I recently went out for a meal with my family, we were left 20 minutes without service whilst tables around us were being seated and served before us, then we were not notified of the fact that they had run out of fish until we were finally served, most of the menu is fish related items so that heavily limited us on options and on top of that they had ran out of some sides and on the official Harry Ramsdens website on a Saturday it states that it is open until 9pm, however it closed at 8pm so we didn’t have time for dessert. The chips were good.

Was a lovely meal. The gravy in particular was divine - could have done with a little more though 😂 the staff were very polite and friendly.

The waitress who served us Kasia was so lovely. She welcomed us and made us so welcome. It was a quiet lunch time at Ramsdens but she made it an enjoyable meal. The fish and chips tea was very saturated in fat but the banana fritters course was much less oily and the batter for all courses was very light. If the main course wasn't so oily it would have been better but also the fish in the burger was not great quality considering how easy it is to get good fish these days. Chips were nice. The home made fish cakes had good flavour but we're heavy on potato. This was a very cheap deal and it showed. I have to repeat though that Kasia was a great waitress. We really enjoyed our time there.

Jadwiga served us and she was really lovely, ensuring we had everything that we needed! Lovely service and great food as always!

After receiving sub standard food from the kitchen, we raised the issue with our waitress Jadwiga, the kitchen could not resolve the food issue however Jadwiga turned a bad customer experience for our 1st visit to Harry Ramsdens around, she had impeccable customer service skills, I have a customer service background so I know she went above and beyond to resolve the issue and turn the situation around, well done Jadwiga, shame the kitchen wasn't up to scratch though as its not the cheapest place in Blackpool for fish & chips.

Amazing food, amazing service 10/10, the food was so fresh and for a family the price was really great. Nicole is an asset to the company, from start to finish she was attentive and really lovely, asked about our day and bought some coloring over for our little girl to keep her entertained while waiting for the food.

Great service from Nicole, very fast and friendly. Food was awesome, got to love a good chippy dinner before a show.

Brought back great childhood memories of coming here with my grandfather! Food was superb and service from Nicole was great too. Very reasonably priced as well.

Service extremely slow arrived at 5.30pm and didn't get food till about 6.30 3 very hungry children or we would have left. 6 ice creams took about another 50 minutes . Left at 8.10pm. There were only about another 10 people in the while restaurant, one waitress serving and two more watching as it wasn't their table

Visited on 18th February, the welcome back Debbie at the front desk was warm and friendly. She showed us to a booth, which was very nice. From start to finish, the food, and the service was first class, we were made to feel very welcome and as if nothing was too much trouble. A very enjoyable afternoon.

The restaurant was very quiet on a dull and cold February day, but it was warm, clean and welcoming inside. Our waitress, Jadniga, was fabulous: attentive, cheerful and efficient. The food was perfect.

Food was fresh and hot. Senior special great idea. Clean environment and decor. Toilets good standards. The only thing that wasn't value was £1 charge for addition to fish n chips for baked beans. They were served in what looked like a ketchup cup about a teaspoon of beans.

Booked for afternoon tea for 4 adults at the Blackpool restaurant. There was plenty of food and drink. Great service and the food was really nice. Would definitely recommend the restaurant and the afternoon tea. Debbie was our server and she was so lovely, very friendly and helpful! She didn’t stop the whole time we were there! She explained everything we got and checked in on us. Had a really nice experience!

Best fish and chips I’ve had. Regular was just about the right size for an adult, my 9 year old daughter polished off a small plate. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. Lovely service from Jadwiga too.

Afternoon tea for two. Last time I was in here it was the Tower Lounge. Great welcome from Jadwiga and taken to a choice of table or booth. Very good selection including Fish burger, battered sausage, battered pickle, fishcake, onions rings and chips, also came with a pudding which was all finished off. Pics included but puddings eaten before could get one. Very impressed.
