Absolutely amazing place to stay, the pic is the view from our room and for the price of this stay you couldn’t possibly ask for more. Paul one of the staff couldn’t do enough for us from teaching us about whisky from the many bottles they have at the bar to even bringing breakfast to our door as the Mrs was ill on one of the days. Even the dog didn’t want to leave he even made him some breakfast. Amazing staff member and we can’t wait to book this place again in the spring or summer.

No hot water in the hotel. Was unable to shower/bathe for the duration of our stay. The £124 charge for our stay was not reasonable due to this. Have emailed the hotel of the details, unfortunately without response.

Our first experience of Loch Leven Hotel. We came as a family for a meal and it was fantastic. Service was prompt and courteous. The meal was out of this world ( venison). The food was cooked to a high standard, beautifully plated, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend it. I left the rooms blank as we only had a meal. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot, beautiful view overlooking the Loch ( when it gets lighter evenings)

A small but adequate room for two. The water only came out of the shower with a trickle, washing the hair was not successful. Breakfast served at the tables was a Scottish breakfast, but a veggie version was also available.

We can’t comment on the rooms as we never stayed, only eat there tonight and we were very impressed with the level of attentive service and the amazing food Son has an allergy and they went out there way to accommodate, cleaned to kitchen down and served him first Venison main was delicious and selection of starters the same. Kids finished there’s and they even did a great portion of pudding for the kids Next time in the area we will make sure to go back

A really lovely stop with very nice staff, excellent space for dining, fantastic food with generous portions, and a super cozy room also with plenty of space. They have a little gift shop area as soon as you check in with locally made goods. The setting was perfect, right on the water with wonderful views.

Went to buy two of their range of gin, came away with three!!. If the other two taste as good as the Devils Staircase, we are in for a treat.

Amazing food and the most amazing staff. We came here for food tonight and it was outstanding. We aren’t from here but staying in surrounding areas, so we walked here to get some dinner not realising how bad weather was. We came back to ask the staff to phone us a taxi and our server Kiki went above and beyond to help us, The chef ended up taking us back, which was so kind and they didn’t need to do at all. All the staff were so friendly and we had a great chat. But I couldn’t recommend Kiki enough, she was brilliant!! 5 stars.

Cute room with a large bathtub (which was a plus), working heater, great breakfast and lovely little bar downstairs. The food and drink prices were very reasonable too. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I wanted to post about the food. I had the sea bass and she had the gluten free fish and chips. Best gluten free fish and chips ever. I couldn’t tell that it wasn’t gluten free. Perfectly cooked as well. Super accommodating and friendly. Not the best food photographer lol.

Don't be fooled by the room pictures on the website. We were robbed £190 to stay for 1 night in room 8. Tired and grubby to say the least. No idea when it was last cleaned let alone decorated. The whole place is in dire need of refurbishment. Lovely views if you look up, just don't look at the courtyard garden. Staff rude and uninterested if you can track someone down. Poor breakfast offering as well. We were also charged twice "by accident". Better and cheaper places near by,

A very nice, cozy and familiar hotel in a beautiful location close to Glencoe. The food is excellent and the cozy and well-stocked bar alone would be worth a visit. The room facilities were good. The hotel is family friendly. We didn't visit the distillery, but we did try a few of the gins and rums. We spent two wonderful days here.

The location is really very lovely. Walk down to the boat ramp and take a look at the tide going in or out and see the bridge. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. The room was a little dated but fine - except for the shower which is a little difficult to work and almost impossible to get the water to the right temp.

We had the best time. Beautiful spot. In May the garden is blooming in crazy colours. We had a pod and it shows what you really need and how lovely it can be. The restaurant was a view spot to the marvellous garden and the Loch Levent. The bar was a pleaser: The blond young beautiful barmaid was salt of the earth. Everyone was very friendly, explanatory and helpful. For gin lovers: loads of homemade options that taste great. We’re taking three bottles home. 🙂

I have visited with my friends and family this afternoon for lunch. Staff is very friendly and professional and the food was amazing! I went for the Tandoori Chicken which was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice 👌🏻

At the risk of sounding pompous,, my family and I have spent thousands upon thousands in this restaurant over the years. We've been going for over 25+ years. Ordered a takeaway tonight and got my usual, Tandoori king prawn for the princely sum of £22.40. What does one get for that? 3 prawns. Yes, THREE prawns. T-H-R-E-E. It used to be 10-12. The other food was just alright. Not bad at all but not what we used to expect under the previous owner. Very oily. It's very disappointing to spend this much at a restaurant we have so many good memories of.
