Absolutely disgusting. We ordered last night. My partner got the chicken tikka wrap and has got food poising. These people obviously don't care about what food they are serving us. Only care about the money. We will be reporting them. Please don't order from here

food was nice but customer service was poor. I had selected a specific time for delivery but the order was 45mins, they prepared the food after I rang up.

Delivery was 1hr late, ordere food at 7.05pm for delivery for 8.05pm but was not delivered till 9pm. After ringing and asking an update they had forgot about order, then said 10mins but still 20mins later no sign, so I rang back and they said it was outside but still no sign food arrived 1hr late which was ordered 2hrs in advance. Absolutely poor customer service, I will not be ordering again as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me from this takeaway.

Called 4 times wasn’t delivered until 9:20 after being told it was 2 mins away nearly an hour before they had put on just eat it had already been deliver last call we told them to cancel food and give us a refund they said they would refund and deliver it no refund and came cold. Terrible service if it was going to come that late I wouldn’t of bothered

Food was delicious. Unfortunately there didn’t seem to be a way of adding extra toppings so I put them in the notes but they didn’t take any more money for them despite us offering it.

My food was ordered at 2:30pm and it arrived at 5pm. The food came and it was freezing cold, couldn’t eat it at all! I only got £5 refund which I’m not happy about.

Arrived later, food wasn't warm, garlic bread had that much grease on it had soaked through the base of the box an as for the spag bol pizza I had a slice an it was just a cheese pizza no bol sauce at all, the london pizza all chips went in bin as were dry an cold. Absolutely disgusting an a waste of £29 quid

I ordered food and was told the estimated wait time would be maximum an hour. I waited for 1 hour and 15 mins before calling and was told my food was on the way. I then called again 20 minutes later and was told my food was "2 minutes away". I waited for another 15 to call again as my food hasn't been delivered and the restaurant didn't answer my call. I waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered and I didn't receive it.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting times for food, left us for over 2 hours waiting for our delivery, when we rang them they said that it had just left the shop, that was at 1:30am, we ordered our food at 12:15am and we only ordered a 12” pizza, unacceptable and utterly ridiculous.

Absolutely appalled, ordered food and paid and waited over 2 hours for it to not turn up then to be told the shop closed 5 minutes after they took my money I’m disgusted £20 stolen from me! Do not recommend absolutely vile behaviour

Ordered lucianos special parmo. You get to choose 4 toppings . Plenty to choose from . Also some wedges separate. The amount of wedges would do 2 easily. The parmo was spot on arrived on time and piping hot. Only thing was no salad . The best value from here is there godfather meal deal . Very good value. Would recommend.

They gave us a 1 portion of garlic sauce, and they gave us a spicy chicken wrap instead of a chicken wrap. highly unacceptable

Ordered bolognaise special shop rang me to say they is no tuna but my pizza came with no bolognaise and no chilli i paid extra for i didnt order a chilli sauce i ordered chilli on the pizza 🥲 if he told me on the phone id just be having a veggie pizza id of changed it but he legit just said they would be no tuna but it states on the menu there is bolognaise on the pizza. I ordered extra chilli on the pizza so all i received was the blandest veggie pizza and gave to homeless man waste of £15 pounds

We received the wrong drinks for our order, the garlic was watery and not nice to eat and the pizza came and the cheese had fallen off of it!

Unbelievable, got the Peri-Peri chicken stir fry wish I tried it sooner! Easily the best food I’ve had in a long time. Would urge anyone who likes stir fry to try this… Portions are huge, so much flavour too to top it off I’ve gained about 4 extra stone from one meal hahahahaha thank you guys absolutely unreal

It was late by well over an hour and the shop is only round the corner haven’t tried the food yet but if it’s anything like the delivery time it won’t be great

Had parmo for takeout there as i have searched in google for best pizza shops near Middlesbrough..it popped up lucianos at first . Not bad at taste but for the price i think its not that great

parmo a little pinkish in colour so daughter would not eat it. ordered donner wrap and didn't come. pizza cold but still nice. usually our favourite takeaway and we spend quite a bit of money here so hopefully just a one off but definitely wary about ordering again
