*EDIT* Having been reached out to by the team after my poor experience, we were invited back to give these guys another try on the house. Me and my partner visited last night and I can honestly say it was like a different place. Different staff were working along with the manager and all were extremely helpful and polite. Service all evening was brilliant and food yet again was good. Staff constantly checked in to make sure all was ok and ask if we needed anything else, drinks came quickly and meats were brought to the table often. If there ever was a wait for something, we were told there was a wait and was given a reason why, we weren't just left in the dark like last time. It's worth noting that this was a Thursday evening service whereas last time it was a Saturday evening. It was still busy however but service was levels above the last visit and the atmosphere amongst the staff and the visitors was much better. Thank you for dealing with this situation in the most professional way I can think of, this recent visit will definitely see me returning again in the future. Thanks again. *Original review* First time here last night with friends and can honestly say it was one of the worst services I've ever received. 3 poor waitresses with no manager in sight, massively understaffed for the size of the place and they could not cope what do ever. Waited 20 minutes after being seated for our drinks order to be taken, not the end of the world, 2 soft drinks and a jug of water. 10 minutes later the drinks arrived, no water. We asked multiple times for it but it never came. 45 minutes later a waitress asked if we would like anymore drinks, again asked for the same order and told we still hadn't received the water. 15 minutes later, 3 glasses of water came, a full hour for tap water, by this point we had finished eating. We waited 35 minutes for a pot of peppercorn sauce which was sat at the kitchen area for 15 minutes, before I went and got it myself after again asking multiple times for it. We then also waited another 60 minutes to pay our bill. From asking for it to finally paying, 60 minutes. The whole service was an absolute shambles, the 2nd drink order also never arrived. The meat itself was nice, however a lot of it was rare which was fine for me but not so good for my friends as it was too rare for them. The more cooked pieces were well done and dry, like there wasn't much in between. I feel we were only really served around 6/7 different meats too, not the amount listed on the website. Chips and garlic bread that came included were nice and the salad bar had a decent selection of items. All in all, food was good, nothing special but the service was the main reason for this review. Absolutely terrible.

Love this place. The food is always delicious, the staff are attentive and always very pleasant. I've been coming for years and will carry on doing so.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Service was first class, atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was unreal!! I’ve had ALOT of steak in my time, but nothing has beaten the quality and flavour of Los Pampas. Will definitely be returning for another round.

Absolutely disgusted food was alright. But the service was absolutely disgusting. There was a pregnant lady present in our company. We were rushed and constantly asked if we were finished. Pregnant lady asked for all meat to be well done as expected for a pregnant lady. They gave meat that still had blood. They then came over after they had cleared the table of plates that was finished with asking if we had finished (pregnant lady still eating)she said no and the waitress still tried to take her plate. Then they had the audacity to charge a service charge of 15 pound odd. They made it seem like we were not welcome at all and for the amount of money we paid for 4 people. They didn't even inform us that they had added the service charge and rushed us to pay. Would not recommend at all especially if you have someone pregnant with you. Been here a few times and this one as put us off from ever returning. £174.02 we paid to be made to feel like they wanted us to leave.

Been tonight for my sons birthday. We had the place almost to ourselves but this was fine. The service was fast. Explained how it worked to us, plenty to choose from. The salad bar was fresh.

Definitely a must visit for anyone in the area, meat lovers should get this restaurant on their radar.

A bit expensive but definitely worth it if u go on an empty stomach. Pork belly in honey sauce is amazing, a must try. Service always good although sometimes it might take a while to get someone's attention. Nevertheless, a really nice place in Halifax 😁

It was our first time at Los Pampas and definitely we will return. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The food (and meat) were perfect. As a expat Portuguese family, we felt at home and our kids loved the experience.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the great dining experience I had at your Brazilian restaurant last Saturday (Lunch). The hospitality & the food quality definitely matched my expectations, specially the authentic Brazilian feijoada. I was also impressed by the exceptional level of customer attention I received from the 2 meat carving serving waiters. Vanerão & his other friend were attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. I look forward to returning soon for the evening dinner.

Wow this place is amazing. 10/10 for the food and the staff were very polite and fun too! We had the best time and for a great price. Can't beat it, already booked again to come next week.

Perfect every time I go been 15 times in last 6 months n absolutely love it here and so do my 3 kids Perfect even if you don't like pineapple do still try it here love the fact it's all you can eat

Came here saturday just gone, food was nice and two of the waiting staff were lovely and attentive, however the manager (John?) and a waitress (Louisa?) seemed to be very little besides gossiping behind the bar, gave off a very unprofessional tone and seemed to be upsetting the other waitresses, the manager spoke very rudely to the waitresses, overall a disappointing experience, need to get new waiting staff and manager then we will be back

Food is always fresh and delicious, and staff are always friendly. I'm not much of a fan of salad and veg but even I enjoy the salad bar here, especially the egg salad.

Went today the man that claims to be the manager is very rude spoke to my disabled partner with disrespect 😤 over charged us and spoke to his staff with no respect either he must be new claims to be a manager if so needs training again first and last time in this place disgusting man again i wouldn't recommend until he's gone

Went today for first time in ages a man who claimed he was the manager was awful full of attitude rude would not recommend going there anymore he was just so rude to me and my family and was trying charge us more than normal

the waitresses were lovely here but that’s about it the food were absolutely appalling not worth nothing, we basically ended paying for the salad chips and garlic bread what a joke the meat was literally scraps the other bits of meat were still running round I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog but to be honest there wouldn’t be enough for a dog which is a teacup chihuahua took them 20 minutes to bring to out scraps then it was gamon which was extremely dry, chicken which was also dry and meats that one minute running round next minute you could snap it was that dry it is not worth going unless your a vegetarian or like ur meat running round still.

Me and my wife are regulars at Los Pampas - having first attended on New Years Eve 2022, to our most recent visit just tonight, we cannot get enough of the place. The chefs are always so polite and friendly when they're serving you your food, the waitresses are always attentive and friendly too! We had a minor slip up with a discount not being applied to our bill, despite our loyalty card being full (I said we were regulars!), however Kayah quickly rectifed the situation for us and made sure we were looked after. It's a shame her colleague Jhon (who's name we only obtained from the receipt after we brought up the issue with the discount we'd earnt as he ultimately refused to engage or even glance at either of us after simply pointing out that the discount for their loyalty scheme is effective for the time we were attempting to use this) put a slight damper on the general mood. Overall a good visit, but as people who visit the restaurant a lot and even checked the website to confirm the terms of the loyalty scheme, please do not ignore your customers because they raise an issue that is a simple mistake which is easily rectified! Again, thank you Kayah. It was a pleasure to be served by you, always!

Great place to eat! Our first visit we was a little disappointed as they had a cover chef in however after speaking to management the next day they invited us back when the normal chef was in and we was very impressed. Now it’s a regular stop for us when nearby. Delicious food ever since the one off bad experience and it was dealt with in such a professional manner. Highly recommend

Food is always incredible. The price is fair and reflects the sheer amount of food you can get. I think if I kept the marker on green, they would feed me steak until it closed. Staff are always polite and friendly, always accommodate your needs, and consistently check that everything is OK. The chef even cooked my meat differently to everyone else's as I prefer it more rare The quality of this place has kept me coming back. Its well worth your time if you're in the area. We will be back!

Could understand if it was busy but it was empty for a sat night. This place is doomed won’t be long before if shuts down.

2nd time we've been. Meat is always really succulent, tasty and cooked to your choice. Really good value for money. Don't fill up on carbs

First time visiting and we will definitely be back. I’ve been 6 Brazilian restaurants and this 100% is the best. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Our new favourite restaurant for sure

We was the only guests in the whole restaurant, which initially made me worried we wouldn't get the same service or offered the same experience. How wrong I was! If anything the staff accomodated for us more. They made a fresh bowl of garlic mushrooms that was bought to our table. Food was cooked specifically for us. The quality of the food was incredibly. I loved it all, cooked perfectly. The chicken thigh was actually to die for! Cannot recommend this place enough.

I come here regularly, but the most recent time I came I wasn't fancying the meats so I opted for the vegetarian dish. I ordered the cheesy pasta and it was beautiful. Took about 15 minutes to come out but whilst I waited there is a big selection on the salad bar to have. Would definitely recommend and is also an ideal place for vegetarians.

I came with my wife and kids and we enjoyed it a lot. The food was lovely and the kids loved it. The meats were so tender and the salad bar was very good. The price is good for kids as it's cheaper and my 4 year old ate free as its under 5s eat for free. Will definitely be coming back.

I come here for date night often, the food is always spot on. The meats are amazing and the salad bar always pleases. Desserts are included on a night time and the coconut pudding is always my go to. Service is always great and staff are so kind.

The food at this place is really good. i’d recommend it to all meat eaters. everything on the salad bar is fresh and tasty and the meat is cooked the way you like. highly recommend the brazilian steak it’s the best steak over there.

Visited with a party of 20 for a 40th birthday. The food is superb and bottomless; 5 or 6 cuts of steak, served and csrved to your preference at the table, plus chicken, lamb, gammon, gorgeous honey glazed pork belly with continuously replaced fries and the best garlic bread I have ever had, and an amazing salad bar, (which also has hot dishes - including yummy creamy mushrooms!). Service is attentive and friendly, drinks reasonably priced. Only downside was the very poor choice and quality of desserts, but I suppose it's primarily a carnivores mecca! Also it would have been very characterless and quiet on our visit with only another 6-8 customers apart from our party but we all enjoyed! Highly recommended.

Probably the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. The service was quick, and you have access to an all you can eat buffet of salads and steak. The salad bar was filled with plenty of food that would satisfy anybody’s taste. The staff come around with the meat, and serve that at the table for you. All the meat was cooked incredibly well, and tasted amazing. They also give you fries and garlic bread. As a garlic bread lover, I have to say it was the most beautiful garlic bread I’ve ever had, incredibly impressive from a steakhouse. Some would consider this place expensive, at around £34, but for what you’re getting it is definitely worth that price. I’d recommend coming on an empty stomach to definitely get your moneys worth. All in all, this place is a fabulous restaurant, with lovely service.

Food average, service poor, drinks order incorrect, food servers kept missing us out and we had to keep asking for food. 6 year old very disappointed that they had no ice cream available.

Monday evening visit for a party of 8. Venue was fairly quiet, excellent food with friendly service, great salad bar which included hot food too. The meat quality and variety was outstanding. Service was good, drinks are reasonably priced and no more than you would pay in a pub. Added bonus of 20% off over Halloween. Will definitely revisit.

Have now been several times, and never had a bad experience, even on busy nights. The staff are amazing, friendly, take the time to interact with customers and are happy to have a laugh while still remaining professional. The carvers are knowledgeable and treat everyone with respect and will happily bring you what you request. The food is always fresh, being cooked in view of all customers with a large selection available. The venue always looks clean and tidy, including the WC facilities. Seating is spacious, and comfortable, with both tables and booths available For a night out, I find it difficult to find a better place to go, any night of the week

The only thing I would like to have seen offered that wasn't is the Brazilian cheese dough balls (Pan de Queso?) but otherwise there is an array of salads to choose from and the choice of meats was great!

One of the best Brazilian restaurants we’ve been to. Actually a family run place which is refreshing. Staff friendly and helpful. More meat than you can possibly eat and a really excellent salad bar . I actually go for the vegetarian option , not a veggie but not overly keen so they make an amazing fresh cream pasta or risotto to order.plentiful supply of garlic bread and fries brought to the table throughout the meal. Drinks a little pricey but too be expected. We’ll keep on returning. A dining experience for everyone

Food was nice enough, no complaints, service pretty rapid. It was a very quiet Sunday when me & the Mrs went, so there was no real atmosphere. The decor is a bit dark insude, it could do with brightening up a bit. Otherwise, it's OK. Toilets were very clean.

Me and my boyfriend go fairly regularly here and it has not let us down once! It's wonderful. The staff are so polite and efficient. They ask you how you would like your meat cooked and cook it to your preference! I love the honey pork. But all the steaks, chicken and lamb are delicious. The fries and cheesy garlic bread are wonderful to pick at alongside your meat. We will continue to return
