Lissome in Hackney

I have been here twice with my family and each time it has been wonderful. So I booked it for a friend’s birthday. I had booked for the wrong number of people, but they kindly rejigged the tables and made room. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind and amenable. They even sang happy birthday for my friend! The food is wonderful, cocktails are brilliant and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Superb food and superb service! Dennis and Jimmy catered to my partners vast lost of allergies perfectly! Will recommend this place to anyone. Heads up, get the Black Truffle Taglioni, its to die for!

Welcoming and warm Italian restaurant in the heart of Dalston. The service and food was amazing. The prices are reasonable too.

Came here for dinner with friends. It’s the best tasting pasta I’ve had in a long time. Portions are very generous too! Hats off to the chef! Will be back if I’m in the area again..

Have been here for practically the whole day. Met up with my friend and we ate, drank, talked and laughed. The food here is AMAZING, the environment cozy and welcoming. Every dish we chose from the menu were served to a high standard - the staff are exceptional with their hospitality and we even made it into the cocktail hour which was an additional treat. Thanks to the manager Jimmy!!! We will see you again!!! Come down - you won’t be disappointed 🤗

I have just had the worst meal I have eaten in London for a decade. Lissome : the wine I ordered (Primitivo) was not available and a poor substitute (hugely over priced Negroamaro) was produced without any option. The prawn ceviche I ordered was unavailable. Main courses and replacement starters (bruschetta and octopus salad) were completely bland and tasteless. My companion ordered decaffeinated coffee but it was not available whereas my macchiato simply never arrived. The staff were polite but utterly unwelcoming. A truly appalling experience. With fixed service charge the bill for this hideous experience was £152 for two. I thought this kind of food/service was impossible in 2022.

Delicious food and wine. The prawn and sauce were unreal and the mushroom pasta really hit the spot when your looking for an Italian. Great looking restaurant Staff extremely friends including the great owner. One down side which we did mention to the owner was the music which didn’t fit the feel of the restaurant. I would happily go there again with friends or family. So 4 / 5.

I had an amazing experince here, we sat outside on the terrace as it was a nice, sunny day. The Arrancini balls, bolognese and Panna Cotta were to die for. Loved the 2 for 1 cocktails too, the Lissome Babe and Sunset in Dalston were my faves! The service was so amazing! I definitely would recommend going here

This place is a must visit if you come to Dalston. Great staff and amazing food the cocktails are incredible

Ottimo ristorante con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale accogliente in stile italiano non grandissimo che ha possibilità di mangiare all’aperto (pochi posti). Il personale è gentilissimo e sembrerebbe che lo chef sia italiano (non ho avuto modo di conoscerlo I vederlo )

We went with our daughter tonight and had a fantastic meal. The seafood was very good quality and tasted amazing! Pasta and pizzas were lovely with very well balanced flavours. Cocktails were beautifully done and reasonably priced. Service was very good too, attentive but not too full on. Excellent restaurant!

Great food and great service! The chef is super as well as the manage and staff. We had a great chardonnay, pizzas, avocado smash and fried calamari and all was beyond expectations! Absolutely the place!!!

Originally heard about this place on Tiktok and put it on my to do list. Food was incredible and did not disappoint. Recommended

A friend recommended this restaurant to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the food was excellent as was the service. I will certainly be going there again.
