Have bought food many times with no problem, picked up a delivery today sweet and sour Hong Kong style curry Called the shop when I got home to complain about the size of portion as it looked like a child’s portion , and was told they are always half full I know that’s a lie because I been in the shop lots, the sweet and sour sauce covered part of the chicken about 4 table spoons of sauce Man that answered did not care made no attempt to sort it out won’t be going back there Can’t put a picture on won’t let me although have put it on Facebook .

Website says sweet and sour chicken but recieved chicken balls which are rancid When contacting to fix the issue the person on the phone was no help at all and were quite rude On what planet is this sweet and sour chicken

Been going to lucky gate for years and years. Got a chicken chow mein, ribs and chips last night. Was stone cold freezing, the chips were terrible and the portion was tiny. Wont be using again!

Ordered 4 Chicken Marylands. Delivered on time but when they arrived were not fresh and very, very dry. Don't think I'll be ordering again from there !!!

First time bought from here. Garlic and chilli mussels were excellent brilliant balance of spice and flavour. Chicken and mushroom soup lovely tons of chicken in it. Speedy delivery and good app to pay via PayPal. Will deffo be ordering from here again.

Ordered lemon chicken rice with chips last night. Me and husband realised after a few bites that the chick was like jelly, like artificial chicken. We binned it after we tried to call the restaurant 5 times, anyway today we are suffering from what we did eat, food poisoning stomach is agony both of us and sick as a dog. Never been in as much pain as this with chicken

Disgrace. Part of the order missing and the rest was a mess in the bottom of the bag. Phoned resteraunt and they informed me they don't do refunds despite driver collecting the order. Absolute shambles of a place and best avoided

Staff wasn't to friendly Saturday night the 24th. They also don't have a separate price for a main meal without rice or chips. The portion of rice that I ended up with is also in the smallest container I have ever had for rice. Just not good value or service. Wont be back Very poor response from owner saying keep telling you same price with or without rice. Thats what the problem is .. £6.35 for beef curry with no rice or chips is the dearest in town.

We order from here semi-frequently. Had been using Just Eat but transitioned to their app. Firstly, the food is always usually decent enough but the service is atrocious. Currently waiting outside it, fifteen minutes after my allotted collection time because they hadn’t made my order. This is the second time it’s happened too. I won’t be back, but if you are using them, don’t bother ordering online.

Do not order and pay for food via their website it is not secure. The owner didn't seem concerned about the risk his website posed to his customers! Says it all really!

Love the chicken curry.. Rapid delivery too

Ordered £24 worth of food and only received one half of my order and by the time the second half was delivered the first half was cold and needed reheated, they forgot the prawn crackers and refused to give me them when i phoned they were very sarcastic and rude. Then when putting my food out I realised my " chicken chow mein" had no chicken in it. Have never had any trouble with them before hand but genuinely disappointed with the service and how unhelpful and rude the staff was, wouldn't recommend to anyone when there are better places near by.

Food was really nice and piping hot. Ordered sliced beef kung po.. Got chicken in batter kung po sent instead but to be honest it was that nice i just never bothered but if someone didn't like chicken it is a problem. Food was nice.

Worst food I’ve tasted for a long time!!! Think the fried rice was last weeks. It was all stuck together and stodgy. I asked for whole breast of chicken (even paid the 50p extra) and it came chopped. If I wanted it chopped I would’ve ordered that plus I would’ve saved myself £1 on both meals that I asked for whole breast!! Ordered in just eat because the guy who answers the phone is so ignorant!

Food was average a bit cold & delivery was late due to being a busy day. Just eat order told me it was £13:50 including the new service charge & the delivery driver came to the door and asked for £14:20!

Decent prices and quick turn-around. If ordering on just eat don't expect it to be ready bang on the time just eat says. This will be because they are busy and online orders take the hit. Edited to say how bad the customer service is in here. Disappointed in how the guy on the desk speaks and looks at customers.

I ordered around £25 worth of food to collect, including several cans of juice. They did not package my juice and when I called they were very rude and sarcastic over the phone. They then asked my address and offered to deliver them but of course they never arrived. I can only presume this was to get me off the phone. Curry tastes watered down and there were only about 12 prawn crackers in the bag. All round let down and I would not recommend this Chinese considering there are some very good ones close by.

Nice curry but ribs were cold and chips were limp, soggy and covered in black burnt bits. Also at £20 delivered for a chicken curry, ribs and chips its not very good value.

Incredible. I really was starting to think that Scotland had dropped the ball when it comes to Asian foods. Great to visit a takeaway that only serves what it's supposed to. No sign of munchie boxes hoggie boxes or deep fried pizza. The salt and chilli chicken balls are excellent. But it's really the dishes like kung po chicken. Beef and tomatoes and Singapore rice noodles that lift this takeaway head and shoulders above ANY chinese restaurants I have tried in scotland. The portions are very generous and the place is clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great curry sauce. Negatives are they use chicken thigh meat in chicken curry snack box and chips were a bit soggy and small portion.

Food was spot on and delivery time was great too, only thing I would say is the curry sauce is a little bit watery but apart from that the taste is really good.

Fast delivery delivered 15 minutes after ordering but must say standard of food not great

good food, decent customer service, have gotten my order wrong twice in a row through both calling in and being in the shop. Not happy as they took over an hour and a half to deliver things that I didn't ask for and seemed to deliberately not give me what i asked for in shop despite writing it down.
