Loaded Gourmet Burger in Hackney

A real let down, stay away from this branch. Chef was cooking in the kitchen with a swimming trunk look a like short !!! looked very unprofessional & unhygienic... We ordered 4 burgers for collection when we got home and open them we realised that chicken burger and onion rings were very dark brown just because they probably cooked in the oil which hasn't been changed for a long time...

Just gonna leave it here. We ordered 3 burgers witch chips and a garlic bread. I paid £45.60. When it arrived the chips was way overcooked dry and half of them were empty inside. Second thing my husband is vegan he ordered pumpkin and chickpea patty. He got falafel patty and his bun was half dry/hard. My burger supposed to be a buttermilk chicken burger and it was rly tough and dry just grilled chicken breast! Wait for the best. We paid £6 for garlic bread guess what we got!?! A SLICE OF WHITE TOASTED BREAD WITH A SLICE OF SWISS CHEESE ON IT!!!!! The worst thing was we try to explain the situation to the restaurant and they just told us to contact the ubereats and hang up on me! People save ur money. I prefer to pay £10 more and get reallly nice food from any other restaurant! Won't be ordering again. And highly don't recommend it at all. BE AWARE.

Vinimos a este restaurante ayer para el cumpleaños número 11 de nuestros hijos que hemos estado planeando por un tiempo. Entré con un cochecito y un niño y fui a sentarme. Dice claramente en la ventana que necesita una máscara si no está comiendo, lo cual sí. Me dijeron que me pusiera una máscara, que dejé en el coche porque íbamos a comer solo. Nos trasladaron de nuestros asientos, no se nos permitió sentarnos a menos que usáramos el código QR para iniciar sesión. Estábamos tratando de iniciar sesión pero no teníamos la aplicación de seguimiento y rastreo. Preguntamos si podíamos firmar nuestros datos en una hoja de papel, lo que hacemos en todos los demás lugares, y nos dijeron que no. Así que mi socio estaba tratando de registrarse, siguiendo las instrucciones del personal, y uno de los miembros del personal estaba esperando directamente a su lado, observando cada una de sus acciones. Mi esposo le pidió que le diera espacio y si está bien sentarse mientras intentamos iniciar sesión, a lo que dijo que no. Dijo que ambos teníamos que iniciar sesión por separado en la aplicación, y le dijo a mi esposo "vas a pagar la multa de 1000". Luego nos dijo que todos teníamos que levantarnos y usar un desinfectante de manos. Después de un tiempo, no pudimos iniciar sesión con nuestras cámaras como lo sugirió el personal grosero y luego decidimos irnos. Caminamos por la calle hasta otro restaurante, donde nos sentamos, un personal se acercó con lápiz y papel y anotó los detalles. No es tan dificil. Estoy disgustado por el comportamiento del personal, y leí críticas sobre el horrible personal antes de ir, pero ya había estado en este restaurante dos veces y no podía creer que pudiera ser verdad. Recomiendo encarecidamente no ir a este restaurante, queremos un lugar para comer buena comida y relajarnos especialmente en estos tiempos difíciles en los que intentamos recordar que queda un poco de normalidad. Este definitivamente no es el lugar para ir.

Soy un cliente habitual en la sucursal de Stoke Newington de hamburguesas cargadas: ayer 23/07/2020 alrededor de las 18:15 p. M. Pedí hamburguesas cargadas para la recolección. La hamburguesa de comida de los niños se quemó, todas las patatas fritas estaban duras, las patatas fritas de filete de pollo estaban duras y el pollo se quemó; seco sin sabor y pedí 3 porciones de alas de herby y 2 porciones de alas de perro rabioso que no tenían salsa en absoluto, así que llamé a la tienda y les dije sobre esto, solo reemplazaron mis alas con alas picantes, cuando obtuve a casa desde mi segundo viaje a hamburguesas cargadas todas sus alitas de pollo El perro loco y las alitas de hierbas apestaban muy mal como el pollo, debido a esto, mi familia y yo teníamos dolor de estómago, diarrea y vómitos muy fuertes, especialmente mi hijo de 2 años no se sentía bien en todo día, volví a llamar a la tienda al día siguiente (hoy 24/07/20) para avisarles. . no hicieron mucho al respecto, solo tomaron mis datos, pero dudo que hicieran algo, comentó el trabajador por teléfono y dijo que no recibió ninguna queja de otros clientes sobre las alas. . que les dije bien, les digo la verdad y escribiré una reseña sobre esto en línea. Evite esta tienda o al menos revise su comida dos veces antes de salir. Gracias. Rasul.

Pedimos el pollo frito y gofres. La porción era agradable y grande por el precio. Te recomendaré si te mueres de hambre por una comida dulce y salada. Contras: - Tendrás que comprar papas fritas al lado con tus hamburguesas, lo cual es un fastidio.

This restaurant serves up a mean burger, and their milkshakes are to die for. The service was very good too! Would definitely revisit this place.

Went in for the lunch deal recently. Guy behind the counter seems annoyed that I had ordered to sit in and not take away. Seemed like he didn’t want to do the extra cleaning up of the table after the meal. Burger was poor. Chips were ok. Will not return again

Used to be very good. Now not so much. The burgers were almost cold when brought to the table. And a bit tasteless. So sadly another decent place gone downhill.

Bought a burgerand fries through a delivery app. It didn’t specify if the chicken burger was grilled or fried. I wanted to double check (even though I left a note) so right after I contacted the app and they also contacted the restaurant, who refused to make any changes neither cancelling the order. I was told by the app staff to call the restaurant myself, which I did, asking for a change or cancelling. They refused again and I had to pay for something I didn’t want because they did not specify at all. Awful customer service. Never ordering from them again.

Been a few times and each time had great food. Enjoyed the BOB burger a couple of times. I like to visit on weekdays when it’s quiet. Food is freshly cooked and tasty and the service is good. Can’t fault anything. Will return for sure.

I bought two meals for takeaway. A lunch special (which is fairly good value) and a Codfather burger- unfortunately not included in the lunch offer. We have eaten at Loaded burger quite a few times before and although the ambience, in my opinion, is not very good (and there is always a strange smell in there) the food was tasty and good value. However today, this was not the case. The Codfather burger was £8 and consisted of oily deep fried battered fish with lettuce and sauce. The taste was ok but the price was steep for what it was. Seem much smaller than what we are used to here and when we asked staff why this was, we were told that they were "fine". At £4.50 for a syrupy watered down "premium" shake, they are certainly NOT fine! I called the restaurant later because we were really unhappy about this and the staff member told me that the cups appear smaller because they have changed the lids...HMMMMMM???!! Overall, overpriced and not tasty enough and poor service.. But the chips are nice :)

I’ve been here a few times. Their burgers are nice but they have an issue with undercooking both the beef and chicken. I’ve only received a well cooked burger once. It’s a shame because the food is otherwise great.

We were the only customers when we went and the service was great. Polite, friendly and on the ball. Food great. Not the best burger ever (I’d personally put it below a Five Guys but above an Honest) or the cheapest. Menu has a lot of choice and food was freshly cooked, really tasty and good sauces. Chips good. Both fat rustic and skinny fries. Milkshakes fab. Not sure why it wasn’t busy when we went - but not complaining.

Everytime we go London we have to pay a visit to Loaded Burger at least once. I have to order the wings platter and a BOB with fried egg and rustic chips. T'other half has to order the buffalo burger. I prefer the Ilford restaurant however, had to try this as we were in the neighbourhood.

치킨버거는 별로였구 비프 버거가 맛있 었고 사이드로 먹은 바베큐윙이 제가 여태까지 먹어본거 중에 제일 맛있었어요! ㅠㅠ 지금은 이 동네에서 이사가서 못가지만 한번씩 생각나는 맛이에요
