The food was decent. The table service was friendly. The views were incredible, although the lights were off, making it difficult to see the food and menu. There were few restrooms available, and the ones in use were in poor condition. Considering the price of the experience, I find this unacceptable. One thing: my phone was dead, and the staff refused to help me, letting me plug it in for a few minutes, even after I explained I needed to look up directions to get back to my hotel. I found this attitude very unfriendly and unnecessary.

Después de haber estado en la ubicación de Threadneedle dos veces decidimos probar el restaurante Chancery Lane - era excelente El saludo fue profesional y pudimos seleccionar nuestros asientos a pesar de que el establecimiento estaba ocupado. Nuestro camarero era informativo y amable Pedimos el plato principal de merluza y estaba delicioso como era la casa blanca Cuando estemos en la ciudad de nuevo sin duda consideraremos volver a Brasserie Blanc

Phenomenal views! The food was wonderful and the service was excellent! Bonus, they brought a beautiful cake to celebrate my friend’s birthday!

This place is absolutely overrated. They market this on Sundays as also a doggie brunch for your furry friends called Drinks on the Woof. So of course we thought we’d take our pets, Katerina & Sir Brooking to indulge in this. The mezze platter was a big dissapointment & truffle fries for my partner were served cold. We had sent back and instead of making fresh they literally reheated it in microwave it. When we arrived as we had prebooked the female hostess was dismissive and unprofessional. She was like you dont have booking then found. We wanted to sit outside on this sunny afternoon. She was at first not allowing then did although there were plenty of spots and we had booking. This place not very much for plant based options nor great présentation with these dishes. Yes you get views of the city but better places to go for this in my opinion. Brooking and Katerina did enjoy their Doggie Tartare which they split as we requested. I do wanna mention Dan our waiter who did go out of his way to fix things. They forgot to split Tartare and he saw to it immediately being corrected. He also suggested better views to take in the city. He was the most pleasent part of this experience. Ask for him if your inclined for best service. I however wouldn’t recommend this place as they need to make menu better, have better value, & smoother service experience to be worth your while.
