La estación Victoria cupcake de Lola ha bajado cuesta abajo el personal no es amable con el cliente no servicial y hablar con actitud. Las dos jovencitas una con pañuelo en la cabeza (posiblemente marroquí o argelina) y la negra siempre jadeando nunca quieren ayudar a los clientes y tienen un problema de actitud. El chico del sur de la India es educado y servicial tratará de hacer un esfuerzo adicional, sin embargo, no ha sido entrenado en la caja, así que le pide a una de las chicas y caminarán sobre n dar miradas sucias. Ya no es una tienda acogedora.

Lola's Cupcakes un café dentro de Selfridges. Solo queríamos una olla de té y un cupcake cada uno, Wow los cupcakes son increíbles y terminamos recogiendo seis pasteles diferentes y conseguir que se encajonaran para llevar de vuelta al hotel. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Londres.

Estaba en Londres para una visita con amigos y escuchó sobre los cupcakes de Lola y tuvo que probarlos cuando estaba en la ciudad. Mi palabra se derrite en la boca. Absolutamente hermosa textura. No hay mucha zona de estar, aunque me encantó la experiencia y veo que se entregan en todo el Reino Unido, así que será el pedido en una fecha posterior.

Me alegro de haber encontrado una panadería que crea opciones sin gluten para los celíacos, también me gusta el hecho de que estos pasteles se almacenan en recipientes separados para evitar el riesgo de contaminación cruzada. Esta fue una de las PEORES experiencias que he tenido pidiendo algo. Pagué más de £ 80 por un pastel de cumpleaños destinado a venir con una fotografía comestible. El sitio web era terrible, constantemente glitch out. Después de pasar 45 minutos tratando de ordenar, se completó y el pedido fue confirmado. De todos modos, no pidas desde aquí - - es un desperdicio de dinero, y si algo sale mal (que probablemente lo hará) no te devolverán tu dinero y te quedarás atrapado con un pastel mediocre que podrías conseguir por la mitad del precio en cualquier otro lugar...

I ordered Gluten Free cakes from the Milton Keynes store for a family party where my some family are GF. They thoroughly enjoyed them! "moist, tasty and amazing buttercream!" I've already reccomended Lola's to friends and family and will definitely order again. Staff were lovely and friendly and helped me with any queries. The store manager was great and also offered me 10% discount on the cupcakes i bought in store as I work in the MK shopping centre

Time: On a weekend afternoon, nearing 5pm. Visited the Lola s concession in Victoria Station. There was a tray of about 10cupcakes remaining. There going people were manning the stand. One of them came by with a black bin bag, the other two stopped telling there's a customer, person with bin bag insisted the cakes had to be thrown as they were closing and it was dry, while the other attended another customer. There were flies inside the cake stand. I stood there watching this harken and felt awful that they would sell overpriced, stale cupcakes that were ready to be binned. Lolas was good until before covid. Best avoided.

Its so well presented, seems like they want to attract people by colours and frostings all over the cake. I was really exited to try it, but when I tried it it was a big disappointment as I could taste only sugar - it was so so sweet. I bought 4 cupcakes and all of them where terrible and even the frosting just tastes like sugar and the sponge tastes like they soaked it in syrup. 😂 There's better places then this for example - Crumbs & Doilies

Do not bother. I bought this as a gift for an 8 year old, had it sent directly to them. I was shocked and utterly disappointed when I received pictures of the way it had arrived today. It was all mashed up, and coming out of the boxes. I'm shocked that food items can even be delivered this way. 1 star is still too much.

We visited Lola‘s cupcakes in Selfridges yesterday and were left appalled by the service. There were 4 of us and one of our party was served immediately. However, my sister waited approx ten minutes whilst other people were served. No-one acknowledged my sister or asked if she wanted anything to the point that she felt invisible. She eventually gave up and we left. I have never been so appalled by staff in the past. The disregard and rudeness was shocking and upsetting. I have purchased Lola's cupcakes many times and have never had a bad experience. Cakes always tasted great. Today I had to the worst thing happen where the delivery had gone to the wrong address (my fault) but the fast customer service and good will gesture means they have a customer forever!! Went to the kiosk in Kings Cross station on the morning of 29 December. There was a queue of 3 people ahead of me, and one lady serving. She going very slowly, but not acknowledging the people in the queue. I eventually got to the head of the queue, but she didn’t even look at me, just started wrapping a cake box, then walked off, away from the kiosk. One of her colleagues was returning, presumably from a break, and after a minute or so asked me what I wanted. By now I’d been waiting 15 minutes. I asked what vegan cakes they had today. Only to be told they didn’t have any today, despite having several on their menu. She instead offered me one of the many gluten free options they had. Clearly I refused, as vegan and gluten free aren’t the same thing. And I left cakeless, having wasted 15 to 20 minutes of my life.
