Super café. The food is delicious and the staff are really friendly. Would like to try some other stuff from the menu but I always end up going back to the same thing because it's so delicious!

We had a nice brunch this morning and enjoyed the eggs and potatoes. However, the menemen was too salty for our taste. The pancakes were quite small, and the cups for the iced coffee were also on the smaller side. It would have been nice if they offered sauces or condiments with the meals.

We just spent 10days eating our way through Cardiff and visited Longa yesterday, on our last day. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, super attentive and very accommodating with our large group with 5 under 5yrs old. We ordered the Anatolian, shakshuka and pastries and they were all amazing - The coffee is incredible too. By far the best meal we had on our trip, only downside is that we had it on our last day as we would have loved to return again!!!

Delicious, Michael the egg don't usually like eggs, but, the eggs that he had, he said were delicious.

I was on an international trip, eating Turkish food all month and briefly visited Wales half way in. This place, however , hands-down had the best Turkish breakfast+ I have ever eaten in my life of eating Turkish breakfast, Also some of the top 50 Turkish foods I’ve ever eaten. I had a great time with two of my old friends and the service was nice and the food was intricate, and every part of the meal was worth sharing and I am here to come and get it if I ever come to this part of the world again. Thank you guys so much and if you can only go to one or two places while you’re in town, I recommend this be one of them, it’s clearly a town favorite, so I recommend coming earlier than you think. Kind souls seem to work there too on the day I Went in February, the manager/owner I think, some gal with a cool giraffe tattoo, and wholesome guy named Josh - many of the staff had been familliar with both wear and Turkish culture for years so that was super interesting.

Worth a visit. Fabulous food and very friendly attentive staff. Hope to go again soon

Proper authentic Turkish place. Food is very tasty. Very limited seating and somehow away from city centre with limited parking HOWEVER food is worth it. Also they will be opening another place close to town. ReLly worth a try

We were in Cardiff for holiday searched for breakfast we decided to go , we didn’t booked a table but was luck to got a table because it was fully packed. It was a wonderful and delicious experience. I will definitely recommend to everyone to have breakfast there , it delicious and traditional Turkish cuisine. But do book your reservation before.

We stumbled upon this place yesterday and I'm so glad we did. What a beautiful restaurant/cafe. So much attention to detail in the menu and presentation. The food was absolutely incredible - so tasty!!! Highly recommend the sharing board for two with the shakshuka. Staff were lovely and food was served quickly.

Absolute star of Cardiff brunch. Large platters of excellent Turkish inspired food with a seemingly endless array of jams, dips and cheese. Make sure you try a sharing platter for brunch or lunch. Family run and always busy. You normally have to book on a weekend.

Been meaning to try here for literally years, but just never got the opportunity as they always seem to be fully booked until late afternoon if you call the same morning for a table. Nice quiet restaurant with a few small tables. Very intimate setting. Was lucky last weekend and got a table. The service was excellent, and the food was beyond delicious. Turkish bread was moreish. Highly recommend the menemen and cheesy beefy scramble. Will most certainly be back if we can get a table!

Not the most traditional Turkish breakfast. Extremely overpriced aswell for cheap ingredients. Bread is also served COLD! My Turkish family was not impressed. Didn’t catch the autheic turk feel.

Delicious food that was served promptly and at a reasonable price too! Probably one of the best brunches you can have in Cardiff, and that says a lot! Given how busy it was (and regularly seems to be), I would definitely recommend booking in advance ☺️

The food was great. I have been a few times. The last visit i had eaten the Simmit and Egg, it was very tasty. They had a few drinks out of stock, but overall it has been a great experience each time.

Astonishingly good food. The Shakshuka was one of the nicest things I’ve eaten in a long time, and served with a mountain of perfect fluffy bread. The service was great and it’s a lovely place to eat. Will definitely be returning to try one of the sharing platters! This is properly good food!

The wonderful Longa! My to go place for the best Turkish breakfast in Cardiff! Longa has been my regular for as long as I can remember and every time I visit it ALWAYS tastes the same. Presentation is perfection! Consistency is what makes me keep going back for more. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming with so many little details to admire. The service is always efficient and friendly with minimal waiting time even during busy periods! I highly recommend Longa for their impeccable and delicious food which is always appreciated! Longa is a place that will never disappoint ❤️

Delish food selection. I took the breakfast for two selection. Loved how there was enough bread! I would have preferred to see more veggies - eg roasted peppers in oil, or grated carrots with raisins and lemon (I can’t remember what exactly the other place did. As this was on a Turkish breakfast I had in London but that was for a breakfast for four so maybe it was bigger. Also a small Turkish tea would be nice to have been served as standard as part of this meal. Rose jam was delish ! I will go back!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything you ever want from a cafe/ service and atmosphere. The food was just an explosion of flavours in our mouth. My husband who never eats eggs has finished the whole dish of shakshuka. Everything tasted delightful, it was everything and more then what we expected. The waiter/ manager has the best personality, she came over and had a lovely chat with us. Also when welcoming us, there were no tables ( not surprised) they sat us down on a reserved table until a table came available, it was polite and made us feel very welcomed. They talked us through the menu to help us pick, I can’t describe anymore how wonderful this place was. We left a tip and the staff was too modest and refused but we refused more and they were extremely grateful. Definitely RECOMMEND!!! 🤍💕

My family and I had been regular customers since they opened. However. This time we were very disappointed with the owner’s attitude and service. The food quality is still acceptable, but the owner is very harsh, she raised her voice and blamed us for their messed up with our orders and etc…. Even our kids were shocked and scared. Won’t return ever again.

At Longa’s, we’ve had one of the best breakfast meals in a long time. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. I liked the fact that the definition of the place’s name was put on the wall. The food was authentic and delicious, where it surpassed many of the cafes we’ve been to in Turkey. I recommend having their sucuk. The egg was also very enjoyable. The toilet was clean.

Visited Longa on Saturday 19th August 2023 feeling a little hungover. I must say, the food was absolutely sensational. I have had a few Shakshuka's in recent years and this one was just next level. Really good coffee, too, which is hard to find in Cardiff. The staff were very friendly, happy and chatty. Amazing Cafe, please stay open forever and never change! Paul

The brunch experience was fantastic, especially thanks to the mouthwatering egg and potato dish that left me thoroughly impressed. I also love the sujuc and shakshuka. Definitely worth the price and so filling! The environment is cozy and the staff is very attentive. Looking forward to my next visit :)

Cafe serving consistently delicious food; a Turkish inspired menu that is a refreshing change from the standard fare. Their egg based one pot dishes are fab. Lovely service too. Dog friendly on a weekday too but check at time of booking.

I do recommend atleast trying it once, could be expensive for some people, overall it was fine for me.

Very relaxed cafe. Quick and friendly service. Delicious food - warning though the Simit is very filling I could only manage half! They gave us takeaway boxes anyway and I had it the next day. The tea was tasty. Some of the best baklava I've ever had.

Beautiful little Turkish cafe. We stayed in the premier inn Cardiff North and this was so easy to get to from there. After searching far and wide for a good Turkish spread breakfast, we were not disappointed. The spread was so varied and of a high quality. It felt like we were back in Turkey. Must try the Anatolian breakfast - highlight is the clotted cream with honey and the rose petal jam - absolutely stunning

This is probably our favourite restaurant in Cardiff. Delicious Turkish style breakfast, the food quality is always excellent, friendly and helpful staff.

First time visit here with a couple of friends who live close by and we were extremely impressed. Food quality was amazing and just the right quantity, coffee was really good (tried both the Turkish dark roast and Americano) staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates good Turkish food!

Ordered a simit which was burnt and cold, asked for a replacement and they gave me back the exact same one. The box also had a hair on it. In the end decided to go back for a refund. I paid £7 which is very overpriced for a bagel. Also went there for brunch once and found it was quite overpriced and the bread was stale and cold.

DELICIOUS proper Turkish breakfast. Great service. Highlights: the menemen, the slightly spicy sundried tomato paste, the fresh cheese (fresh cream cheese type) and the honey with cream!! Thank you, highly recommend

Really excellent menu of breakfasty brunchy lunchy things - mostly authentic Turkish with the odd pancake thrown in. The Anatolian/Aegean feasts for 2 are splendid for trying a bit of everything - and you probably won't eat again for a week! In the centre of the feast- or separately as dish in its own right - is a delicious hot dish in a traditional copper pan. There are lots of different choices for this served with fresh home made bread. Service is lovely, food delicious, lots of vegetarian dishes and vegan choices too (like my favourite simit dipped in tahini & pekmez!) We've been here a dozen times and introduced friends to it. Everyone loves it, and so do we!

Wow! Every good thing you've heard is true, the food, the hospitality, the feeling of joy in the place and at partaking in a very special feast just for two. It was all booked, but we stopped by anyway, praying for a spot. God answered with a perfect table by the window with enthusiastic customers and staff. The owner-sisters make you feel like you're their only customer. And the Anatolian feast was overwhelming - loads of beautifully presented food. Book ahead or pray, but definitely try it!

Amazing, went for the traditional Turkish breakfast with a chai of course. Fantatsic! Menemen was as good as I've had in Turkey.

Really wanted the Simit bread but unfortunately there was none available, as a vegan there were a few options but due to other dietary requirements I chose the Avocado, tomato and olive oil sandwich on a brioche roll. It looked like a vegan big mac lol. Coffee was amazing and staff incredible. Will definitely be back!

An absolute gem! Friendly staff and awesome service. Food was delicious. Definitely will return again. Halal. Free parking is available for couple of hours, might need to drive around to find the spots.

Lovely little Turkish cafe serving classic breakfast dishes. The Sucuk is lovely. 8/10 Food is good quality and a decent representation of what you get in Turkey. 9/10 Staff are friendly and attentive. 7/10 Cosy vibe but music a little loud. 5/10 Value is a touch on the expensive side. The dishes are priced ok, but Turkish coffee for £3 is excessive.
