London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel | Signature Collection by Best Western in Croydon

As far as the hotel and rooms go all was ok. Be careful as there is a £10 parking charge payable on arrival. We had lamb each in the restaurant however there was an extra £10 sirloin steak supplement charged. On questioning the manager he said they put this on as it takes longer to cook lamb! I stood my ground and demanded a refund. Eventually got it. Two ways of obtaining extra money! Be careful 🧐

Good hotel would recommend. Location really good plenty of on site parking.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and room service was amazing. The food was so delicious 😋. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast is also available, and it was good. It has a beautiful seating area.

Here a few times whilst in London on work. Good rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast and bus stop opposite takes you central.

We had to get another room as the window didn't shut properly, the music coming from 2 floors below was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Luckily, we managed to get moved to a different floor and slept well. Great breakfast buffet.

The room was small (but still good). You could make your own tea (it was refilled daily by the service). Water dispenser was available. The typical English breakfast was good and the evening meal (half board) was very good. The service was very friendly. The drawback in the room was that the window wasn't completely tight (there was a bit of a draft). The shower took some getting used to (switching the temperature). The hotel is located on a busy street, which makes it quite noisy.

Visited for a private event. Nice and friendly staff.

The big problem with this hotel is the noise of the surroundings. Another issue was there was no food available after 10:00pm. Having said that, the staff were helpful and the roof were smart and comfortable... Our room was at the back and early morning noise from the industrial estate awoke us.

Newmarket booked us in this hotel which included a visit to Wimbledon. Not a great accessible hotel to get too by any means from London, 2 trains and a bus. The hotel was OK but the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Hotel was very hot everywhere. As others have said, rooms can be a little 'tired'. Ours had a tiny bathroom, no working hairdryer, phone or air con. However, beds were comfy, breakfast was fine and the staff were super friendly and helpful

It was a hotel on our big tour in which we unfortunately only spent one night. Spacious, clean rooms with everything you need. Large comfortable bed, TV, hairdryer, iron and board. USB sockets everywhere. The bathroom is small but clean. Shower in the bathtub. Getting in and out is definitely a bit difficult for older people. Breakfast and food is top.

No pubs or shops near by have to get users.

Sadly, the room was a great disappointment. Black tape covering a hole in the headboard, black tape used to cover broken glass on a mirror, broken floorboards causing a long tar in the carpet...... A couple of more minor issues, mould on the bathroom blind and some damage to furniture. On the plus side, the food was very good and staff excellent. Would we stay there again? No.

Good value for money. Excellent cooked breakfast. Good location outside the centre of Croydon and across the road from the Collonades.

The hotel is nice. The location is accessible and easy to navigate. The Internet works very well. The breakfast is good. However, the room is tight. I noticed that the shower only pours hot water. You have to be smart to have a bath.

Nice clean hotel. Had brunch which was nice. Parking is limited which is a downside but overall a decent hotel.

The truth is they gave us a very small room for two people as we were, the bathroom was cool with a bathtub.

Great Hotel, superb staff and party venue was very good indeed. West Indian food cooked & served on site was exceptional. Well impressed and would book venue myself if I am to haveva future event or party etc.
