En serio, sabía como si lo hubieran raspado del fondo de un viejo barril de metal. No soy exigente, pero esto fue realmente horrible. El ambiente era casi tan plano como la pinta, y al personal no le podía haber importado menos. Para un lugar que supuestamente está bien considerado, realmente ha tocado fondo. Ahorre su dinero – no cambiaría otra pinta aquí si fuera gratis!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited The Gresham in Llandudno and had an incredible experience! I ordered the Purple Rain cocktail, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The blend of flavors was refreshing and perfectly balanced, making it a delightful treat. What really stood out was the service. Max was our bartender, and his warm and welcoming demeanour made the evening even more enjoyable. He was attentive without being intrusive, and his recommendations were spot on. If you’re looking for a great cocktail and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by. I can’t wait to return for another round!

Le daría cero pero tengo que darle 1. No es bueno. Cerveza con sabor a líquido de limpieza (diferentes cervezas de barril) y caro soy un lugareño no volverá hasta que cambie. La vergüenza solía ser muy buena.

Entertaining enough on Friday night with an upbeat but mainly 60s style singer. Clean and tidy but the 2 for £10 cocktails were average at best, the mojito was very sweet (overload of the gomme) no lime bit of mint and could not taste any rum. Stayed for one and then left. Not bad but not great

I love this bar, everytime me and my boyfriend visit llandudno we go here. I absolutely love there choices of cocktails, genuinely some of the best selections I have ever seen in some time. They have offers on the cocktails sometimes which is even better. The staff are always nice and the drinks are amazing. there is a little outside bit to sit to enjoy the sun (when it’s sunny) or just sit inside which is a very nice little, clean place. lovley music too, couldnt recommend this place enough!

Awful... simply awful. If you want some of their finest vinegar laced Heineken then this is the bar for you. But if you're an ordinary person wanting to enjoy an ordinary pint don't you dare ask the bar staff for a fresh pint. As their policy is "if you want a fresh drink, you're going to have to pay for it"

Absolutely awful service. Bought a whole round of drinks and the pint of Heineken was clearly not right. It smelled like vinegar and tasted awful. Tried to swap it at the bar and they insisted it was fine. I went up a second time to try again, the pint was full, so why would we lie? But he insisted if we wanted another pint we'd have to pay for it. After spending upwards of £30 for a round, its quite insulting and incredibly unprofessional to stand there and smell the beer that clearly smells like vinegar and say "I can't smell anything wrong with it". Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing 2-4-1 offer on cocktails, super well made and tasty - I recommend The Drumstick for those with a sweet tooth. Located up a slight hill for those less mobile but worth the venture. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Even when quiet loved the atmosphere and music. Absolutely loved my time here!

Great place to have a beer in the sun does get loud and busy at the weekends

Visited for my wife’s birthday had some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had and the added bonus was there 2 for £10, All the staff were amazing the barman Jason went out of his way to help us choose our cocktails and he let I think her name was Courtney make them I think she was new to the bar but the cocktails she made were amazing will definitely be returning

Nice place. Had an older gentleman on playing music and singing a couple of tunes. Nicely decorated inside, open till late. Clean and tidy. Beer was good. Staff were friendly and polite. Enjoyed.

It isn't often I go out of my way to leave a negative review, but such is my disappointment of this experience, I felt it necessary. Booked afternoon tea here for my Dad's 70s Birthday. Explained it was his 70th, and opted to pay extra to upgrade from a glass of fizz to a bottle. Very helpful in assisting with the booking which was done via messenger, although in order to book I needed to transfer the money to the managers own bank account. Very strange, but there was no way I could pay cash as I was out of the area and visiting for the day. Arrived half hour before the booking to find the place locked up with no sign of life. Fair enough, I was a little early so came back 25 minutes later and still the same. Message on my phone from the venue confirming there was a staffing issue and to come back in an hour which wasn't ideal however we moved things about and made it work for us. Once again, it is my Dad's 70th on the day, and I didn't want him to stress. Arrived back an hour late and it was fully open. Our afternoon tea was already placed on the table waiting for us (see picture.) The picture I have enclosed was for mine only (they did an exact replica for my Dad, but a none vegetarian version.) I will point out that there is one small triangle sandwich missing when I took the pic, but not only is this nothing like what they have advertised on their facebook page, but it is easily the single worst serving of afternoon tea I have experienced. It appeared to me they had forgot and simply chucked something together (emphasis on "chucked" when it comes to the small pile of salad.) I again didn't complain whilst we were there, in the spirit of the day, and got in touch with them after the fact. To their credit they refunded me the cost of one afternoon tea (less the upgrade amount) but when I asked if they were going to refund for my Dad's I was simply ignored. Typically I would have laughed this off, but given the occasion it was a bit of a let down for both me and my Dad.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The so called manager was rude and obnoxious. Do not visit this place or expect to be served by hostile and aggressive behaviour.

Went for cocktails last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and the lady serving was lovely. However, the cocktails were very poor, couldn't taste any alcohol it them at all.

We went in this bar for a Negroni, being a cocktail bar I assumed they can make on. Turns out even though even though they've got the ingredients, due to stock check, tgey can't make one. The cocktail menue was very sticky and filthy too. We eent for two pints of beer instead, but after a quick look at the very very dirty glasses, we decided to go elsewhere. Can't recommend at all!!! Nit what I call a cocktail bar at all. Pue carelessness!!!

We called in to order cocktails as the place claims that it is a cocktail bar. Probably the worst tasting cocktails that we have ever tasted, none of us enjoyed what they served up. It’s fine if you want a run of the mill pint, Heineken, Strongbow etc and it has a seating area outside that gets the sun in the afternoon. But I would avoid the cocktails, they really aren’t very nice.

Fantastic place. Summer and Callum at the bar were so friendly and happy to "tweak" the cocktails for us. Walked in sober, definitely didn't walk out sober 😂

Wow !! Am amazing cocktail bar the 2 for £10 cocktails are amazing we loved the Dragon fruit cocktail and Mike behind the bar was amazing definitely the best bar in Llandudno will 110% be back

Shocking customer service. Rude, arrogant and bad mannered bar staff. What happened to the customer is always right?! Made us feel like we were unruly thugs because our drinks weren't what we ordered! This place ruined what had been a great night with friends!

Awful service by poorly trained staff who have no idea how to speak to customers and not a clue how to resolve an issue. Expensive drinks, inept staff and I’d guess the food is as bad as the attitude. Avoid at all costs. Walk past and go somewhere else. Terrible.

I've read some of the other reviews and can't believe I'm reading about the same place. We went 12th and 13th August 2023 and both times staff were great. Cocktails 2 for a tenner and absolutely lush. The porn star martinis amazing and as good as any abroad. Nice small seating area outside too. Well worth a visit.

Cocktail making session was a lot of fun.

AWFUL! we went In to enjoy a nice drink just 2 sisters early 50s wanting to have a nice relaxing evening ! On arrival we sat in the far end of the bar, and there was a family 4 adults, and 1 small child that sat directly facing us. My sister went to the toilet whilst I looked at the cocktail menu on her return she also looked at the menu ...a male within the family facing started to make derogatory comment directed to myself and my sister...look at them scabs searching for the 2 for 1s or is it 2 for 5 £ Their after? I obviously looked directly at them and 2 females one approx 30 + and one 60 + we're staring and also making comments. My sister has a vidual impairment, so I asked if there was a problem and why they felt it OK to be so rude. The abuse continued so myself and my sister made our way to the bar to speak with staff at this point the younger female rammed a pram in to the back of my legs this was also reported to the manager however on speaking with the family he removed the younger couple and child from the premises but let the older couple stay? The manager apologised profusely however failed to understand our disappointment that the older intoxicated couple we're allowed to remain in the bar ? When challenged as to why he'd allowed them to stay when they we're obviously intoxicated and out for trouble he said WE were being rude towards him... I said we felt un safe knowing this couple were still in the premises and his suggestion was if we wanted to leave he would let us exit the back of the building....to say the least this offer was declined as we'd purchased drinks and didn't deserve to be treated in this way. Then to escalate the situation the manager approached us WITH the said couple and said they would like to apologise...we asked what it was they needed to apologise for and and again the couple became verbal and not very nice ...!!! Myself and my sister removed ourselves from the table and stood at the bar after finishing our drinks we left the bar. Outside the sane couple we're having an altercation with security staff members and again the same manager...the older female calleda securityman a F######g f## c###. A number of customers had witnessed the incident involving us and spoke directly to myself and sister asking if we were OK some of these people were actually local residents and offered reassurance that this type of behaviour isn't a regular occurrence and that the area is usually a pleasant evening out. This was our first visit to Llandudno in an evening. A complaint has been made to the police in regards to having a pram rammed in to my legs this will / should be recorded on the bars CCTV and a complaint will follow to the SNR management of this establishment.

Nasty staff who, when informed about a cleanliness issue, were very rude ..wouldn't go back again

Young girl on the bar called summer made two brilliant pints absolute amazing customer service very fast and polite really made us feel welcome would 100% recommend coming after her service

However, the bartender didn't look to be having a great time - maybe needs more staff if it's busy so they can serve abit quicker and seem less burdened :)

Over priced drinks and noisy unruly kids.

Lots of cocktails to choose from, all very tasty. The bartenders were friendly and the live music was provided for a nice time.

Best cocktails in town. Great atmosphere, and friendly. Excellent acoustic set happened to be playing while we were there creating a very fun and lively atmosphere with everyone enjoying themselves on a busy Saturday night 🥂

We booked here for a 21st birthday & it was the worst experience we could’ve asked for. The manager was very rude and inconsiderate, not helpful at all. We were promised the option of using the AUX for music, on arrival we were told we had to go buy our own. They double booked for a karaoke in the same room which we refused to let happen. Our family were asked to leave because they had no ID for age but had already been served at the bar hours before by a 16 year old bar staff, ruined our experience of the 21st birthday completely. Would NOT recommend for events

What a gorgeous venue, it truly is one of the nicest venues in Llandudno. Lovely, clean and the bar staff were so friendly and love a nice chat and a laugh with their customers which makes for such a happy and memorable experience. The cocktail menu was perfect had a nice range with some fun names and unique options. They were delicious and presented beautifully, you can tell they take pride in their work. The cocktails were amazing as-well as the atmosphere, over all I’m really impressed and we will be coming back.

This place is the makes really good cocktails and I enjoy the music on the Friday and Saturday night the bar staff are friendly as well

Toilets a discrace, blood n urine on floor. Husband ordered a beer n vodka for me man serving said he only serves doubles unless you ask for a single. !!!

Great Service, Lovely Staff, liking the cocktail list, We visitied in the day, the Kids loved the Mocktails plus the staff made a fuss of the kids meaning we enjoyed a peaceful drink. we will be back.

Me and my friends popped into the gresham because the sun was shining and we really fancied a cocktail in the sun. The staff were amazing and welcoming especially the young man Dan I believe he was called. We had a laugh and joked about our matching names! He was very helpful and a wizz with a shaker. We will definitely be coming back the the gresham.

Saturday night with the girl! Amazing cocktails and friendly bar staff. They also have live entertainment twice a week which is nice change. Perfect place to go for a night out with the girls 🍹

Been here a few times during the year when visiting Llandudno but never on New Years Eve , we were going to go round a few bars but got in the Gresham , found a table and stayed the night . Fabulous drinks , very good prices , friendly staff , we’ll be back in a few months 😊

First time in this pub as couldn’t get into the Irish bar next door as was too full, I heard a singer on (Friday night) and thought I would give it a try. The toilets are very small but they were friendly to my disability as three steps down to them so felt relaxed enough to stay there, I didn’t rate the pina colada that was made with just a whole slice of lime chucked in it and far too much pineapple drowned out any taste of the spirts

Live music, drinks and good company

Hubbie and I had cocktails here on 3rd August after eating in a nearby restaurant. Hadn't been here before. The barman was very pleasant and talked us through some of the cocktails. He certainly knows his stuff and our drinks were wonderful. We will return when in Llandudno.

We stopped here for drinks. Now looking at the address and the other reviews I'm not sure if this used to be a restaurant as some of the pictures don't look like the same place. This was on Mostyn Street opposite the junction to Llewelyn...

Great place been a few times made friends with locals and always made to feel welcome. Friendly bar staff efficient and friendly and always cleaning felt safer here over new year than I would in a pub in England.

Visited this on a Saturday night. They had a singer on and a private party upstairs. Table service only, didn't gave to wait more than 1min for a drink as the staff are very attentive. The toilets are to the back of the pub, down a few steps. Large range of drinks, Inc cocktail menu. Overall a clean safe place to go and drink.

Had a takeaway from here last evening - very disappointed. The bread rolls were that hard they were inedible and the rest of the food clearly wasnt cooked fresh. Very disappointing, had to bin most of it and cook instead! Both my partner and I...
