Played bingo on Sunday and went for drink Saturday close to train station lovely staff and reasonably priced drinks and 15 mins from hotel

A great ex serviceman’s establishment, friendly staff , good bar and so much memorabilia on the walls , a trip down memory lane . We loved it

My wife and I visited sunday evening,overall experience was good, toilets clean, pleasant staff,unfortunately a couple of what seemed like local men got rather rowdy and becoming offensive throwing insults mainly aimed at a female customer hopefully this is a rare incident Seems they have bingo on a Sunday and we were informed they also have regular soul nights Drink prices reasonable too On the whole would recommend a visit :)

Back again after years away, we expected to find the old Royal British Legion, but no it has changed, a lot, its now a barely recognisable place, still military memorabilia up and the Queens photograph ! where's Charles ? The place is big lots of rooms but its not being utilised to its potential ! there were a handful of people in there very quiet, empty billiards room not ready to use anyway a lovely club room empty, lots of the old memorabilia taken down and stacked into corners, plea to owner, do not just skip these try and find people who want them or leave me a message, too many old sweat memories here, they need a good home or a home at least. So this whole place needs a masterclass on how to attract custom and keep them in there and willing to return, to the owner, good luck, there is lots of potential users out there. So cater for Ex and current service people their families and friends and also local or visiting people who can respect the underlying reason why the place is there.

Such a friendly club, we were made so welcome by both the staff and the customers. It was such a shame that not that many local people seem to go as it was decorated really nice as well as being clean with a good variety of drinks on offer. We got thrashed at dominoes though lol. Revenge next time!

I was staying at the Hotel opposite Llandudno Ex-Servicemen & Friends Social Club. The Hotel didn't do Draught Guinness, only Cans of Guinness at £4 a Can. I looked over on the 2nd night at my Hotel & there were a couple of Men outside having a Chat. On the Board, it read Open to Visitors. Said to the 2 Men about Visitors & was told to walk down to the Back Bar, Sign In & Order my Drink. I had a Pint of Draught Guinness for £3 a Pint. I was made to feel at Home, it was Friendly, it was Great. Bingo on Wednesday & Sunday Evenings. Enjoy.

Having visited before to the club, we returned again in August 2019, we were stooping across the road at the Evans hotel. Good draught real ale beer on offer, with friendly service, we went across to the club every night during our 4 night stay, they have a good bingo night on offer, its a pity the local people don't frequent the club, because they deserve more customers, than what they get.

We were staying in the Evans Hotel right across the road from this club so we went over for the bingo on the Wednesday evening we were made very welcome they kept us right in what books to play we will certainly be back next time.

The Legion has bingo on a wednesday and sunday and has sandwiches and sausage rolls on sale at the interval, good choice of beers at a decent price

Called in to the Ex-servicemen and Friends Club after a long day and plenty of walking for a much needed drink. After signing in was asked to go to the back bar. Quick service and cheap drinks Great little place

Popped in for a quick drink, the club is full of history on the walls, and they do a great deal to promote local causes and military charities which is fantastic!. The staff there are great and British Legion members are warmly welcomed (No I.D Card needed)

We were in Llandudno for a weekend break, Friday 4 August to Sunday 6 August 2017, on a coach trip. We ventured to the club Friday night, be it we were staying across the road in the Evans hotel. I am a real ale drinker, & on offer was Doom Bar beer, which was a lovely pint at £2.75 pence, strange be it that in South Yorkshire where we live, the beer doesn't taste has good. Good friendly service with a smile, the entrance from the street takes you through a corridor, with the walls having all photograph's etc of the servicemen who took part in the different wars.

We went and played bingo, everyone was welcoming and the drinks were very reasonably priced. Would definately go again.

Met up with a couple of relatives who were on a day trip to Llandudno as thier bus party had booked in for drinks and sandwiches it was a fun afternoon with lots of cheap drink and good sandwiches and a great atmosphere. The facilities are a wee bit tired, but it has a fascinating history and loads of great wartime artifacts. Has darts and pool available if you fancy some bar sports.
