Modern hotel with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with very comfortable beds, home automation, Chromecast and blackout blinds perfect for sleeping in total darkness. The wellness area is also excellent: sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool always clean and never too crowded, while the well-equipped gym offers a spectacular view of the City. The à la carte breakfast is of good quality and the entire structure is enriched by artistic installations that make it unique. A perfect stay, I will definitely be back!

I had a very pleasant stay at the art’otel London Hoxton. The location is ideal, and the facilities are excellent: sauna, hammam, swimming pool… I even had the opportunity to enjoy a massage, everything was perfect. However, my room was a real downer. I was assigned room 1309, which in my opinion is one of the worst located in the hotel. To access it, I first had to go through a small entrance shared with room 1308. Once in my room, everything matched the photos, except for one disturbing detail: a locked door, which I didn't know what it was hiding. The major problem was sound insulation. Unlike the other rooms which seem well spaced, mine was next to room 1308, which meant that I could hear absolutely everything that was happening there, including in their bathroom. The noise passed directly into my room, making nights very uncomfortable. On top of that, I regularly heard washing machine noises, which further added to the annoyance. I even recorded a video to demonstrate it. However, sleep is an essential point for me. I need 9 hours of sleep to be in good shape, and calm is essential to sleep well. Unfortunately, with so much noise pollution, it was impossible for me to have a restful night. I think these two rooms are poorly designed and should be reserved for families traveling together, rather than allocated to independent guests like me. If you are staying at this hotel and are assigned room 1309 or 1308, I highly recommend requesting a room change. Other than this issue, my experience at the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately on the last night it was impossible to have even one sleep cycle! I also added breakfast for my last day, and it was delicious, with a wide choice and quality products.

Since writing the review below the art'otel have contacted us and apologised profusely and offered compensation. We hope to leave a 5 star review when we visit again in a few weeks time!. Thank you ekrem for taking the time to follow this up with us. Really needs to improve. My partner bought me a night here as a birthday present. Arrived at 3pm to be told the room wasn't quite ready. We went for a walk - the receptionist said they'd call us once the room was ready. We had no phone call so called them about 5pm. We were told to return and that our room would be ready by the time we got back. So we came back and queued for about 15 mins at reception again only to be told the room needed to be checked for quality. We went to the bar and eventually (after queuing again at reception alongside other disgruntled guests) we got our key at 6.40 pm. The facility itself is impeccable. The cinema room in the basement and bar areas are lovely. Plus bar staff were great. I just don't understand how they can claim 5 stars when the overall management is worse than a 2 star motorway hotel. To make matters worse- due to illness we had tried to change the date of our stay only to be told 'sorry no rules are rules'. With that in mind it was annoying that their rule of check in at 3 pm couldn't be followed. Also as per photo attached with this review - dirty laundry doesn't seem to be a priority as the cart was left parked outside our room as a permanent fixture. At time of writing the hotel have offered us nothing as compensation aside from a glass of prosecco.

One of London's best hotel. I had a business trip in London for a few days. Rashed, the receptionist was extremely helpful. The bar had a nice atmosphere, breakfast had many different dishes. Despite of the location the room was quiet as well. The gym is a must to try: it's well equipped and has an amazing city view.

I attended an music event hosted at Art'otel Shoreditch within The Brush bar which not only offered a fitting backdrop to the event but was met with fantastic service from all staff I engaged with, particularly Regina who was friendly, attentive and provided excellent food recommendations to my party of friends. This is such a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect i walsed in curious as i had been looking at hotel stays for the weekend. What i think makes a hotel great is the customer service. I turned up to the hotel and was warmly welcomed by a member of staff, Sai and he took me to reception and introduced me to Shaun. Sai and Shaun were so professional, patient, courteous and lovely to me and my daughter so we booked to stay at the hotel, we didnt have to think twice. They really went out of their way to help me understand the different rooms and services available I honestly could not thank them enough they really are the perfect example of brilliant customer care and customer service.

Booked for 15th February through Booking.com. No issues reported or advised before we were expected on the weekend. Arrived at the hotel at 4pm (Check in was advised for 3pm) to find a queue of around 15 separate bookings, the line was queuing back to the bar area which is some distance from the check in desk. It felt oddly busy for this sort of time considering you could check in an hour beforehand. No one on hand to explain any issues, all you could do was queue to speak to someone at the front desk. Only upon getting to the front and giving your details and ID are you informed that Housekeeping are running behind and ours and several other rooms are not ready yet so this was causing a delay. We were advised that in 30 mins so 4:30, we would be called on the number we provided them and then asked to come and collect your room key. We were more than welcome to sit in the bar and wait for the call. We were offered to leave our bags which was good as had carried them around for the afternoon and then not being able to check in. Sat in the bar area and had some drinks (nothing offered despite our room being delayed) - then ordered some light bar snacks (nuts and olives). 5pm arrived and no phone call, just more people coming to the bar and then overhearing them mention their room is also not ready. We then went to queue again to find out if our room was ready and after another fairly long queue, we got to the front to find out we were 15 mins away from getting the key to our room. During this time, the bar staff had come round to collect payment for the bar snacks, despite them knowing whats going on, there was no offer to have the snacks or drinks on the house due to the hotels delayed. We were then offered a meal and drinks voucher for the evening, which wasnt for us as we already had reservations for 6pm which we had to cancel due to not being in the room until 530. Luckily we're able to get a reservation elsewhere for 715. Checked into the room which was great, did get 2 free drinks from reception but then were told its beers or wine, despite only asking for prosecco. Left the hotel for the evening at 7 and people only just getting their room keys after waiting since 3/330. Overall, really nice Hotel but the management need to be more on the ball, they knew how busy this weekend would be, why were more staff not on, additional housekeeping etc etc. Also, no mention about the kids time in the pool in the morning, so if you do not mind screaming, splashing kids in a small area, then go after 11am.

When booked for valentines day we asked for a few things through the booking and did not receive at the beginning. However, later in the evening we spoke with the night manager Christopher who was AMAZING!!! SO THANKFUL, as he was the one to turn the experience into a positive one after a rocky start. Another night staff member Raini was also very accommodating and helpful. These two staff members turned the whole experience around! The day staff members were busy, so were not to helpful. Dear Art’otel Team, I left a review about my awful experience at Art’otel two months ago, and I truly didn’t think I could be more disappointed. However, this hotel continues to surprise me—in the worst possible way. In response to my last review, Nicole commented, "I am glad we had the opportunity to reconnect to create a new experience for you, allowing us to demonstrate the exceptional guest experience we aim to deliver." Yet, let me be clear—no such experience has been booked. After a phone call where I was offered a complimentary stay, I was initially hesitant but eventually agreed and exchanged emails to confirm the details. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule. When I reached out in the new year to rearrange, I was completely ignored. Despite following up via email three times and attempting to reach someone by phone, I have received no response. At this point, the complimentary stay is irrelevant—it’s the sheer lack of organization and blatant dishonesty that is unacceptable. In the hospitality industry, offering compensation and then failing to honor it is not only unprofessional but also outright deceptive. Ignoring a guest entirely is beyond unacceptable. Given Axel Krueger’s extensive experience in the hotel industry, I would expect better leadership. What a gem of a hotel within London. Stayed there with family in January. Lady at the reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The bar with live music was great and with good choice of drinks. The room on the 17th floor was of good size overlooking the city. The gym on the 26th floor has a view to die for. Breakfast was not buffet, but quite sumptuous. The staff at the breakfast were really attentive and friendly. Would love to go back there.

I was here for 5 days recovering from a knee injury operation. Caitlin at the reception was exceptional in sorting me an accessibility friendly room. Shaun was speedy in helping me move in. Amid at security was super kind ensuring I was okay on crutches. The in-house dining helped hand deliver my fav newspaper in my room. The food was outstanding. Also the restaurant manager treated me to free coffee as I recovered. I felt like I was cared by friends and family. So lucky this is my local hotel with the best view, staff, food, gym, sauna and beds. Lucky me ☺️

This hotel has all the hallmarks of a great stay—it's new and nicely designed—but the service fell drastically short of expectations. My recent three-night business trip was marred by a series of avoidable issues. Before I even arrived, my inbox was flooded with emails promoting digital upgrades, yet they conveniently omitted the fact that there would be a four-hour planned power outage the very next day. If the power cut wasn't bad enough, we then had no hot water. The final blow came at checkout when the hotel refused to add my company details to the invoice, instead directing me to contact Booking.com and implying I should have booked directly with them. It’s a shame, but needless to say, I won't be returning.

Nice hotel, smart rooms. Sliding door to the bathroom was a bit hard to move however. Windows were quite dirty which was a shame because it was a good view. Unfortunately, the Lounge Bar, which is well designed was barely ever open. It is noted at being open 12:00-1:00 on their website, and this was a draw to book the hotel as we like to relax with a drink in a hotel bar before bed. In reality, the bar was open from 18:00-22:00 which is quite ridiculous really. The bar manager was fairly snappy when advising us they were closed too. I highlighted this with reception who only acted upon us checking out, offering a free drink however we were leaving anyway so too a coffee, there was a 3 day lull between this being reported and any action taken. We had pre-ordered a bottle of wine upon booking which was not in the room, which we reported straight away. No replacement was sent and we were still charged. After emailing twice in the past 5 days still no responses has been provided, the service is fairly poor. Note that you do need to book to use the pool though their qr link supplied, there didn’t seem to be anyone checking this at the pool / spa area though which was odd. The public areas and rooms are very nice, verging in 5 star however the service and details were definitely lacking which really was quite disappointing.

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.

A wonderful hotel in Hoxton. I loved stayed with my husband. The hotel is wonderfully located with great views from rooms - across East London. Room decor is beautiful, with great tea and coffee provided in the room, fab toiletries and more. There is a spa complex open to guests in the basement which I recommend. And breakfast is a la carte and probably the best hotel breakfast I have had in London, I would recommend art'otel in Hoxton. All staff are very helpful but George is wonderful he is very kind and helpful thank you. Kumars

Our stay at the Artotel Hoxton was one for the books. From the moment we checked in, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. We arrived prior to check in time and Shaun went out of his way to try to get us a room before 3 pm. He also tried to get rooms close together as we were 2 families traveling together and checked in to make sure we had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. He was able to get us into a room by 1:30 on the 20th floor with a view of the city. Thank you Shaun! The rest of the team was also great, from the room service attendant, to doorman in the front and the ladies at the bar. We really felt the hospitality and warmth especially during this hectic holiday season. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. The location was great, with accessibility to stores and transportation and a bit of more calmness away from the busyness of central London. We are very happy with our trip and cannot wait to come back again.

Rooms are fantastic. They are stylish and practical. Amenities in the room are great as well with tasty Illy coffee pods for the machine, coffee bags, great tea, and nice biscuits. Water cartons included daily as well. Very comfortable bed. Super comfortable dressing gown and slippers. Service from the staff is excellent, they can’t do enough for you, and they have bags of personality. Didn’t get the names of many of the team leading the breakfast service but they really were great. Breakfast was very nice as well. I didn’t get to do the art tour of hotel but other family did and found it interesting. There are some cool pieces in the hotel. Had one evening meal in restaurant on ground floor which was very tasty, would recommend it if you don’t fancy heading out.

Gorgeous !!! We loved it, a very warm welcome, fantastic rooms with an incredible view from morning to evening It was Christmas time, on the 24th we were treated to a magnificent Christmas cake delivered to our room and when we woke up on the 24th, a Christmas stocking filled with good things hung on our door handle, the children were amazed. Breakfast on the 24th floor with panoramic views of the city and a quality buffet. Sports sessions in the 26th arrondissement in a room equipped with quality equipment, facing the illuminated city, towels available, changing rooms if necessary, and what's more, it is available 24/7. And in the evening, a nice atmosphere in the lounge. I recommend it to everyone, the hotel is well located in terms of transport, bus at the foot to the direction of Oxford street. I thank the entire team for their professionalism and kindness.

A luxurious comfortable new hotel in a prime spot in Hoxton very convenient to Shoreditch and the area , not super convenient to get to Heathrow from here using public transport (either a bit of a hike to Liverpool street station and the Elizabeth line or a combination cumbersome northern/Piccadilly line) . This is a very swanky hotel, maybe a little too trendy and modern for me - from the spa in the basement, the ultra cool public spaces and the ever busy 26 floor gym to the automatic elevators choosing your allowed destination according to your room key card. It’s also quite dark, both the public spaces as well as the rooms. Despite that the room , which is the important part of a hotel, was just great - Large, convenient, nice bad, huge TV, great coffee and condiments spot , an easily controlled blackout curtain and a great control panel for the lights with a “mood option” for getting up and winding down and a night option for soft bathroom lights for those nightly trip to the loo. They somehow got this right, sometimes getting the hang of a hotel different lighting switches is quite annoying. I didn’t get to try any of their dining options but the welcome crackers, cheese and chocolate platters they left me for some reason upon check in were really welcome and tasty. So a really nice hotel, more so for the trendy crowd but I did see quite a lot of families there so I guess it works for them as well.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately not sufficiently trained, which became noticeable in various situations. The rooms were not cleaned unless you informed the reception directly. A serious problem arose that night when the alarm system went off at around 12:30 a.m. Everyone had to leave the entire hotel. We had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor with our children - an absolute horror scenario! To our horror, the security doors did not open, which clearly indicates a flaw in the security concept. Such incidents are unacceptable and show that urgent work needs to be done on the hotel's security structure. Until these deficiencies are corrected, we cannot recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend as an anniversary treat to ourselves, and it was lovely. The building and rooms and modern and welcoming, with a very modern artistic twist, if you have an eye for arts, design or architecture this place will be a delight. The food was really good and staff amazing when we did have any issues. The pool area was well maintenance, all looked very new, incredible sauna and steam room. Look forward to visiting again.

Magnificent room, very beautiful hotel, breakfast is horrible, an imposed menu with no possibility of changing anything, from eggs to all sauces. A crowd and an endless wait in the restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast system to be reviewed. Management staff not very professional. Others do what they can... This hotel is new, this perhaps explains the shortcomings. Room service very very good.

A modern, beautiful hotel with a great breakfast and stylish rooms. But some things could be better: - We arrived at 16:30 and our room was not ready. When we asked them to get the room ready, we waited 15 minutes and moved into the room. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready for the children and the sofa wasn't set up for sleeping. The two gentlemen who arrived first wanted to make two single beds out of the double bed. Later it worked out - the spoons in the room were not clean - the breakfast was great - but sometimes it took almost 30 minutes Nevertheless, I would come again. A lot is true, but it would be nice if it were better organised and managed.

What one can possibly say about art'otel? Location: Amazing (Close to metro stations, super-markets, lovely places for coffe like small square, or for dinner, lunch like Blacklock, Gloria or Pizza pilgrims) Staff: Super friendly and helpful, especially Ally, lovely vibes! Amenities: Whatever you could possibly need. Gym on the 26th floor, conference rooms and auditoriums, Jacuzzi on the basement. Always clean and as neat as possible. Rooms: AMAZING.Like truly flawless. Spacious bathrooms with nice details. Views all the way and automations inside. A small mini bar was the unexpected nice surprise. Room service at your feet whatever time you need it. THE ROOMS EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT HAVE OPENING WINDOWS FOR SAFETY REASONS OF COURSE, SOMEHOW THE AIR INSIDE WAS ALWAYS FRESH AND CLEAN, REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT AND HUGE RESPECT FOR THAT. Also, another important thing while on vacation is the noise suppression in hotels. Art'otel is like a bunker when it comes to noise, you can't hear anything. Cheers! Common spaces: The public restrooms have cotton towels (!!) and along with that, moisturizing hand cream is provided (I mean how better can it become) Amazing place, amazing vibes, amazing people, THANK YOU!

An Unforgettable Stay for a Special Celebration at art'otel London From the moment we arrived at art'otel London, my family and I felt warmly welcomed. We were celebrating my Mum’s 60th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Mihaela and Shaun at check-in, who were incredibly helpful and understanding. Mihaela even accompanied me to the suite I had reserved early, where she kindly showed me around, allowing me to set up my mum's birthday decorations just the way I envisioned. Throughout our stay, my mum was absolutely delighted. Ally and Rania made it even more memorable with their attentive and thoughtful service, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that our time at the hotel was perfect. The attention to detail at art'otel truly stands out. Every amenity is carefully considered, and getting around the hotel was effortless. One unique and delightful touch was the opportunity to leave a piece of artwork to commemorate our stay, which I happily did! I created a purple and pink birthday-themed drawing (please see images attached), incorporating the date of our visit and a tribute to my mum's milestone birthday, and shared it with Ally. I hope it finds a place in their art gallery! Many thanks to the entire team at art'otel for making our celebration visit so special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a very good stay at this hotel with my mother, for my birthday. Thanks to the staff for the cupcake and the menu. It is very well located, next to the metro and the bus, so very easy to get around. The facilities are very modern, whether in the elevators or in the rooms. You have the possibility to eat during the day and at night. You scan a QR code and you can enjoy room service until 5:30 a.m. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. They always ask you if you are okay and if you are missing anything. The gym is well equipped and offers a breathtaking view. The swimming pool is very good, the atmosphere is cozy. You have towels in the locker room at your disposal, as well as lockers to store your belongings. The showers in the locker room are very clean, the same for the toilets. Breakfast takes place in the form of table service. You can choose between pastries, hot and cold dishes, as well as various drinks. The room we had was very good. The bedding is comfortable and you can choose the type of pillow you want. You have slippers and bathrobes at your disposal. We had an absolutely sublime view, day and night. We will happily return on our next visit to London.

This was an utterly fantastic property to stay at. The staff – whether front of house, housekeeping, or at the restaurant – were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being too intrusive. The room itself was brilliantly furnished, tastefully decorated with the street art style that the hotel has taken up, possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever used, and an impeccable bathroom. The design of the hotel itself confidently reflects the 'art hotel' pronouncement of hotel's name – and even if you're not exactly enamoured with street art, urban style aesthetics, I do urge you to give it a go. Faultless implementation, suitable location, bulls-eye performance lifts, and magnificent views even if you're not on the top floor city view rooms. The key for this hotel will be maintenance – don't change a thing and keep up the standard. That will be the rebellion this hotel will have to offer, D*Face style, in a wilting hotel industry.

New, very modern hotel in a great location. I arrived early, hoping to drop off my bags, and was delighted to be told that there was a room ready. The rooms are nice and large, with fabulous views across London from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was so comfortable and honestly I can't remember when I last stayed in such a quiet room - no noise at all from the corridor despite it being a Friday night. The spa was small but relaxing. The location also ended up being perfect, as the hotel is on several bus routes and close to Old Street tube. It's also just under a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. Loads of good restaurants and bars nearby too. Unfortunately I had a negative experience at breakfast where I was told I could sit at the bar or outside, something that was not said to the couple queuing behind me. While it was busy at the time, I don't think it is ok to ask single diners to sit where you would not ask a couple to sit. The service was also very, very slow (took almost an hour and I eventually had to leave). I said this to the receptionist when checking out and she offered me an equivalent discount, which I greatly appreciated. Due to her consideration and my otherwise very positive experience with the hotel I would definitely return...just might get breakfast elsewhere.

Excellent experience. Before choosing this hotel for my business trip, I conducted some research and found that the reviews were very positive, so I decided to give it a try. It proved to be true. The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Saldana, Michel, Shaun, and the doorman from Moldova (sorry, I forgot his name) were amazing! Strongly recommend.

Wonderful short stay! Stayed here for 2 nights but I wish it was longer. Comfortable beds & great bar with live music on Friday and Saturday. I stayed on a Saturday and was fortunate enough to catch their band. The bartenders are friendly and the cocktails were great. My best friend and I also did room service and the food was awesome. Great croquettes and pizza for those late night munchies! The decor is where they shine. This art hotel is a vibe. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view. The rooms are not as small as I expected and the amenities were perfect for the time we stayed. Highly recommend this place. Neighborhood is cool and the rates were reasonable. Shout out to Paul, Noah and Mihaela for their great customer service! I hope to visit again.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! We stayed 4 nights in this hotel with a City view room on the 18th floor. Everything was beautiful: from the view of the room to the decoration of the room and the hotel. The new technologies used in the rooms and the elevators are great, in any case it was a discovery for us. The location, the breakfast, the calm. We really loved everything. Great hotel in the center of Shoreditch/Old Street. The vibe is very modern and dark glam. The staff is very alternative, and it's nice to see multiculturalism in all aspects. They have a nice terrace with yellow chairs, which gives the place personality. If you are dog-friendly, this place serves both you and your pet 💜. If you are from the area, you need to know you don’t need to be a guest to enjoy the public areas of the hotel. They have nice orange sofas (orange is my favorite color) in the lounge, and the false chimneys look cozy. It's perfect for a date out.

I was checking in for another room for my mum, having already been staying at the hotel for a few days. Shaun and Ed made the process so easy. Shaun greeted me with a smile and handled everything quickly. Ed was super helpful and friendly, offering tips about the hotel and nearby spots. Both made me feel very welcome. I went to Lucky and Joy last night to get some food to take home, I've never been there before, people seem very nice, no problem. I ordered cabbage and sesame peanuts, got home, started eating and I discovered that both dishes are very spicy, there was no indication on the menu that the food was spicy. Unfortunately I can't eat very spicy food, so I threw it away, and that was my evening.
