The guy with glasses is rude. And so i just walked out.

First time trying to order asked if they delivered to my address then got hung up on and patched the phone twice, I know better places yous are impatient bams

The loaded fries were just amazing! Took them as take out and they were still steaming hot by the time I got home! Delicious and fair priced! Service was warm and friendly! I will be back for sure!

dropped in here on a sunday evening before going to a gig for a quick dinner. Genuinely delighted with my pulled beef fries. generous portions, full of flavour, good price. love it!

Pizza was amazing and full of flavour chicken spicy one. Definitely recommend the loaded fries! Katsu chicken loaded fries are the best I have had from a takeaway in so long !

Ordered from here for the 1st time because the wife fancied loaded fries, and this is one of the few places that does the. I ordered a pizza, pleasantly surprised. A little Luke warm when it arrived but tasty so would order again.

DO. NOT. BUY. I have never experienced such a revolting place to eat at. These people had the audacity to put vegan on one of their pizzas on Uber eats. I had my doubts as some of these smaller chain restaurants don't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan and therefore put a note REMINDING them that THEY put the term vegan on this pizza. I told them that I have a severe dairy allergy and that if you don't have vegan cheese, no problem just remove the cheese and put no cheese at all. I emphasised multiple times NO DAIRY whatsoever. When the order came, I was beyond disgusted to see that they had put dairy cheese only my pizza. They didn't even bother. What was more disgusting was the customer "service" I received after. I called them explaining my situation and not only did they make me repeat my situation about ten times ( I made it clear enough the first time) I even made the appropriate point to mention that people could literally die from this disregard to allergies. they had the audacity to be rude and say " we don't have vegan pizza, you should order what you know and what you want, what do you want me to do?" even though it was a mistake on THEIR part. These people are liars that take your money and are not apologetic at all for their mistakes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgusting.

The food is always so so so good! It took a while for Just eat to find a driver, so i called the restaurant for an update and they were very helpful. Our food arrived hot and delicious! We don’t order out much, but loaded fries is our go-to!

What can I say - phenomenal! Ordered from somewhere else and only drinks turned up so chose here to order from. I’m visiting Glasgow and this place alone makes me want to move here permanently. Bit slow on the delivery front but it’s a Saturday night and the food is so so worth the wait.

Being absolutely steaming on a night out and someone turns round to you and says you can get loaded fries with feta, falafel and hummus - amongst other things????!!!!! Are you messing??? This changes everything!!! This is literally the best day of my life!!! I want to kiss every member of staff in this establishment they have created the most beautiful mouth sensation to ever come in the form of a paper box!!!!

The food is delicious,but there is not enough sauce and the food was too dry

First time ordering from here was sceptical with it being new and I was ordering late at night which I've had problems with other places but not here. Everything was well packaged, the food was piping hot and delicious!! My only annoyance is I ordered a loaded wrap but got loaded fries instead. Was still the flavour I wanted just disappointed I didn't get the wrap but I'll definitely be ordering from here again

I ordered from deliveroo and the fries and pizza were amazing - no joke! Order you will not be disappointed. Always tastes.fresh and. Yummy. The loaded.fries is big enough for 2 to.share.along with a 12 inch pizza and unless you're.really hungry there will still be a couple of slices left over. Fab place! Well done staff keep up the good work.

The pulled beef wrap was like a very moreish doorstep - really tasty and high quality ingredients and an absolute trunk of a thing. You won't go hungry. The chips and cheese were lovely. I know the place is called 'Loaded Fries' so why would I even want to order plain fries - but there technically isn't an option for just 'plain fries' on the JustEat app, you're forced to select a topping, starting at a £1.40 supplement. It's defs an app issue, not the fault of the restaurant. Still delicious and travelled really well cross-Glasgow. Will defs order again!

Mozzarella sticks were the highlight of the meal. The portions are generous.

We got pulled beef pizza, Mexican loaded fries and chicken tikka loaded fries and it was delicious. My new favourite place!

Pizza was way to greasy loaded fried didn't taste to good and were so mushy if not for the mushy chips they wouldn't have been to bad the only thing that really got ate was the chicken burger that was nice.

Food was excellent, however no chilli cheese bites but still happy

Been waiting an hour for food be delivered. Keep changing the time slot saying trying find delivery driver. Not happy with how long this is taking to get food. Also after trying to cancel order due to already contacting them complaining about the hour half waiting time and tried cancel the order saying still be fully charged if cancel order. Absolutely disgusting service
