missing items and some of the food cold. never had a issue with them before today

Food was good, apart from the chips which were dire! Deliver was shockingly bad, I phoned more than once and promised it would be “5 minutes.” Over an hour late from the first time given and 30 minutes late from the adjusted time. Such a shame, because the food was nice.

As with all delivery services it would be a great idea to tell you up front the delivery charge, that way you can budget accordingly

Best sweet and sour chicken I've had in cardiff

Ordered here fairly regularly previously. They have decent deals and used to have a nice light, not undercooked or too greasy batter on their chicken balls. The last 3 orders have had the wrong sauce (may as well not order at that point), the batter on the balls is too thick and the middle is raw, the chips taste old like they've been fried twice, and the egg fried rice tastes weirdly like lemon. Not sure if it's actual lemon or someone spraying down whatever it's stored in. Either way it's rank. That's our last order. Not worth it even with a refund. (I'd all pictures of the gooey uncooked batter, but I don't have the option)

The rice sauce and pork chow mein was lovely but the spring rolls were for not a better word vile they were full of Bean sprouts and tasted awful. Not usually one to complain but they aren’t cheap. The chips were also dry and alsmost like yesterdays batch 😢

Ordered on Uber eats, food was amazing. Dishes weren’t padded out with onions like many restaurants do and food was full of flavour. Definitely be ordering from you again 👍🏻

we called at 8.25pm, which was the estimated maximum delivery time. they said the driver was not there yet and could tell us the time of arrival only once he would be back. they ende up estimating 15-20mn more to wait. he arrived at 9.05pm. Poor quality products: prawn crackers were stale, the rice was swimming in a liquid of weird colour (same colour for chop suey). it tasted like gravy. the pineapple fritters were like reheated and very greasy. disappointed, it's the last time we order there.

As we ordering a quiet regularly, we could noticed changes in menu. Recipes changes, items removed. Food taste different too. Not sure if chefs or management changed but its really disappointing that the varieties of egg fried rice have been reduced just to pork and bbq pork,as my family have learnt to love it and each of us would order it with different protein. Altogether gave 3* for the speed delivery but not sure if we'll order again just because of the convenience of the right combinations

We decided to try a new take out fair enough that sometimes people can be last but it was 15 mins over the deadline, We the food was received it looked like it had been left under a heat lamp Crispy chicken was rock hard the chips were chewy . The ribs were nice but the sweet and sour chicken balls were nasty they were undercooked a lot!! I don't leave many reviews but please make sure that the food is edible before you send it out had to throw most of it out which is ashamed as 60 quid is a lot to spend. Please do better for other customers thank you.

Ordered from here twice on Deliveroo and never been disappointed. Thought I’d have a look on google to see where exactly it was, and I’m shocked at the amount of bad reviews! Each to their own, and obviously different experiences, but the food we have had has always come piping hot, on time, delicious, with friendly service. Personally, I would highly recommend!

First of all, 2 hours of delay. Secondly, the food was cold, tasting like it was cooked 12 hours ago. So disgusting. Overall, very bad service, we didn't finish the food.

We ordered noodles and we ask spicy but thr food was not spicy at all and we didn’t get any knife fork and napkins .

Worst experience with their delivery. Driver refused to come to the building and asked us to go out in the street in the rain, and he wasn't even in front. Then he cursed us out, as did the restaurant attendant. Don't order. Don't eat if you don't even have another option. Food wasn't that good and it was missing items!

This restaurant is a scam. I ordered food at 23:17 via Deliveroo on Friday 27th November. They don’t use Deliveroo drivers so you can track it. It never arrived and when I called them 5times on the night they didn’t answer, they lied to Deliveroo and said they handed me the £40 order. Deliveroo refuse to refund despite having 0 proof of delivery and this restaurant just lies also with 0 proof of delivery so won’t refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Their delivery driver always parks in the only disabled space in the street (he isn’t disabled). When that space is not available he parks in a very dangerous blind spot on a junction. The place inside doesn’t look great

Been going here for a few years. I've only ever had one poor experience where they were very late and they apologised for that on doorstep. Apart from that, they've always been accurate and delivered within the stated time. Always give prawn crackers or a similar free item, and I really like their food. I have read the other reviews and was surprised by the negative experiences as its very different to my own. I've only ever ordered delivery, most of my orders are direct by phone with a few via justeat when I dont have cash. My overally experience has been good.

Would not recommend if in dispute of refund. - ordered. Did not get my food yet they still took my money and it's been over a week I'm still trying to receive a refund for over £50! Not reasonable at all!!

Avoid at all costs....Ordered through deliveroo to deliver food at The Hilton where I was staying. The food didn't arrive I have still been charged. Impossible to get hold of them and deliveroo say they delivered it. I know for sure no one attempted to deliver it to my room as I checked with all the staff as well. Charging for goods bot received is illegal. I will be taking matters further.

Can't add photos as the food didn't turn up, the phone number given on Uber eats goes straight to answer phone, haven't been able to get refund, great place to order if you prefer to pay for food and then not receive it, avoid should you prefer to receive your food.

1 star food hygiene rating and I can testify to that. Have been bed ridden with food poisoning for 10 days since having quarter crispy duck on 3/10/21. Have eaten here for years but I would say this is one to avoid now.

I I've been ordering here for 6 years and was the only Chinese I ever used but last time I ordered i noticed the Singapore chow mein have changed in look and flavour. Anyway 6 years of loyalty i though tonight I would try it again but now even the Singapore rice was AWFUL!!! IT WAS JUST BASICALLY PLAIN!! CHOW MEIN and RICE with some meat and veg chucked in for good measure. So sorry bad food once fool on me however bad food twice food on you! Ill be using someone else in future. If you have a new chef or owners then please call the old ones up and ask for their recipe because yours are AWFUL. BTW the other mains we ordered where also terrible and we received a pork curry rather than the BEEF we ordered. Not happy !

Pre ordered from just eat. Turned up 45 mins late with missing food. Some of the food was ok but some was very dry. It advertises free prawn crackers or pop over a certain amount. Dodnt recieved anything. Very disappointed.

Had friends over for a chinese. Turned up an hour late. The lady that works here is one of the rudest we’ve come across. Whilst on loudspeaker, all 6 of us Came to the conclusion that she did not give one bit of care that it was late or cold. She said that she would collect the food however it would take an hour atleast for another order (meaning it would come at 10:15pm) not on! Did not apologise once for it an instead told me to have it our with Just Eat. We all agreed that we probably would’ve ordered there again but due to her sheer arrogance on the phone, we will not be going here again and we’ll make sure we tell our friends and family the same!

Ordered from Just Eat and it was 30mins late. Phoned the restaurant to explain and had a lady who couldn’t care less that we had cold food. She was incredibly rude and even had the audacity to chuckle at one point. Food was very salty but was ok to eat, although being cold. Would probably give benefit of the doubt of it being a Saturday Night and being late and re-order from here but will not give my custom to that rude lady who has no idea about customer service!!! Train your staff to have better customer service!!

Your bbq sauce tastes of nothing.. literally nothing! Like I’ve just paid for a large tub of air, it is extremely bland... I have never tasted bbq sauce like that in my life & im a huge fan of Chinese food, The chicken & Chinese mushrooms were like eating slugs & onions, very little chicken, your chicken chow main was just basically plain chow main, hardly no chicken, I’ve just paid £30 for a Chinese that nobody wants to eat!! Extremely disappointed!!
