ordered here last night. after eating 2 bites i nearly threw up, all of it ended up in the bin and i will not be ordering again. you should get way better quality food for the prices i had to pay. And to top it off the delivery guy stunk of horrible body odour. sloppy, slimy and bad hygiene. YUCK

Horrible disgusting kebab, the worst ive had in a long time. there was a hair in it. i tried to call them back up to say what was wrong and they denied it and told me to stop lieing dont eat here, bad people and bad food

1st time a bad review, calzone was not cooked inside, was cold inside, cheese still.not melted, crust still soft, battered chicken was nice though, took 30mins to arrive from.ordering

Pizza and garlic bread were swimming in grease. Chips were awful and definitely fried multiple times. Avoid.

2.50 for a very under sized portion of fries which were soggy and stale. 100% reheated, and if they weren't, they were left over the fryer. Pizza, was dreadful, dough was soggy, fillings were dry overcooked. Delivery was fast though, can't knock em for that. I'd rather slower delivery, and actually well prepared food though. especially at the prices. say fresh dough, I highly doubt it.

We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza and the mighty meaty. Both were incredible as always, the food is always very nice, fast and friendly service, heavily recommended!

Pizzas not cooked properly. Base was soggy and doughy. Toppings were unpleasant. Disappointed as I’ve had good pizzas from here. Food had to be discarded in the bin and will not order from here again.

Back to its best this week. Food was here early and piping hot. Delivery driver professional as always and very apologetic over the last order and I appreciate the effort he went to to explain and apologise. We will be back ! Brilliant service and business as usual.

If I’m being honest tonight’s order was disappointing items missing food was very small portion wise not the norm we are used to from lucianos. The first time since i started going here that I’ve felt like this possibly an off night? But if I receive what I did again tonight then it may be my last. Hopefully next time there’s a improvement and this is just a mishap

Unfortunately I received the wrong pizza - cheese and tomato instead of meaty. Only realised after I got home after collection. Food was tasty though.

I ordered a chicken kebab on a garlic nan bread. First of all, the garlic nan was about as garlic as fresh air, albeit on hardened, defrosted bread that tasted like cardboard - Not a great start. The chicken was that bulk packed half sliced reconstituted chicken that the local take away buys at the cash and carry, definitely not breast and probably closer to rubber than any other ingredient. I eat the 'chicken' because I was hungry, but the 'garlic nan' went where it belonged, in the bin. I also ordered 2 pepperoni 12" pizzas for the kids... They were thin crust and I was told they were quite unremarkable (I'm being kind). The kids left half of the pizzas in an indirect protest... Probably better off reverting back to Dominos for pizza and skipping the kebabs altogether. Not a great experience.

The best pizza place in the area. Always very quick and incredible quality. We’re moving in a few weeks but will for sure be coming back this way for a pizza!

Oh wow… this was the first time I ordered from Luciano Pizza and I was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The food arrived early, the delivery driver was so polite and friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. It was fresh, piping hot and everything was so delicious. Luciano’s is definitely a gem amongst all the rocks and the only place I will be eating at from now on. Many thanks 🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a hidden gem, all these new fancy burger, pizza and kebab houses trying to re-invent the wheel. This place goes quietly about its business and the quality is always spot on. Will definitely continue to be my first choice local takeaway

The kebab was good. Chips were fine. The ice cream tasted like something that has defrosted and then be refrozen.

Great customer service. The original driver had trouble finding out house but we did receive our order after a short delay. A few minutes later, another driver arrived with the same order! They said they weren't sure whether the food might have been cold so they sent it again. The food is always nice and generally arrives pretty quickly

1st coming here and not what I expected. There was a weird smell from the pizza. Felt like something was off so decided not to eat it. The kebab rows called so it was like we wasn’t the first drop from the delivery. I say this to every takeaway stop giving the drivers more drops because one of the customers always get cold food afterwards. Very disappointed sadly won’t be coming here again unfortunately most of the food went into the bin the only thing was ok was the chips

I really used to like Lucianos, but the standard has dropped recently. It's either wrong items or missing items on a regular basis... kebabs with more salad than meat, poor quality meat etc. Such a shame as they used to be excellent

The pizza was inedible, the meat on it tasted off & it had to go straight in the bin. However the chicken wings & wedges were nice but the garlic mayo dip that was meant to go with the wedges was missing .

Lucianos food is always top quality, and delivery/collection is super speedy. I can't recommend them highly enough. 😁

I was visiting a fri bed and decided on Pizza. I found Luciano on the internet! Wow what a good choice - we had two pizzas and chips. A lovely man delivered. The pizzas were amazing so fresh and tasted amazing. Thank you Luciano, my friend who had been very poorly, no appetite really enjoyed her pizza. Will be ordering again next Friday Thank you

Order here on a regular basis. Always quick and well prepared. When on rare occasions a mistake is made with the order, they always sort it out immediately. Very friendly.
