Second time in a row they have rejected our order. Not sure why but if they can't take orders online, shut the option off.

Ordered food to be delivered 5 minutes after they cancelled it not impressed won’t use again

Placed my order to be emailed 50 minutes later that it's been cancelled

Discusting place my partner just ordered food to be told ten mins later that order has been rejected even tho they have taken money and not going to be refunded for upto five days they are advertising has open I went to shop to get my order and place isn't open scam artists

3rd order in a row where I have had an order over 1 hour late! Given up on this restaurant now

2 hours after ordering food arrives. Asked for some money back for the wait and was told no. Apparently heavy traffic was the issue. 2 hours? We live 10 mins away there was no traffic. Tried to ring the shop several times an the number said not recognised. Disappointed as we use this place often. Also was meant to get a big bottle of tango but got a can. Obviously can’t ring the shop to let them know as their number don’t work.

Was really disappointed in how long my order took to arrive. I tried calling the restraint but the telephone number was not working. Sent a message another way and they did call me within 5 mins to advise my order would be another 15-20 mins late due to lack of drivers. When I food finally arrived it was warm and driver was empathetic. Received a free can of pop

2hrs late and you forgot the lasagne - an £8 meal. Not happy, tried calling but i am assuming you have taken turned the phone off so people cant call. I have requested a refund for the lasagne and i expect one as it wasnt delivered. Not using again!

I went in there on Saturday the 3rd of August I orderd large chicken meat and chips and done mixed meat and chips I said to I orderd chicken meat and chips he said y didn't I say that when he was making it I said u shud listen the first time shudnt be working In a food place if ur English not good never going there again 0 out 10 advise don't go there people.

They used to be really good always send the wrong food you order plus doesn't arrive on time and once its delivered food is cold definitely avoid ordering from little Italy

wanted to tip the driver but the app only lets you tip at the time of order which makes no sense. that's a just eat problem of course.

absolutely disgusting, waited for delivery phoned shop as no missed calls and shop telling me it's my problem. no proof of attempted delivery. hungry kids and saying missed delivery even though the kids are in window waiting. doesn't give option of no stars

Poor quality pizza with hardly any toppings. Asked for Deep pan base but given a thin base. Some toppings on the meat feast were not listed on the description. And the order was well Over an hour late. (1 hours and 45 mins in total) No telephone response when you try to call them (several times). It’s clear the members of this business really don’t care about customers and feedback. Their reviews are a testimony to this. Why just eat even have them on their platform is a mystery in my opinion.

The food arrived late and consequently was just warm. The kebabs especially were cold.

Disgusting customer service! My food took an hour onfome it was cold I then phoned them they said they can’t do nothing and put phone down on me. There was also tomato ketchup over my food I precisely said no tomato in the salad I am allergic!! I then phoned back up they said I was lying and then put the phone down again! Disgusting!

Some of the worst pizza I’ve had…. Asked for deep pan. I got thin burnt crust. Ordered a tuna salad, got a salad… no tuna… tried to call but the phone number doesn’t work… avoid at all cost

Other orders have came equally as bad half portions under cooked this place needs to close as we’re all woke up I’ll this morning from the stale food that was travelling around northfield for an hour and a half and could of been contaminated while it sat in someone else’s house for half hr. The other customer also will of received contaminated food Avoid for your own health

Order arrived literally at the very end of the delivery window, over cooked and stone cold. We had 4 x 14 inch pizzas and all of them were far too over done to the point where the cheese was crunchy and the base was crunchy too. Really stingy with the toppings too. All together not good pizzas. Everyone complained about how rubbish they were. Very disappointed.

worst meal we have received from you. The lasagne had practically no meat, it was mainly just cheese on top, the bechamel sauce was only on the bottom of the tray and not much of it The garlic pizza bread didnt have any flavour and you forgot the ch

disappointed usually really tasty but this time kebab was hard and dry with a massive onion root still attached to the red onion. kebab pizza was overcooked meat was hard and the popcorn chicken was overcooked and crunchy. unusual for this place as usually really tasty and fresh ☹️

Ordered food at 4.30 for delivery at 5.45, food arrived over 30 minutes late. Couldn’t eat it as my alloted break at work was over.

My food arrived after 2 hours of ordering it. They said it was due to the weather, which it was only raining. Once my order arrived, my chips were cold and the 2 pizzas were hard and crispy like they were overcooked and barely warm. I had requested them to be deep pan pizzas, they were extremely thin based. Very disappointed!

The Mexican Pepperoni Pizza had hardly any Pepperoni on it. Delivery was delayed plus driver went to wrong address.

Sent VEGAN Ben and Jerry’s instead of actual real ice cream made from dairy. It’s not the same, absolute terrible idea to substitute DUST and water for ice cream, fuming, wasted 40 minutes waiting for it.

Waited nearly 2 hours for my pizza and when it finally arrived was shocking pepperoni one or what we could make out was burnt. They ment to be deep pan as deep as a news paper tried calling them no one would answer totally shocking would avoid like the plague

usually the standard of pizza from here is very good however on the last 2 occasions the pizza has been over cooked and dry. the first time I was willing to put it down to a one off but I have now had 2 consecutive orders that were pretty much inedible due to being over cooked and very little topping.

Substitutions made without checking they were appropriate. Previous order took 2 hours to arrive - only after making a phone call. Service has gone down hill.

Mixed kebab in Naan was actually mixed kebab on a tortilla wrap as apparently they'd sold out of nans and decided to use something that looks similar, not to mention much cheaper.. Very disappointed.

Never even arrived and the restaurant refused my refund because my grove was on lockdown because of the police and the police refused the drivers entry!

Originally given an estimate of 8.25. We had a notification to say food was on the way. Then estimate changed to 9pm. Driver wouldn’t listen to our instructions or try to find us, we eventually got the food at 9.25, so pizza wasn’t hot or fresh. Disappointing as we order from here quite often.

I tryed to ring the place several times comes up number invalid so I'm sat waiting on food that may not turn up my daughter has now fell to sleep complete waste of time and not and enjoyable experience at all order food as a treat this has not been a treat as no one will be awake to eat it and just eat keep saying ring the company if it doesn't let u ring the place it leaves you in the dark

had used little Italy alot before and used to be a great takeaway but has gone downhill now , cold food or forget items you ordered and terrible service from the restaurant when you ask where you missing food is won't be using this takeaway anymore..

My order tuned up freezing cold I rang them and explained to them and the man on the phone was ruined and quoted what do u want me to do about it. I asked them to resend my order hot and he hung up on me very bad I will not be ordering from them again disgraceful

Took 30 mins to be delivered once left the shop the food was cold! Pizza was dry chips were stone cold and like cardboard wouldn’t order again

Ordered at 17:15 estimated delivery was 18:15-18:30. At 18:20 (I think) food left the restaurant and after 18:30 it updated as delivered despite the food not having arrived. I attempted to call the restaurant and the number listed on just eat was incorrect so had to Google it. Called restaurant 10 times at least and left 2 messages, no response. Then calls were just auto rejected. Food came at 18:50 and was burnt to a crisp. Pizza was about 2mm thick I actually thought the box was empty. Disgust

the little pots of sauce they put in with the pizza (5 pizzas) all popped/exploded and looked like the bottom of them had melted... so I would ask for them not to be put in with the pizza's...

Very disappointed in Just Eat and the restaurant. Food was very poor standard, burnt and tasteless. Tasted like had been left to stand on food warmer for 30 minutes, very little cheese on pizza and chips were soggy. Threw 60% of food away. Ordered food at 7:55 with 35-50 minute wait showing (expected 8:30-8:45). App then shown delivery time 8:40-9:00. Food then delivered at 9:10 (25-40 minutes later than i ordered/expected). Very disappointed. Won’t be using this restaurant or Just Eat again.

Driver couldn't find where we lived... And I had to make a mile-round drive to get to him / collect our pizza's in the pouring rain and cold. Totally unacceptable and it defeated the whole idea of getting a delivery!!!

Naan kebab with no naan.... Just a tortilla wrap. Too late to do anything other than eat it, but was unsubstantial and not what I ordered. Very very poor.
