Staff were so friendly, we came about 1pm and it was really quiet so got a seat and ordered straight away. Shared a full rotisserie chicken between two adults with some extra potatoes and gravy, a bit more expensive than two meals from burger king but worth it imo. The wait for food was about 10-15 minutes so not bad at all. Chicken was juicy and the gravy was very tasty - wish the portion of gravy was bigger but we did try to share one between two of us. Great find if you don’t want to eat a burger and chips like most other places at the park!

When visiting a theme park it’s always nice when you can get something other than the usual burgers and hot dogs. We used to love the fish and chip shop near Valhalla, and when it closed we were disappointed to loose that as an option for food. Loki’s has been a great addition though, they have a decent menu with lots of options. We have visited twice and the staff were friendly, the service was quick and the tables were wiped down. The restaurant is themed like a ski chalet, sadly without the raging fire, meaning it was pretty cold. I ordered the half rotisserie chicken with chips. The food came out in around 10 minutes, it was piping hot. The chicken was the highlight of the meal, really juicy with crisp skin. This was our second visit and we will be back again, next time I want the ribs.

Best theme park food in the country, it's not even close. Genuine proper food. I had the chicken Yorkshire pudding wrap and it was incredible. Good value too. Also a special mention to Morgan the young staff member who served us, was just brilliant. We were a big group of over 15 of us on a quiet day and it was just her and another staff member who was cooking and they were friendly, genuine and helpful top marks, give her a badge

I visited with my eleven year old son. We popped in just before 12 for lunch and ordered. We went to go upstairs and they said you can't, its not open yet, but can go up at 12 which will be when your food comes out anyway. !2:05 we get our food,. Of to go upstairs and a rude man, that seemed to be a manager or supervisor said you can't go upstairs its not open yet. I explained another member of staff had said we could, he said well you can't. Seconds later a member of staff opened it and we went up. No need for the attitude. The food was just ok, nothing that would draw us back. we usually do the pizza buffet or burger king on the pleasure beach and will just head back to one of those next time we are back. The setting upstairs was nice and cosy, but the staff ruined it. The toilets were also out of order.

We read the reviews and weren't sure what to think. We took a punt and I'm so glad we did. We ordered 2 hot chicken baguettes and a bucket of chips and it was wonderful! Large baguettes and huge bucket of chips. Warm chicken baguette with stuffing and gravy was amazing and so worth £7.99. We sat in and ate, the seating area was lovely and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Would 100% come back again.

This place was serving whole roast chickens with fries. Amazing value, £11.95 and very tasty. If you are visiting, go and have a try.

Whilst visiting Blackpool pleasure beach we were warmly welcomed by Tommy on 23 May 2019. He was welcoming to us and helped us with a minor disaster during our visit...well done and thank you Tommy at Loki’s bar, lovely drinks.

I don't do rollercoasters, so a friend and I retreated to the upstairs area of this bar for a few hours. Customer service was excellent and the barman (Tom) made sure we had everything we needed. Tom had a keen eye for making sure everyone felt at home and clearly took pride in his work. A great place to unwind if you would rather relax than do the whole rollercoaster thing.

Ok so Iv been here before and I really like the decor and the lay out nice area, however as with the first visits problems which we put down to a bad day it seems it’s just how this place is ran! we went for a couple of drinks and food inbetween rides, it does say “food and drink” on the sign after all! when I seen the menu it was like 5 items long, hotdog, toasties an couple of other things you would class as a snack kind of thing not a meal at a pub. Anyway I then see people coming in with all sorts of meals and get told the place next door serves food and you can take it in?? Bit annoying as I just spent £4 on an average hotdog when i wanted a proper meal or at least something substantial an then once we ordered it we asked for napkins, correct me if I’m wrong but if you serve food you expect tissue!! We were told by the only member of staff on the whole floor that if we wanted napkins we had to go downstairs ourself and get them from the bar that doesn’t even serve food!! I asked for a gin..and guess what..you have to go downstairs to other bar for that too! So basically it’s a lot of up and down the stairs if u want what would you actually expect from a place that has on a sign “food and drink!” And then after 20 minutes of cuing up!! we ordered draught beer to be told the pump has broke so only have bottles left! Seriously poor customer service, one person serving a busy bar, no organisation, she even ran out of cups at one point and had to go get some! These SIMPLE things, napkins cups ect should be fully stocked already and not expect paying customers to go running about to get them! I wouldn’t go back again because of this, they need more staff, more management and common sense to know that people drink out of cups and need a napkin when they order food so would be an idea to make sure they were there at the start of a shift! Upstairs and downstairs bar should stock the same drinks! It’s not a hard concept or task to get the same stock on both floors and if this is too much effort then at least put a sign up to tell people what’s on what floor so they aren’t up and down! It’s rather embarrassing to think someone actually calls them self a manager of this place!

I sat here while everyone was on the water ride complaining about getting splashed. The kids were crying their shoes were wet (wear sandals) and I was having a pint. The pint was not that cold but this is England.

My and my friends came here quickly to grab some food. Could do with a bit of money spent on it (like most of Blackpool to be honest) and the prices were high for what you got. But it wasn’t terrible and they were fairly quick to serve.

One of the worst food experiences in Blackpool. They charged me £15.50 for a small, burnt burger on an oversized, stale bun. It was that dry the bun fell apart like clay. I also got wings but they were burnt to the bone too. Demanded my money back and the rude bar man didn’t even argue because he looked at the food and agreed it didn’t look edible. Never eat at this place

During our stay in Blackpool we decided to have a crack at this pub/restaurant down the road from where we were staying, after consulting their menu online and finding a variety of foods we would enjoy as a family. We arrived to a rather quiet restaurant and entered through the car park, through the pub area itself into quite a large purpose-built restaurant area. Our server was a lovely young man who was very thorough in taking our orders and offering us plenty of custom choices for the meals. I ordered sausage and mash, which was a beautiful Cumberland sausage on creamy mash with garden peas and a generous amount of gravy, and onions. It was a lovely meal, and the food the rest of my family ordered was well received also. There was not one complaint, besides the fact that we may have ordered too much garlic bread. We had an entire 12” garlic pizza bread to try and put away between us, as well as our meals. We literally didn’t want to leave anything behind. I will definitely be back again, next time I am in Blackpool, and I definitely recommend this place.

Went for breakfast twice and drinks on and off as we were stopping just around the corner. Food took an age to come out and was mildly warm. Nice though - just cold. Drinks cheap. Service hit & miss at the bar. Some really dodgy smelly people queuing to get in at 0800. But we were in at 0800 as well so not judging at all. It's a Wetherspoons. Some better than others. This is one of the not better ones.

Visited the Foxhall to eat and have a couple of drinks. Reasonably priced, pub food, that we enjoyed. Debbie was great, run off her feet at the bar, but still took the time to make sure we were looked after. Great service from Debbie!
