‼️DO NOT BUY THE DOUGHNUTS 🍩!! £7 each‼️. They don’t advertise the price on purpose. The food seemed decent at first - we ordered half jackets for the kids - it felt as if the potato had been left in the oven for a decade (that’s how rock hard the skin had become). They don’t price the doughnuts - expect kids to say I want one, naturally parents get 1 and when paying realise how much they are…put a price tag on!! It tastes plasticky - perhaps for the price I was expecting cream cheese frosting, but no - it was plasticky!

A kids meal, 2 paninis and a gingerbread reindeer came to £25, really not worth it. Kids cheese and pasta is literally just pasta with squirty cheese. The heated paninis were left on the heat plate longer than they should have and had rock hard bottoms. Avoid unless you have to.

The food is probably the best here across the whole of this theme park - that's including the hotels.... But I'm not sure that this is a compliment . Kids food can be bought as part of a meal deal and much healthier than across the park as you can get jacket potatoes and pasta. £6 for HALF a jacket potato, a drink and bag or crisps or a few veggie sticks. Bag of crisps - £2. Panini is about £6, medium coffee is around £4. Crisps are a standard pack of walkers, so nothing special. Think the Merlin group needs to stop taking the 'P' with their pricing models, especially when the quality of the food is not that good, very cheap and to be honest, you could bring your own. We go to AT regular and I will take our own stuff next time.

Was rainy wet day, therefore was chilly in there. Food was lovely, little choice though and very expensive for what it was to be honest.

Good cafe to stop at whilst in cbeebies land. The only downside is it does get very busy. It would have been nice to sit outside but there is a speaker blasting CBBC theme songs at absolute full volume right in the outdoor seating area which put us off sitting there!

We had jacket potato’s and the quality of the was awful. The cheese was pretty much inedible, even the kids thought it was awful.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Where is the food hygiene agency? All of the tables were filthy. Food all over the tables and floors, packaging everywhere and nobody cleaning them. Asked a member of staff to clean a table and she said which one- I said can't you see they are all filthy? Such a low standard of hygiene/non existent for a restraunt aimed at children. We definitely caught some form of a bug after visiting here. I would never eat from here again and would not recommend you to do so either.

Sandwiches, pizza and jacket potatoes are the entire menu. Great fast service and food without waiting. Kids box is £5 for drink, snack and either sandwich or jacket potato which for inside a theme park is very reasonable Has ccbc theme so everything is bright yellow and fun for children If you get there before peak of lunch you are fine for a table however over the years have been several times and not been able to get a table which can be inconvenient with the children. Food and staff are always great

Warm food was good. Little in the way of vegan options and the vegan wrap we had was soggy. Better off bringing a packed lunch or picnic. Otherwise stick with the baked potatoes and pizzas. They are cooked fresh.

Went with my wife my step daughter asked for meatballs with pasta only to be told very rudely that there was none picked her nose then told the next person next to us she had just put some on. I don’t know why anyone would do that to a young girl they were not busy not low on staff this ignorant behaviour was simply because she has no good customer service skills. She didn’t wash her hands either all she had to do was say we will be putting some on soon I have not yet spoke to the manager about this but I hope no one has to experience this same issue we spent a lot of money here and enjoyed the park but this place/the member of staff simply lets it down

Great eating venue at Alton if you have little kiddies. Located in Cbeebies land, it is tucked out of normal traffic so was nice and quiet when we stopped by! Great options for kiddies, pick and mix on hot and cold foods. Excellent salad/fruit bar which our kids loved. A little pricey but normal for Alton Towers.

As a place to eat with small children in Alton Towers it's OK. It's bright and colourful and there's a reasonable selection of food. That said it's expensive for what you get and what we had, the jacket potato and sandwiches for the boys wasn't great. There's also not enough highchairs for one to be on most tables ,so for some this will be a waiting game, which with small, hungry, angry little people can be quite stressful. Some of the staff could also do with learning how to smile, but then the same could be said of quite a few of this year's crop. We'd probably eat here with our boys next time, as they will still be small but it's not somewhere to take your kids once they've outgrown CBeebies land

Kids lunch box £4.95, very small sandwiches, tiny salad and a drink. Not quite the selection you'd get in a supermarket for that price! Adults sandwich, pot of Pringles and drink was £6.95. We were fed, hydrated and left with less spending money! Don't forget to like my review 😀

Went for breakfast, coffee machine broken so ended up with a cup of Tea Ordered 2 breakfasts and nice but helpings are getting smaller every time we go. Cake slices have gone very stingy and not much filling. But the carry on charging the same if not more. Did a bit of store shopping but prices high so shopping limited. Disappointed that this store have no charging facilities for electric cars etc. I cannot believe that we are in the year 2024 where Sainsbury's is advertising renewable energy and doing it's bit contributing towards saving the planet. But WHY has it not got EV Charging point a massive store with no facility to charge your cars.i fing This not only unbelievable but disgusting that a super sized store that been built a few years ago and would have had plenty of time to install chargers. I think I'll be shopping at Morrisons in leek at least they have chargers
