Absolutely first class meals . Very friendly staff recommend

First time order so kept it simple. Hot & Sour soup & spare ribs dry. The hot & sour soup was fantastic! Exactly what you wish for. A nice broth, sweet, sour and a wee kick with pork, prawns, few pineapple strips and the all important egg drop. Now the ribs. The portion size is very good, had 6 large ribs with 2/3 end bits, plenty of meat on them & the lemon wedge that you need 👍! Then the taste…….. nothing, absolutely nothing, well except for Lemon!! The ribs were cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth with the slight crust just enough to hold the meat on the bone. But there was zero flavour!!!

Then staff were so nice and the food came with the allocated time

Food is always roasting hot and never been let down . Foods always very nice and good value

Honestly the best Chinese food in town, and the staff is very friendly. I Ordered from them multiple times and they always get it right, the order is never over salted or lack in flavour, I definitely recommend.

Order a takeaway 4.30pm arrived at 5.05 pm. Dried spare ribs beef curry fried rice and chips food was cold when it arrived binned will not use again

Good food and helpful staff. The phoneline is terrible at the moment, very crackly which makes it difficult to understand the person taking the order at times. Would be such an easy fix however has been like that for months now. (Still not fixed) Having an app or the ability to take card payments would also be quite helpful

Called on a wed tbe girl who answered the fone was very friendly & helpfull.. the chicken curry was best ive had in a long time... and the salt & chilli chips had lots of onions n chillis as requested...very impressed large tray of curry too!!!!

Since moving from Glenrothes in Fife I have tried a few Chinese Takeaways but I have ordered more times as I can count helpful staff and the food is good too I would recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried them yet to do so

Order from here once a week never had a bad meal just wish they had a website where you could order online n pay by card or something like food hub or just eat

Best chinese takeaway in airdrie!!!

First time getting an order from here ( right location/right time). Food was awful chicken disintegrated away in sauce in both chicken dishes. Not an expert but I reckon it has been sitting in water too long. Will never return here again. As can be seen from my other reviews I am not a serial 1 star person, but this was more than worthy of it score.

I decided to give it a review as it is by far the best chinese I have ever tried (and I've had my share). I normally like to try different chineses from time to time but have kept with this place since trying it a year ago. Their beef/chicken/King prawn curry is the best I have ever had. Without doubt if you like a chinese chicken curry then this is the place for you. Peking Spare Ribs fall of the bone and are so tender and yummy. Very rarely steer from a chinese curry but have had chicken chow mein, chicken satay (was amazing also) sweet and sour chicken and all meals have been top notch. Without doubt the best place for chinese food. Thoroughly recommended.

Used them for almost 10 years no problems first issue I did have they sent me the wrong order and refused to change it I always ordered the same thing yet they said I ordered it wrong the girl on the phone recognised me knew I was being honest tried too help but the owners refused!!! Feel totally let down customer is always wrong at china gold it would seem.
