Some of my order was left in restaurant and there was no way of me getting the rest of the food. And I was told to collect. Terrible service

I ordered from Lucali which on the website said it was delivered. I never received any food. Lucali were not the least bit helpful and said I needed to contact Just Eat. When I messaged them they said a refund for the food would be given only.

wish they had taken out the bay leaves before serving. some mouthfuls felt like I was chewing on bits of plastic.

What can I say... Nice family restaurant. Kids had a blast. Fine for the family - it's got everthing middle class, pizza and pasta craving young kids need. Not sure about the mint seats but I am colour blind (so my wife and those charts tell me). Pop in some time soon.

Food was exceptional 100% recommend could not fault a single thing, lasagna was outstanding and one of the best pizzas i have had delivered will defo order from here again x

The pizza was stone cold and the pasta had to be reheated. Would like to discuss this further as I phoned the restaurant and they advised that it left their premises piping hot so the issue is with just eat.

Pizza missing from the order, called the restaurant and it was delivered later - cold. About 10 chips in the portion. Normally love this restaurant but I won't be ordering take away again. Very disappointing for the price.

I usually order in the evening but decided on Italian for lunch. Everything was disgusting. It’s actually put me off ordering from here again. 👎

Lasagne was lovely, pizza was tasty but cold, these types of pizzas just go cold fast can’t be helped.

Minestrone soup was pretty bland, first time I've ever had it without any pasta. Carbonara was pretty tasty.

I love this place. I have been visiting this location for about 8 or 9 years now. Don't go as often as I'd really like. I love the food here. Everything I have ever tried has been delicious and in our most recent trip I had bruschetta and then an arabiata. The sauce was so delicious that we found ourselves embarrassingly trying to scoop up the leftover sauce with the fork as we couldn't leave it!!! The service has consistently been good over the years. The manager I think, is always polite and helpful and the lovely waiter who served us had a lot of time for us, and went out of the way to even offer me sunscreen!!! Just a lovely spot with great food and great service. Always a pleasure.

I normally love this place. If I’m not sitting in I’m ordering out and tonight was not up to par at all I am afraid. My pizza was stone cold and the cheese had all reformed and the skin on fries were also freezing. Heated them up and just not the same as reheats, same with the pizza. Partners Risotto was also loaded with peas. Not happy with tonight’s chefs Dishes and not for the prices charged

Great food, polite driver and fast delivery

Went in to get out of the rain and we decided to stop and have a coffee and a little cake. Staff are lovely and the cappuccino was amazing and warm sometimes when going for a coffee in a restraunt it's not very warm but this one was. The only concern is disability access as its very tight to get a wheelchair into the door there is a door entrance and then another one then there isn't alot of space. We did have a look at the menu as we would come another time for a meal prices look reasonable. Parking outside the area is limted.

Popped in for a quick midweek lunch by myself. I had the scallops, bruschetta, and spaghetti carbonara. The staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, the food was fresh and delicious, and the carbonara beat the pants off of Oro's version. This place is a fantastic restaurant that excels at service, takes cleanliness seriously, and makes great food - so basically, a gem! I'll be back!

Third time we have eaten here. Quality ingredients. Wide range of choice. Good lunch and early dinner deals. Highly recommend.

Had a nice meal in here, it has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly. The female manager is always friendly and chatty, you can always get a last minute booking on the same day.

The meal ordered came with an option of chips or pasta with it and the wrong preference came which was put in the notes.

Food was lovely. However delivery driver was very rude because she couldn't find my address but I suppose that's what happens when she parks right down at the start of the street. Then blames me for walking all over the place. Despite her rudeness and the ability to drive to the end of my road the food was still warm and it was delicious. So won't mark restaurant down as honestly food was amazing! Compliments to the chef.

Pizza was cold and uncut with generous lumps of chicken and mushroom but not spread evenly. Pizza was nice when reheated in the air fryer the next day. Some of the fries were uncooked too

Food is good as always, and I always add into the notes to not add the big thick green herbs throughout the pasta as it makes it nippy for me to eat. It is usually acknowledged but tonight it wasn't, and I've spent my time picking these out of my food so that my mouth wasn't burning while eating. Usually love food from this place as this is normally catered to, but kinda ruined my experience tonight, having to spend that time picking out herbs.

Delivered 10 minutes earlier than initially stated. I love this place but this was the first time I ordered a delivery. The quality of the food was as good as in the restaurant. The food was a little bit on the lukewarm side but easily fixed, afterall it is minus degrees outside and the delivery guy was on a bike for 15 mins. Lol so no complaints at that. Awesome will defo order delivery again.

Pasta had a little more spice in it than we would have liked, but it won't stop us from returning!

Our meal arrive in very good time we didn’t wait too long for it. It was absolutely delicious. Our starters where minestrone soup and king prawns in a beautiful chilli broth it was totally delicious hot enough to make your mouth dance but not that hot that it spoils your meal. Both came with bread. The Main course we got the same pollo funghetto. This was amazing the chicken was perfect it was tender and not tough and the mushroom sauce was full of flavour and enough not to make the dish sloppy

Food was delicious and fresh. Would prefer not to have balsamic dressing in the tray with the pollo Milanese.

Could not fault the service or the food! Just make sure you have an appetite very generous portions. Catered for a large group very efficiently even with multiple other large groups present. Can't wait to go back.

Skin on fries are fried with other items therefore I asked for this to be changed which staff kindly did. I ordered penne arrabbiata with prawns however there was hardly any prawns. I appreciate them changing my order but I think going forward better to advise what is mixed with what. Thought the lady was nice but she was a bit snappy when I asked about the pasta. Everyone has dietary requirements so it's ok to check but overall was ok. Thanks

Had an espresso and a scone. In Italy an espresso is always accompanied by a glass of tap water. Could have done with that here as the scone was so dry. Service was great, friendly and quick. Place was quiet, so atmosphere was peaceful. Can't comment on how everything would be when busy.

I would just like to highlight that there was no apology from the manager and nothing was taken off the bill when we first asked for it. I had to go up to the bar and speak to the manager to remind him of the below. I would also like to highlight that as much as we appreciate one of the meals being taken from the bill, it's not about the money, it was the fact I had to approach and remind the manager myself before there was an apology that was most disappointing. Unfortunately if I could give this a 0 star I would. I visited Lucali for the first time this evening and can confirm I will not be back. It’s very clear to see that the waiter serving us didn’t want to be there which I find disrespectful when you’re spending your money in their restaurant. Our drinks order was forgotten, one of our starters forgotten and then one of our mains forgotten. The worst part was the waiter still had time to stand and laugh and joke with the chef whilst we sat for a substantial amount of time still waiting for the last meal. Half of our table was clearer after our starters and we had to ask for the other half to be cleared. The manager was aware and didn’t even apologise.

Food was only warmish. Pizza base was a little under cooked and soggy. So much cheese, ĺtopping congealed into lump. Over all quality mediocre.

Delicious original cuisine. Very professional and kind, smiling staff. I will be back to try the rest of the menu.

I have called the restaurant and got a story!! Oh dear these people think we all stupid out there. Needless to say I will never order or return to this establishment. I gave the restaurant two options in order to solve the situation. Guess what ...he picked the worst one...not my loss after all just disappointment and left hungry! We know now why they were early, food was cold.

Food was really good and tasty, main meals are a good portion size! Only thing I can say was the chicken starters are a bit overpriced over £7 for 3 little pieces of chicken! That’s the only criticism!

Placed an order through Uber Eats, although the pick up time was stated as 7.58 p.m, when we got there the chef had not even started our order and we had to wait for over half an hour. Would not order again as Lucali did not bother updating us and wasted our time as well as causing stress.

Cartoccio Cardine lovely pasta bacon chicken peppers mushrooms cooked in foil with Parmesan cheese ,lovely tasted ,and potatoes with skins on ,all food great.Highly recommended to everyone.

I've never had a pizza with the most foul smelling and tasting salami. Took one bite and had to spit it out.. It was pale and rotten looking. I tore the pizza apart to eat the crusts which were really nice, especially wit the charred ends and the garlic dip was excellent. If I order next time, I will be avoiding any meats from this place.

Will not go back. Menu said one course £11.95 was charged the same as my friends who had a supplement when challenged the manageress was adamant they were right. I am so angry and as a principle will not go back.

My husband had the spaghetti bolognaise.......it wasn't very good. My steak was OK but very expensive. Table room was restricted.

Still good but got the feeling at times that we'd been forgotten 🤔

I got the Rigatoni Pollo Spinaci and honestly it was full of flavour. The chicken breast was proper chicken breast and tasted amazing. Lovely creamy spinach and fresh pasta. Dish was absolutely beautiful and hit the spot. There is no soft drink option on the menu. But would be a bonus for next time when I order. Compliments to the chef and delivery driver. What a fantastic dining experience we had tonight at Lukali by Andiamo. The food was excellent. Staff were really pleasant and attentive. I had the seafood and lobster risotto and other half had the seabass and prawn skewers. Hope to be back soon.

Wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars. The whole atmosphere of the place is gorgeous, mixing modern and retro style seamlessly. The booths were very comfortable for my bad back. The staff were so sweet and personable, and our waitress chatted away to us for ages about my upcoming wedding. I cannot overstate how good the menu is at this place, and they truly cater for everyone. I am vegan and they not only had clearly labelled options on the menu, and a separate vegan menu as well, but they had a wide range of options. The fries were some of the best I have ever eaten, and I would HIGHLY recommend the chickpea fritters with the marinara sauce. The vegan "chicken" panuozzo was so good that I instantly resolved to bring my partner back here ASAP so he can try it, despite not being local to the area. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the staff kept the surrounding tables clean and organised. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely brilliant find!

Didn't have a good experience at this restaurant last night.The blonde waitress didn't take our order for 35 minutes. We were given an Itison voucher from my daughter for £50 for our Wedding Anniversary . Would definitely not go back there.

When we entered a member of staff did not appear to have our booking. We got a drink after 20 minutes and it took 35 minutes for someone to take our order. My starter came quite promptly but the wait for the main course was far too long. The service overall was terrible and we shall not return here soon.

Lovely food and nice atmosphere. We went with kids and it's family friendly with a very nice kids menu.

I have visited a few times before when this restaurant was Andiamos, so was keen to try when i came accross a voucher deal online. We visited for lunch and very much enjoyed our experience. Service was good. Food was excellent. We had starters of bruschetta, mushroom crostini and a plate of scallops to share. Mains, my partner had a steak and i had the seabass in a tomato caper sauce with a skewer of king prawns. All absolutely delicious. Can't fault anything. Portions were generous, my fish was really tasty, king prawns large and plump. Scallops were large and juicy. Toasted bread that came with scallops and my mushrooms were even delicious! Warm and soft with the right amount of toastiness, if that makes sense!! 😆 I have used voucher deals online before and noticed restaurants often cut back on portion sizes when dining with these offers. Lucali does not, so that was nice. I dont live near the area but will be definitely visiting again when i get the chance. Absolutely recommend this place.

Delicious food and service good .

Not been in there since 2017 and its vastly improved. I would recommend any of their pasta dishes, crostini's and bruschetta.
