Long Rong in Manchester

After buying £20 worth of food from this chippy,it was a total waste of money. My salt and pepper chicken was actually chicken nuggets,my dim sum was burnt,I dont know how you burn dim sum as you steam dim sum and it taste was awful. The best was the chips,they were oven chips,you definitely wouldn't expect that from a chippy. I can only advise to avoid this chippy.

after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for food, the food was not great I got the salt and pepper combination and everything was over cooked and dry. the salt and pepper chips was not salt and pepper they may as well been chips with onions that had no favour at all. waste of money!

This is the best chinese takeaway bar none. Ok it's a little pricey but it's worth it. The food is fantastic and they always deliver early.

Used Long Rong for a long time but will NOT be using again. Salt and Pepper chips were awful, may aswell just ordered chips. Salt and pepper chicken may aswell have ordered chicken nuggets. As dry as Ghandis flip flop. Awful. Really annoyed

Chips were clearly from frozen that had just been fried, not fresh. Spring rolls were horrible and looked burnt and were thrown away; no description as to what were in them e.g. chicken. Chicken fried rice was amazing and the portion size was huge and the salt and pepper chicken pieces were lovely, however the portion size was very small. Delivery took around 10/15 minutes suggests that the food was not all freshly cooked.

Most of the food was dry and chewy, like it had been left out on the side for a a while. Called restaurant, they blamed it on the packaging and the time it took to get from restaurant to here. No apology, refused to come take it away and refund/replace. Worst service/food ever.

The food came within 15mins which is way too fast as it's at least a 10minute drive away. The food was disgusting it didn't taste remotely like it should have done. I will not be ordering from here again! Poor quality food and poor taste. The delivery man literally threw the food at me and walked away. I wanted to give no stars for any if the above but had to give at least one to submit.

Super Quick Delivery. Food was delicious but I would prefer a little bit less salt and pepper spice on the salt and pepper.

delivery driver was very rude to start with, shredded chicken was clearly it fresh and not very hot, duck was a good size but taste was satisfactory at best, chips, noodles and rice were all rather nice although ribs seemed very dry and not succulent at all. For a £30.30 price tag plus a tool it was rather average.

Best Chinese take out I've ever had. Have been a regular customer for a couple of yrs. Regrettably have moved out of delivery area otherwise would have continued to use.

The food were delicious if anyone is into seafood then I recommend the Thai hot and spicy seafood

This was the most disgusting food ever everything was soaked with grease the dumplings were like dog food we spent £56 and didn't eat any of it don't waste your money

BBQ sauce had a vinegar taste and the rice didn't taste fresh which wasn't great but it was okay. Crab claws were nice...Just an overall okay meal Delivery was 25 mins early which was great

Food was ok but u charge over five pound for salt and pepper ribs and there was literally four ribs with a few onions scattered on top. Please fix this as the ribs used to be really nice

The whole meal was disgusting! The salt and pepper ribs were old and pale, the sweet and sour chicken wasn't nice and portion sizes were small. It was all overpriced, and a complete rip off. The delivery man was rude and near enough threw the food at me. Warning! don't bother with this place!

Delivery was very fast, arrived quicker than expected. Although service/delivery was full stars. A small section of our order personally didn't taste how I like it. For example Salt and pepper ribs/chicken etc had TOO MUCH salt. Other than then that quite happy and would probably order again.

Best chinese around, food always 100% and i will always order my chinese from this takeaway. Portion sizes are just amazing and always feel full after eating from there. Not once has the food been cold and they always deliver earlier than states on just eat.

Fast delivery but disappointing food. Dry ribs were good. Unimpressed with chicken nuggets which were made from cheap reconstituted meat. The duck fried rice was horrible. I expected a dish with duck and rice cooked together like any other fried rice dish - this is what I have had from several other places. Instead we got plain fried rice, with duck in a thick and very salty sauce just poured all over... Had to throw most of it away which was rather unfortunate as the untainted rice was quite good. Won't be ordering again.

Shop assistant very rude and unhelpful

Encontramos este para llevar en nuestro ordinario JustEat cuando una noche cerrada. Me alegro de haberlo hecho, ya que se ha convertido en nuestro regular para comida para llevar china. Mucha variedad en el menú, y con pedidos de más de £15, te dan una bolsa de pan de gambas, que es un bonito detalle. Ellos prestan y siempre llegamos antes de la hora estimada, que siempre es una ventaja.

Ordered here quite regular yet the last 2 times I have ordered the order was accepted then at almost the expected delivery time I received a phone call from Just Eat saying the take away had to close due to an emergency. I have just received another call saying the take away closed early due to an emergency again! and the order had to be cancelled. I have just phoned the same take away and asked to place an order which they where going to take. Lost my business now.

I'm really fussy when it comes to Chinese food and because non of my favourite Chinese takeaways are on just eat, I decided to try the top rated Chinese in my area. This one was it, And honestly my sweet and sour was gorgeous! Just what you want! Chicken and sauce cooked well and v tasty. Only downfall with our food was that although My husbands red Thai curry was v tasty The sauce was v watery. Like a red Thai soup? Not quite what you want tbh. I gave the restraunt service 1 star as when we collected he refused us our free prawn crackers even though we had spend enough to receive them. He said it didn't count because we had ordered on just eat not the phone so we we're refused them! Even though we collected? Stupid!

Ordered from here a few times, really nice food, always hot and tasty. Recommend the lemon chicken. Everytime we've ordered, the order has always arrived earlier than the time given which is good for us!

Delivered earlier than suggested which is always great. The sauce in one of the meals leaked out of the polystyrene carton into the bag and over everything in it which was very messy. The soup tasted like flour but everything tasted great.

Food is always nice from here. Always order from here however the delivery guy is rude! Shame.
