Best fried rice I’ve had in a very long time ! chicken balls were absolutely perfect and not greasy , chow mein loads better than everywhere . Chips ! Just perfect ! Very authentic food ( well what us Scot’s expect ) 5 *

Lovely Chinese food fresh and tasty

I've always been a Lucky House loyal. Great service, Great food , Great dependable home delivery. The only bad point I have to point out is the closing time should be extended by an hour Friday, Saturday. I can't comment on atmosphere because I always get my food delivered. What I would say though is that when I did go to the take away , which I stopped doing about 6 years ago because I moved down the bottom of Glasgow street, and bearing in mind I went into the shop for over 30 years it was always a great atmosphere then. Unless something really drastic happens I will always get my Chinese food from Lucky House. NOWHERE ELSE CAN COMPARE.IF anyone associated with Lucky House for the past 30 years at least see this I give you the biggest thank you ever for making my life better. Well done.

Recently moved here fae Glesga and if you served the food fae here back in Glesga the YT would assemble to smash up the shop. Tragic food. Woman that served is wis nice though.

I honestly believe this is the best Chinese takeaway in all over Ayrshire it has amazing food great prices and service is always great another satisfied customer. Best thing imo Is there extra hot curry, salt and chilli chips also do banging chow mein much recommended

Not been to lucky house for over 30 years. Ordered chicken chow mein, fried rice and curry sauce. Super fast service. Ordered and back out within 10 minutes. Food was absolutely perfect, lovely flavours. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Came here while working for dinner, the food was nice however I had the wrong order and never realised this until I got back to work unfortunately! I asked for fried rice not chips with my curry so my meal always felt it was missing something I haven’t tried it again after this unfortunately.

We normally order from a chinese on Glasgow street but time after time it was bland so we gave here a go and wow it was amazing. So much flavour and great portions! We got the Salt and Chilli shredded chicken, side of noodles and chips. Then 2 chicken fried rices. Next time I’d ask for half the veg in the shredded chicken as there was far too much but apart from that it was excellent!

Personally I'd say the best Chinese in Ayrshire I moved from Ardrossan and yet to find one as good. Still drive down to get one every so often.

Tried Lucky House for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Good food, generous portions, reasonable prices and friendly service. Will be back for more :)

Horrible, chicken in the curry chewy.

Had special sweet and sour and the batter was like damp cardboard and the meat and prawns were very tough, as if they'd been frozen for a while. Won't be using again.

If you want to wait 90 minutes and have overcooked meat with watery sauce this is the takeaway for you. 👎

Not sure if new owners or different cook. Food wasn't as good tonight. Far to many beansprouts in the chow mein, also carrots in it 🤔 I usually get a mixed starter but i was told they didn't do that, it was a salt & chilli box, holy fire, totally ruined it with the chilli, we like spicey but that was ridiculous.

Good place to eat snd tasty food. Have to be careful though as it is not opened every day of the week. Best thing to do is look online for a phone number and call them to check if they are open before you head round.
