The worst food ever tasted the worst staff They should be banned

Tried this place a few years ago and was not impressed, thought I would try again tonight worst tasting food old lamb kabab meat tasted wrong not as it should staff are friendly but food 0 out of 5 never again, a follow on from yesterday I asked the server if the Donner meat was ok I could tell it had been re heated several times and this morning I feel ill this place should not be open. Dirty inside the shop also. What a bad decision trying this place again gross

This review comes a bit late but you guys deserve it, so I had to do it.Little chef's Biryani is out of this world. All fresh ingredients and generously used. Lamb is lamb and there's plenty of it. I was always served by a lady chef and I hope she's still there. Other restaurants serving dry tasteless Biryani should watch and take note.

Pizza was half cooked and mushy, staff handled all food with bare hands after taking money from customers. No care for hygiene at all. Dirty. Avoid

Avoid it . They will give u a small portion . And if u ask to get the rite portion they will charge extra. Never again

Burger was burnt but still came cold and the bun was stale enough to bang against the counter, every other piece of food came cold, and it all took an hour to come. Also the jalapeño bombers don't taste spicy at all and I can hardly even see any jalapeños in it, just cheese that looks curdled

Food is generally quite good/pizza's are great, the staff are 2nd to none, very helpful and chatty, will go out of their way to help you always.

Servant was cleaning surfaces with a dirty sponge, served kebab meat out of a carrier bag, handled food with out washing hands or using gloves, food was heated up in the microwave and the over all cleanliness of the takeaway was highly unclean.

Bought a pizza and it's the worst pizza I've ever had ..base soft and not properly cooked and £1.20 a can is a total rip off ...Will definitely not be back ....!!!

Won't be ordering again Got a chicken chasni and it was like soup bits of wee lumpy bits too. I couldn't eat it. My partner got a burger which he couldn't eat coz it was burnt !!

Defo not ordering again , phoned restaurant at 9pm ordered food , phoned back at 10:15 to be told food will leave restaurant in 20 mins as they are very busy (restaurant closes at 10:30) so can’t get any answer from restaurant on the phone . So sitting waiting not knowing if it was going to arrive . Food then Arrived absolutely freezing at 11:45pm . Very unacceptable

Walked in for a quick wee bite waited about 10 minutes to get served fair enough I completely understand the deliveries were probably busy. Another gentleman then walks in and gets served before me even though the workers seen me walk in first and wait ok screw that I then eventually get served and I said half my order and rather than saying anything else he walks away. Then I’m having to call him back. I’ll be honest I just walked out without my food. Definitely won’t be back.

Last night my order was over an hour later than told and freezing cold as well I complained tho just eat app and was fobbed off by restaurant as being very busy. As a regular customer I find this unacceptable

Ordered from here on Saturday night and got a mixed grill. Food seemed okay to be honest, no real problems, until after I ate it. Became incredibly unwell. Started with projectile vomiting, and then spent all of Saturday night/sunday morning trying to bring up my stomach lining. Have never been that sick before. Couldn't even keep water down till 5pm on sunday. Still not feeling too great today(Thursday). I'm understanding of food being burnt or being cold etc, but food poisoning is simply unacceptable.

Won't be back, pre ordered for 5pm and didn't receive the food until just after 6pm. Was told on the phone it was due to road closures but driver said different. After checking the order there was 4 items missing. No refund for this and ignored my messages. Won't be back.

Great curry specials. I'm not usually one to get takeaway often, but I've been to Little Chef twice this week and will be going again today. Godsend!

I ordered a chicken tikka chasni with mushroom rice with two poppadoms and a nan bread. The chasni sauce which is the essence was not right so it ruined the experience. The rice wasn’t right either. The chicken, mushrooms and poppadams were edible. I would have awarded 2 stars but the food was 20 minutes late. Maybe the chasni is not their forte and they do other things better.

First time getting food from here. Son enjoyed the donner kebab. Daughter enjoyed her chicken pakora. Peshwari nan nice n sweet, although I like it sweeter! We will go back.

Never had a bad meal from Little Chef before...however, tonight I was disappointed with the portion size. Normally give 5 stars as it's a great takeaway.

Love their food, their curries are so tasty! and staff is so polite and friendly and always treat me so well! Sometimes they forget to put some things in my order though 😂 and so then they give me some treats on the house! 5 stars from me 👍🏻 hope your business prospers so that we can continue to enjoy authentic Indian food locally ❤️

New pizzas are amazing and the lamb shish is super delicious, can not recommend enough. Staff are helpful, service is great.

Left waiting 2 hours for a Chinese, and phoned these guys up at half 9 at night, short notice. They got an order ready of Naan, rice, 2 curries and pakora ready in 15 mins, plus Popadoms. Great quality too. Heroes.

Solid five stars, this is restaurant quality food but it's a take away. Highly recommended everything I've tried from here tastes great no shortcuts, everything is fresh and made from scratch.

Staff helpful and kind. However curries were totally flavourless, just tasted like a bunch of spices mixed together that did not even form a nice taste to it. A curry should be flavourful and have a nice taste. IE Alishan in 250 Battlefield Rd, Glasgow G42 9HU their currys have a lovely taste, full of flavour. Kebabs were a disappointment also. Doner meat was ok, not the highest quality available. Salad was pretty poor too, was missing a few items, all salad should have it own separate bowls, ie bowl for tomatoes, bowl for onion, bowl for cucumber, bowl for lettuce, bowl for pickled with vinegar white cabbage (cabbage needs to be submerged in vinegar for an hour), bowl for pickled with vinegar red cabbage etc. Chilli sauce was a terrible sweet and sour sugary type sauce with ketchup in it, ketchup does not belong in chilli sauce. Heres a little recipe for chilli sauce that is used widely by kebab shops in the south:: Chopped onions pickled Jalapenos with juice Touch of salt Extra hot red chilli powder All in blender and blend. Put in container and add pizza tomato sauce (not ketchup) And water to bring to correct consistency. I give this review to be helpful and hope these things can be corrected as they have a great location just need to make those changes and they will be incredibly successful.

The pakora from this place is delicious very light coating and always fresh. Good portion for the price and quick friendly service. 👍🏽

Best Curry I've had a long time. Authentic cooking, all tastes really fresh and made in front of you once you've ordered. Lots of vegetarian options too!

There are some takeaways where I order every week and I always push my self to try new places. I must say "Little Chef" now is one of my best takeaway.Taste was delicious specially Spinach Curry as I would like it and Would go again.
