L'oro di Napoli in Ealing

I guess we will have to try going to the actual restaurant, because as take-away the experience was not satisfactory, I do not know if the blame lies on the restaurant, the delivery system (order Yoyo) or both. Yesterday our order arrived 90 minutes after placed, calling to the restaurant was not helpful, and the pizzas were cold and not tasty; even after re-heating them. Also, we could find only one artichoke in the Antipasto Verde, so a very disappointing experience overall.

The pizza was really really tasty! The restaurant is very small, so it's best to reserve a table. We really liked the atmosphere, nice decor, very suitable for a small Italian restaurant.

Lovely Neapolitan style pizza - the dough was super tasty and chewy! The pizza toppings were also super generous! I had the pizza with mushroom, Parma ham, Parmesan and truffle oil which was deliciously flavoured and the hint of truffle was just amazing! Very friendly staff and the service was excellent!

Their Icshia pizza is the best veg pizza I've ever had, rich with flavour and perfectly cooked toppings. Caruso is a go to, along with piazza dante too. We've not had a pizza we've disliked, just some are tastier for our palette. We order or go at least twice a month.

Balisimmo!!!! Original Italian pizza best ever....lovely ambience of a beautiful italian restaurant you have to visit this place once. Was greated very well by the waitress lovely lady (sorry forgot her name long hair in a pony tail) I had bread and oil with balsamic vinegar 😋 as a starter and a vegetarian pizza I finished off with the best homemade cheesecake in the world drisseled with fruit sauce yum yum 😋 absolutely amazing amazing amazing I'm going to say this is going to be my hidden pizzeria gem in South eailing

Authentic Neapolitan experience in South Ealing!

In reality the pizza is very good and the decoration took me back to the Gulf of Naples. To try.

I'm quite local to the area and have been to L'Oro di Napoli a few times as very close to my place. We went yesterday to have a quick pizza after one day travelling back home and I wasn't completely satisfied. The atmosphere was quite off, they stopped accepting cards apparently which was a big surprise and the quality of the pizza wasn't great. Both pizzas were extremely chewy and underdone, though the flavours were all there. I was very thirsty last night after that. We only had 2 pizzas and 2 beers and the waitress forgot the beers once the pizzas were already on the table. It took quite a long walk to go and look for cash, as the cashpoint machine near the supermarkets were unavailable and it was quite frustrating. Nowadays I never carry money and don't think I'll come back if they keep this policy in place. Finally, the service charge apparently is not optional anymore. I hope London will not become like the US, people should be free to tip whatever they want whenever they feel like I hope the owners will consider my feedback in a very constructive way as they are very nice people

I ordered a Salami Pizza from this restaurant. It was arrived so cold. The Salami tasted so bad which I had to separate them. During the night I had diarrhea and stomach ache and my skin itched. At the morning I saw my scary face! My face and eyes were puffy. I went to a hospital and they told me that it should be because of an unhealthy ingredient of pizza (which I'm sure that was Salami). I called the restaurant and asked to talk to the supervisor. She explained that all the materials are fresh. She didn't even make an apology and when I was explaining the issue she asked me what do you want me to do at this point?! She was so rude. Not recommend this place 👎

Must try! The owner is from Napoli and they use excellent Italian ingredients. Wood fire oven, best pizza outside of Napoli. Pizzas are great but if you want something different try the Calzone del Vesuvio or fried pizas. Simply 🔝

Pizza I thought was OK but not good enough for me to come back in my opinion. Decor makes the restaurant more interesting. Service was good. Took my order promptly and food came out quiet quickly. Clean toilet in the rear of restaurant.

We love L'oro di Napoli, we both order and go to the restaurant regularly. My girls say "this is the best pizzeria in the world!" One area of improvement is that quite often the time indication on their website doesn't come through to the restaurant and pizzas are delivered as soon as ready and not at the time indicated.

We do love ordering Loro as a treat! We love the Edwardo and Sophia Loren pizzas. The calzone is also very yummy!

This place never disappoints. Food 5/5 best pizza i have ever had . Service they can do better but place is so small . The only thing that i do not like is that tables are extremely close to each other if you want privacy go somewhere else but order pizza from there 😅

Has really gone down hill! Soooo disappointed!

Very disappointed went with a friend. Got there no booking around 9.30pm was told that there was No tables available, although there was clearly 2 tables empty as it was only 2 of us I said we won’t be long just a main course and we’ll be off . The Eastern European waitress did not budge and was quiet arrogant just kept saying “No nut posibel’ , it’s boking”Went next door pub for drink, whilst drinking outside pub next 1hr the tables stayed empty! Avoid this unfriendly, unaccommodating, arrogant place

Waited 90 mins for three cold pizzas Unhelpful comms

Ordered 2 pizza's at 7 via the Delieveroo app. Was waiting just over an hour for the food, which ordinarily is not a problem. Especially if the restaurant is busy or there is a lack couriers. Finally got confirmation of a pick up at 7.55, and received at 8.01. Both pizza's were stone cold and neither were cut. The BIG issue was that the restaurant printed the receipt for collection at 7.31, which was a blatant lie! Thus meaning the pizzas were stood still for 25ish minutes. Additionally we added a note that we were staying in the area via accommodation, you would think they would cut the pizza in that instance. Both issues could have been avoided by not allowing the pizza's to be delivered after standing still for a long time and by reading the note saying we were in accommodation. Although the last issue was irreverent as the pizza's ended up in the bin due to not being edible. Won't be ordering from there again if we stay in the area.

L'oro di Napoli is my favourite Pizzeria in London! It's just home 🏡. Pizza and panuozzo are simply amazing. Great value for money. The entire Staff and the service is always awesome 💙. If you are looking for a great pizza and other tasty Neapolitan specialities... Don't look any further!

My partner and I were blown away by the quality of your food. For the review, we always get the same things at every pizza restaurant we go to. We start with a focaccia with mozzarella and then we order the original margherita. What can I say, the dough was perfect. Light, airy and crispy. Soft and chewy in the right places. The flavour was outstanding. Real garlic everywhere. The margherita was outstanding again. The dough was again perfect. The pomodoro sauce wasn’t acidic but it was just amazing. Juicy and sweet. The cheese was perfect. We then noticed the fried pizza. Just wow. We never finished it all but we had it the following day but we heated it properly and again, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. Just lovely. The dessert followed. In house Tiramisu and a cannolo, an amazing crunchy shell with the softest ricotta and crushed pistachios. I think we actually got more than we bargained for. The tiramisu was outstanding. Perfectly flavoured. It was just a delicious meal and a beautiful experience. My partner loved the complimentary meloncello. Thank you Isabella for an amazing meal and a warm welcome. P.s. Please also a restaurant in Manchester. We really need one.

Ordered two pizzas from the restaurant via Uber Eats and when the food arrived the pizzas were both ice cold. I phoned the company and they said that they basically do not care about there customers at all. I would highly advise not to order anything from them.

Ended up getting in the restaurant just by walking past. I had a meeting nearby and was with my kids and wife, and needed to find something to eat after the meeting was done. Initially I was looking at a different restaurant but when on site we found it not quite as nice. So when we noticed this small Italian restaurant we took our chance and we entered this place. Pizza was good and delivered in timely manner. Very good, tasty and fresh. On the table there was a selection of olive oil and spicy olive olive that I really liked. The kids enjoyed their pizza also. The restaurant seems to be very popular for local people, it was full when we got there and it was full when we left.

It was our first time visiting L’oro Di Napoli, and wow were we in for a treat! We were welcomed by a polite waitress Yori, who offered us her best service. She helped us to choose from the variety of tasty pizzas and also explained the special of the day. The food was absolutely delicious and at a great price too. The fellow staff were super friendly and made sure to have all our wishes catered to. What a lovely evening! Will definitely visit again. 10/10!! 🌟

Firstly the duty manager at our hotel recommended your restaurant. I wouldn’t have reconsidered if known it was a pizzeria. So glad we stuck around. There was no hint of fast food or any sort. Food was fresh, delicious and exciting. Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. As for the puddings, they were also magnificent and I never finish a desert but nothing was left. Your “house” cocktail was sublime too. All round great experience thank you keep up the good work

I can't review L'oro di Napoli for food, but I can review this restaurant for it's coffee which is excellent, first class Italian coffee made with great service and atmosphere. If you're in the area it's a great place to chill and have coffee or eat. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely little restaurant in South Ealing. Very authentic Neapolitan pizzas. As close to the pizza's in naples as you can get. The salads were okay, but the pizzas were definitely the stand-out. I had the posillipo, which was lovely the Parma ham, and the mushrooms made for a really rustic pizza. I don't think you can go far wrong with that order. I personally didn't order wine, but they have a fantastic wine collection. Including a personal favourite Hardy's Crest.

A friend recommended and we were not disappointed. The pizza is the best pizza I've eaten in my life and the service was great. Will definitely return when I'm next in west London 😁

My number 1 place in Ealing for Pizza! Really traditional pizza from Napoli! The quality of the dough and the ingredients are just so good! The menu with the pizza list is just amazing. We had a great time! It is the perfect place for a date night or a dinner with friends and family.

The pizza was SO good. Wonderful, unique options for toppings and great service. 10/10 recommend. It's a small place, but we went about an hour before they closed, so it was quiet and we were served very quickly.

Food was incredibly late, so much so we had to order from another restaurant as thought it may never arrive… no one would answer the phone to give me an update. i even cancelled the order before it arrived it took so long. When it finally arrived the pizza was cold not even slightly warm. To top it off afterwards there was no consideration for any compensation just “hope you enjoyed your food”. Poor service and disappointed as wanted to try this spot for a while

Pizzas were good. Delivery guy got a bit lost as the address he had on hi app had last two digits of our postcode transposed, albeit the postcode on the restaurant receipt was correct. He phoned us to confirm correct address though.
