I recently visited Little dessert shop and I was quite impressed with both the customer service and the food. The staffs were quick and attentive. Specially, the two staffs vik and mehar. They were absolutely amazing. Very polite. I suggest you all to visit this place. You won't regret that's for sure!! I would recommend to try there cookie dough and milkshakes.!!! THE BESTTT!!!🤗❤️

I was passing through Coventry and I wanted something sweet. So I stopped by the shop "Little dessert shop". I had a hazelnut cheesecake. To be honest, I have never had such a poor quality cheesecake, the cream, the biscuit etc. everything was bland. I might as well have had a cheesecake from Aldi or Lidl, I would pay less and I would probably get more flavor. £6.50 for that! Big disappointment!

I had a great experience at Little Dessert Shop in Walsgrave! The desserts were absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and tasted even better. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the amazing customer service. Tamneet was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order and had everything we needed. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Went here tonight for a milkshake with my best mate because we were both craving one, they were shutting down some of the tables because it was late and near closing time , but the staff were really friendly and opened one of the tables up so we could sit down , the drinks themselves were incredible, and really well priced , atmosphere was brilliant aswell , really recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth :) Vik was our server and had a massive smile and was very talkative, exactly what you need , loved it.

Ordered dessert as a treat for my sons birthday, what we received was a far cry from what we should have received. Honestly, so disappointed and unhappy. We didn't even want white chocolate, it should have been milk chocolate. All missing items including ice cream. Total waste of money and would never recommend.

Absolute joke of a service . Ordered through uber eats , part of the delivery was missing, phoned up to ask them if they could send the missing items which they were adamant I received and they wouldn’t send anything else .literally told me to go online to complain ! Either they can’t get an order right, or their drivers are eating peoples orders on the way . Never again

I had an amazing time at Little Dessert Shop Coventry! The menu had a fantastic variety of desserts, and I was spoiled for choice. I tried the Cookie Dough Deluxe and a Ferrero Rocher Waffle, both of which were absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet, fresh, and beautifully presented. The milkshakes were also rich and creamy, a perfect complement to the desserts. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Service was quick, even though the place was quite busy. If you’re looking for a great dessert spot in Coventry, I highly recommend Little Dessert Shop. It the worst kunafa i have ever ate in my life..we orderd it at night around 12am and they send us some vermicelli extra fried mixed with some choclate and pistashio paste and a lot or sugar and thats it..never going to order here again..not at all recommended..waste of money.

Normally really good I order regular, but tonight the ratio was off I paid £10 for strawberries and chocolate there was no pistachio kunafa won’t be ordering again.

Ridiculous waiting times! Me and my friend who both have experience in Desert Shop went to get a cookie dough and a milkshake where we waited for over 30minutes. Seems like the management needs to sort the issue out it was not that busy to not be handled smoothly. Would give a minus rating if I could.

I was picking up an order yesterday. However, when arrived the place was in tatters. It seemed as if they were accepting more orders than they could cope with. Two people in front of me were waiting for their orders for a good while and complaining. I feel there needs to be a management review. There was no sense of urgency as most of the staff were in the back. I ordered strawberries with pistachio creme etc however there was not a lot of creme so it tasted dry. When I came into the desert place I was already put off my food from all the dirty used plates lying everywhere.

I absolutely love this little gem of a shop, the bubblegum milkshake, raspberry rhubarb cheesecake were to die for. Friendly service too from vikrant and tannery. Reccomended!

As someone with experience in the dessert industry, having previously worked at Heavenly Desserts, I know what high-quality cookie dough should taste like. Unfortunately, my recent purchase from Little Dessert left me completely disappointed. The milk chocolate cookie dough I received was overcooked to the point of being burnt. Instead of the gooey, soft texture that makes cookie dough so indulgent, this was dry, hard, and unpleasant. The chocolate drizzle on top seemed hastily applied, doing little to save the overall experience. The presentation itself was subpar, and the taste was just as unimpressive lacking the rich, buttery flavor you’d expect from a proper cookie dough dessert. For the price, I expected something far better. It’s clear that quality control is lacking, and based on my knowledge of how cookie dough should be made, this was simply unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a satisfying dessert. Would I order again? Absolutely not. Little Dessert needs to step up their game, or they’ll continue to disappoint customers who know what good cookie dough should actually taste like.

I ordered waffles, French toast, and a latte at 1:45 AM, fully aware it was close to closing, but that doesn’t mean you get to completely ruin my order. What I received was an absolute joke. The French toast? Burnt to a stone so hard I could probably use it as a weapon. The waffles? A dry mess with literally a drop of chocolate milk on top £25 for this? What a scam. And the coffee? I ordered a latte with syrup, but what I got tasted like expired cold milk. This was beyond unacceptable. If you can’t handle orders late at night, just close early instead of serving trash. Never ordering from here again.

I know I ordered close to closing time, but this was the worst order I’ve had in a long time. The waffles were completely cold, and the strawberries were cut weirdly, making them unappealing. The iced latte (Praline Syrup, Regular) was the worst coffee I’ve ever had—it had no ice, no syrup, and was completely watered down. The only thing I could taste was milk. To make it worse, I ordered the Tiramisu & Hazelnut French Toast, but instead, I received Ferrero Rocher Pistachio French Toast, which was burnt. For the price, I expected much better quality. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

Waffles took over 2 hours to arrive even tho it stated 20 to 40mins but it was Valentine’s Day so knew it would take a while but when it arrived both waffles were stone cold and the endless temptation was missing the white chocolate sauce

food was around 45mins late with no notifications provided about the potential lateness. also crepe was stone cold and uneatable (had to bin it) . milkshake was ok, we had it ordered for guests who unfortunately left due to lateness of delivery. first time we ordered from this place, absolutely gutted with the quality and lateness. Asked for 4 individual My Hero waffles, and the guy literally bought everything on one plate to make everything easy for himself and took more than 1 hour. All orders were made at different times, and I had to ask for them to be brought to my table. Customer service is slowwww. But dessert and ice cream were nice! Never again!

Order arrived nearly 2 hours late, all the desserts were freezing cold and I spoke to a worker over the phone and made me aware that the food has been sitting on the side waiting for a driver to collect so I was told I won’t be receiving hot and fresh desserts absolutely terrible service will definitely not be ordering again, don’t waste your time.

Ordered a waffles for delivery last time and went missing . Spoke to the dessert place and said they spoke to the manager and said they’ll give me a free waffle next time I order and to add this to the notes. Ordered again and did this and they refused to send me another waffle. Would advise not to come here if you want a dessert that actually arrives to your doorstep

We visited this place yesterday after following them on Instagram, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We ordered desserts, and they sent out the cookie dough first, but the rest – the French toast and a scoop of ice cream – didn’t arrive until 45 minutes later. The “French toast” wasn’t even real French toast; it was just regular bread covered in Nutella and topped with Ferrero Rocher. We also ordered strawberries for my 1.5-year-old niece, but what we got was a batch of rotten strawberries. We’ll never be going back

They might just need a little tweak in service flow to match the quality of what they offer.
