussy about takeaways and a much bigger fan of Indian food, so for me to enjoy 4 consecutive meals from here, they are definitely getting something right. I love the Thai style options best though.

Ordered 2 chicken curry dishes from this place while staying in Morpeth. Worst I’ve ever had. Chicken tasted like the cheap reconstituted stuff and the sauce was like water.

Very nice staff who are always friendly and smiling and tremendous food. We have carry outs from this restaurant when in the area and are always pleased with their food and service.

Ordered tonight and it was delicious friendly welcome from the lovely lady who runs the place . Extensive menu so much to choose from and the food was so nice this is a hidden gem everything we ordered was lovely my new favourite chinese take away .

Worse meal ever. No flavour, small portions, rubbery meat. Salt and pepper chicken small rock hard shreds of chicken with a strange after taste.

Reasonable chicken curry and fried rice

Been using the restaurant over the past year. The food at first was a winner with my family. But recent visits have seen the food decline in quality and taste. Such a shame as everything else is good. The staff are extremely friendly and they offer a huge range of dishes. Let's hope this is just a temporary blip as as soon as the food is back on par, I'd definitely be visiting again!

Food is really nice for a takeaway. Just a shame they don't deliver. Oh, and they only accept cash. But they have a certificate for good standard of cleanliness. I'd definitely recommend it.

What a fantastic little find this was...just moved to the area and was more "hopefull" than anything else of finally finding a takeaway where I can get a Vegan Chinese option, happy to say I've found one. The staff were very helpful and more then happy to give advise on what was suitable and how they could make other dishes fine for me to enjoy. It'll be the go to choice for future Friday night treats. 🥡

Ordered salt and chilli chicken with chips. Whilst the chips were ok the chicken was over cooked and completely tasteless! Very disappointed. This was not my first visit either.

Have been here before and visited again few days ago, the staff's nice and recommended me the salt & pepper ribs and the house special spicy sauce noodle, and they were absolutely delicious. Also, I like the Chinese dim sum which I can get it from the takeaway shop instead Chinese restaurant and they told me that the dim sum was homemade. Really recommended and will be back again.

I have been here again and again. Lucky Panda! They have the best Chinese food which I ever have in my life. Strongly recommend Duck in Plum Sauce and Salt & Pepper Chicken. The duck is just well cooked. Its thin, crispy skin and succulent flesh while the plum sauce kind of sour, salty and sweet (an indescribable taste). They're just perfect match like chips with ketchup! Absolutely amazing taste - Chinese style salt & pepper chicken. Lucky Panda's having their secret recipe! They're using the perfect gradient of seasoning (salt & pepper) with well deep fried chicken, it's fabulous delicious! You don't see it's just a take away shop! Give it a try! You will find out excellent food with good service of a nice and sweet smile lady staff will be a much better choice than those big restaurants!

Went at lunchtime for a change and whilst I enjoyed what I had, the remainder of the family didn't, Seemed to have indigestion most of the rest of the day. Happy to give it a wide birth. Parking is a nightmare and service leaves a lot to be desired. No thanks..

Really nice food but must be full of msg. The two of us kept waking up all night thirsty and had vivid dreams! Not worth a bad nights sleep, even if it tasted good.

The best Singapore fried rice we've had in the area, typical yummy chinese curry sauce. Prawn crackers finish the order nicely

If you want poor service and lousy food then this is the place to go. I have used this place for years, but now there is new owners and it's gone down hill massively. I have given this place a few chances as every place a Has an off day. Latest visit, I wasn't that hungry so didn't order anything exotic, quick and easy curry sauce chips and rice. I heard the chips getting reheated in the microwave, a teaspoon of curry sauce, which was tasteless. I don't write bad reviews unless I have given a place a few chances. Will not be returning again.

Very tasty, fresh piping hot food. Lovely lady too very friendly. We had quite a big order and rang ahead but it was ready on time and even got free spring rolls!

Fuimos en coche por casualidad ya que nos quedamos en una cabaña de madera cerca. La comida era muy buena, con mucha variedad y muy razonable. Yo volvería de nuevo si estuviese en la zona. En el clavo.

La pizzería chino promedio normal situado al lado del pub wansbeck que es conveniente, pero no es el más barato de lugares

Now I don't usually read other reviews on here but as only three had been posted and they were all top marks I had to comment.No way is this place worthy of full marks in my opinion. I ordered the Szechaun chilli chow mein with chips and it was only scraping average. The chips were rather dry but not overly bad and the chow mein was a bit overly greasy. It was meant to be mixed meat but I only had one prawn and one piece of chicken the rest was beef. It sounds like I'm being very harsh but in comparison to many other Chinese takeaway meals I've had it rates nowhere near the top and at £7.30 wasn't the cheapest.One plus was the very friendly lady who worked there.I will give it the benefit of the doubt as it was my first visit and I'd hate to write it off as it is a local business which we should all support.

We didn't really enjoy Chinese takeaway food until we tried here...the food is delicious and staff very friendly. We are regulars now!

We have been using this takeaway for years, the people who run it used to be at stobhill but have now taken over this take food, food is wonderful, and every time you go in you get a welcoming smile from the owner, we will continuing to use for years to come.

Me and my family have been coming to this place for years (previously located at Stobhill). We loved the food so much it became a Saturday night ritual (and occasionally weekdays too). Not only is the food excellent the value and service are great too. Very highly recommend Lucky Panda to any lover of Chinese takeaways.
