I had the WORST time here. We were sat right on the edge of the pub garden looking 'terrace' when there was plenty of space inside the 'terrace'. The food was mediocre at best. The staff were the rudest people I have EVER encountered, we asked for a new drink as the cocktail served was putrid and the waiter intimidated us saying we must drink it to replace it, when we said we had only poured one glass,he got the manager who was happy to bring us something new. This however took 15 minutes to arrive and we did ask where it was twice. Then we weren't given glasses until we had to ask another 5 mins later, so thats 20 minutes of our 'bottomless' gone. The attitude of the staff was so bad I have no words and we were perfectly polite, I don't like drama or confrontation. At the end of the brunch we asked someone behind the bar to speak with a manager and the barman threw his hands up at us and said "what do you want to say? You can say it to me" which was really scary to be honest. We did speak to a manager who offered us a free drink. Also we were made to pay before hand and made to pay a high service charge, I WOULD NOT have paid full price for that shambles had I known. Never been so disgusted and disappointed. Before anyone asks if I was drunk, I was not because I'd had hardly anything to drink due to waiting!

Attended the Loktana love brunch - the food was lovely and the best part of the day, the rest was not, the payment for the our brunch including the hidden service charge was taken 5 minutes after we sat down and couldn't dispute the service charge being taken off. Prosecco was that involving a screw top lid in which you could imagine the taste. Cocktails were ok but mainly just juice. The total price came to £51 for a two course brunch, disappointed.

We always have such an amazing time brunch if at love brunch!! The food is on point and drinks are lush a good variety of choices from beer/cider to cocktails and of course Prosecco! Will be back again soon ❤️

Always love brunching at love brunch, it never disappoints. Firstly it’s great value for money, either 2 or 3 courses and unlimited drinks for 1.5 hours. The vibe is always great… at North Pole the DJs always play the best music. At the Lokanta venue it’s more of a chilled atmosphere compared to the party atmosphere at North Pole but I love brunching at both venues. The cocktails are amazing at both venues and I think this is one of the main things that make them stand out from other brunches (as some only offer prosecco etc.) Another stand out factor being the different weekly themes. They always have the best DJs/Performers and I’m really looking forward to brunching a lot more this summer at some of their upcoming themes!

One of the best brunches I’ve been too! I had bottomless cocktails which was perfect as I hate Prosecco and not a lot of brunches have much of a variety. Lots of cocktails and the music and vibe was unreal. Very lively!!

Love brunch is so much fun. It caters to everyone. The cocktails are banging But also have beer and presseco that is bottomless too 🤯. The food is out of this world so nice. They also boxed up what I couldn’t eat to take home. The music is fun the DJ gets everyone involved. The decor is sleek and then you can join the party down stairs in the outdoor lounge or bar afterwards. the staff are amazing they work so hard but they always had service with a smile and was happy to help! Will definitely be booking again. Best brunch in London!!!

Came for a brunch with some friends and would highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back! Best brunch I’ve been to so far, value for money is great - I usually find it really hard to find a brunch with a good vibe for a decent price but as well as that there’s a generous option of drinks and the food is really nice with again lots of choices!! The staff are lovely and helpful. It was easy to book and the venue is really clean! Atmosphere was really nice too! Will deffo be booking another brunch x

Attended the Lokanta Brunch, had an amazing time! Food & Drinks we’re unreal, the brunch was great, drinks were flowing ( no waiting for next drinks etc) . Real party feel to the brunch, will definitely be returning!

I went Lokanta for my mates birthday celebrations, just wanted a chill environment to eat and drink at. We got exactly what we wanted - a great service and quality food. Would definitely recommend, especially for parties.

I attend this brunch a couple of weeks ago for the first time and couldn’t have been more impressed. As NHS staff, me and my friends were offered our £10 deposit for free!! Once we were arrived we were greeted by our waitress who took us to our table and thanked us for our service during the pandemic. Food was amazing and the drink was constantly. Such a nice treat to spend with me friends after the difficult year we’ve all had, and even more generous of love brunch to want to give back to the NHS. I couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be returning!

Love Brunch is my absolute fave brunch. The music is always amazing. Upstairs in the restaurant they do different weekly themes & recently I’ve been to brunch outside in the garden area and they’ve had a playlist with all different songs which was really good. For the price what you get is amazing. 2 or 3 courses with a wide range of unlimited cocktails. Pre covid they had a DJ for after parties and I can’t wait for this to be put in place again now that restrictions are easing. Can’t wait to brunch again at Love Brunch!

Been to this place before and had a somewhat pleasant experience. However, this time round it was not so good. It was my 25th birthday and my girlfriend booked LoveBrunch especially for it. One of the staff members actually emailed my girlfriend and told her that the whole thing was completely free as it was my birthday and we both worked for the NHS. We were extremely shocked and sceptical as you would be, however went with it. A few days before the day, we thought we would email them just to double check that there was nothing to pay, and they turned around and said it was only the £10 booking fee that was taken off the full price. They apologised and said they would ' throw in some free shots' for our inconvenience. We then went on my birthday to the venue (North Pole) and were 'greeted' by staff and led to our table. Staff knew it was my birthday and did not wish me happy birthday or even try to make it special. The place was overcrowded and I felt as though staff were just biding their time waiting for us to leave for the next table to arrive. No free shots and staff were extremely unwelcoming and rude. It's safe to say this was the worst birthday ever and I will never be returning. The food was average and definitely not worth paying £35 overall. I strongly do not recommend this dressed up scam of a place/event, and advise you choose an alternative with better prices and staff who actually know how to work in hospitality.

I’m quite shocked & disgusted from one of the events, it was Rihanna vs Beyoncé night. My friend booked a table for us at LoveBrunch. We had the same 6 songs on repeat, one of the cocktail jugs had a plastic lid I’m guessing from the juices, they didn’t seem bothered, neither did they say sorry they just laughed it off. They kept turning the music off and lights on when we all began singing! Basically they wanted us to eat and sit in silence during a brunch, as if!! They forgot about my friends fruit salad & tried giving her a cheesecake. The deposit towards the table doesn’t come off the bill so you have to pay for the table and for your food which most places don’t do. We finished our brunch to go downstairs which we also booked to watch football, we queued up to be told we had to pay £10 to get in, we had no choice as we booked it already, when my friend rang up to book they didn’t mention anything about paying at the door. When we ordered drinks from our table we had to pay for service charge which I think is out of order as we couldn’t go to the bar which isn’t our fault. We did suggest as we was right next to the bar, one person could wear a mask & tell them our order but one of the ladies said we couldn’t. So every round we got, we had to pay for the service which was an extra £5/6. This became a really expensive night and it seemed all they wanted was our money! It’s a complete shame as we’ve been previously few times & it was really good but this time was a complete shocker.

Defo recommend love brunch for a brunch day out. Staff was amazing, food was really nice and presented well too and the cocktails tasted amazing had a lovely time at love brunch we will be back 🤍
