We had a minor hiccup with our reservation, but Ally and Chiara at the front desk were quick to resolve the issue and went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful room. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable.

What one can possibly say about art'otel? Location: Amazing (Close to metro stations, super-markets, lovely places for coffe like small square, or for dinner, lunch like Blacklock, Gloria or Pizza pilgrims) Staff: Super friendly and helpful, especially Ally, lovely vibes! Amenities: Whatever you could possibly need. Gym on the 26th floor, conference rooms and auditoriums, Jacuzzi on the basement. Always clean and as neat as possible. Rooms: AMAZING.Like truly flawless. Spacious bathrooms with nice details. Views all the way and automations inside. A small mini bar was the unexpected nice surprise. Room service at your feet whatever time you need it. THE ROOMS EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT HAVE OPENING WINDOWS FOR SAFETY REASONS OF COURSE, SOMEHOW THE AIR INSIDE WAS ALWAYS FRESH AND CLEAN, REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT AND HUGE RESPECT FOR THAT. Also, another important thing while on vacation is the noise suppression in hotels. Art'otel is like a bunker when it comes to noise, you can't hear anything. Cheers! Common spaces: The public restrooms have cotton towels (!!) and along with that, moisturizing hand cream is provided (I mean how better can it become) Amazing place, amazing vibes, amazing people, THANK YOU!

Perfect rooms with very nice view and a perfect hairdryer Important for breakfast: Make a list what you need, and order once. You will get a genius breakfast. It will be served. Do not try to get your breakfast in parts! This will take a very long time.

An Unforgettable Stay for a Special Celebration at art'otel London From the moment we arrived at art'otel London, my family and I felt warmly welcomed. We were celebrating my Mum’s 60th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Mihaela and Shaun at check-in, who were incredibly helpful and understanding. Mihaela even accompanied me to the suite I had reserved early, where she kindly showed me around, allowing me to set up my mum's birthday decorations just the way I envisioned. Throughout our stay, my mum was absolutely delighted. Ally and Rania made it even more memorable with their attentive and thoughtful service, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that our time at the hotel was perfect. The attention to detail at art'otel truly stands out. Every amenity is carefully considered, and getting around the hotel was effortless. One unique and delightful touch was the opportunity to leave a piece of artwork to commemorate our stay, which I happily did! I created a purple and pink birthday-themed drawing (please see images attached), incorporating the date of our visit and a tribute to my mum's milestone birthday, and shared it with Ally. I hope it finds a place in their art gallery! Many thanks to the entire team at art'otel for making our celebration visit so special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

An outstanding hotel where you are indulged with the best customer care and attention from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere and signature aroma of the hotel captures you on arrival. Spotlessly clean, rooms spacious and modern, city view was lovely. Hotel has close tube links a literal 5 minute walk. Would recommend and return. We had a fabulous stay.

We had a very good stay at this hotel with my mother, for my birthday. Thanks to the staff for the cupcake and the menu. It is very well located, next to the metro and the bus, so very easy to get around. The facilities are very modern, whether in the elevators or in the rooms. You have the possibility to eat during the day and at night. You scan a QR code and you can enjoy room service until 5:30 a.m. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. They always ask you if you are okay and if you are missing anything. The gym is well equipped and offers a breathtaking view. The swimming pool is very good, the atmosphere is cozy. You have towels in the locker room at your disposal, as well as lockers to store your belongings. The showers in the locker room are very clean, the same for the toilets. Breakfast takes place in the form of table service. You can choose between pastries, hot and cold dishes, as well as various drinks. The room we had was very good. The bedding is comfortable and you can choose the type of pillow you want. You have slippers and bathrobes at your disposal. We had an absolutely sublime view, day and night. We will happily return on our next visit to London.

This was an utterly fantastic property to stay at. The staff – whether front of house, housekeeping, or at the restaurant – were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being too intrusive. The room itself was brilliantly furnished, tastefully decorated with the street art style that the hotel has taken up, possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever used, and an impeccable bathroom. The design of the hotel itself confidently reflects the 'art hotel' pronouncement of hotel's name – and even if you're not exactly enamoured with street art, urban style aesthetics, I do urge you to give it a go. Faultless implementation, suitable location, bulls-eye performance lifts, and magnificent views even if you're not on the top floor city view rooms. The key for this hotel will be maintenance – don't change a thing and keep up the standard. That will be the rebellion this hotel will have to offer, D*Face style, in a wilting hotel industry.

Excellent experience. Before choosing this hotel for my business trip, I conducted some research and found that the reviews were very positive, so I decided to give it a try. It proved to be true. The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Saldana, Michel, Shaun, and the doorman from Moldova (sorry, I forgot his name) were amazing! Strongly recommend.

New, very modern hotel in a great location. I arrived early, hoping to drop off my bags, and was delighted to be told that there was a room ready. The rooms are nice and large, with fabulous views across London from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was so comfortable and honestly I can't remember when I last stayed in such a quiet room - no noise at all from the corridor despite it being a Friday night. The spa was small but relaxing. The location also ended up being perfect, as the hotel is on several bus routes and close to Old Street tube. It's also just under a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. Loads of good restaurants and bars nearby too. Unfortunately I had a negative experience at breakfast where I was told I could sit at the bar or outside, something that was not said to the couple queuing behind me. While it was busy at the time, I don't think it is ok to ask single diners to sit where you would not ask a couple to sit. The service was also very, very slow (took almost an hour and I eventually had to leave). I said this to the receptionist when checking out and she offered me an equivalent discount, which I greatly appreciated. Due to her consideration and my otherwise very positive experience with the hotel I would definitely return...just might get breakfast elsewhere.

Shaun was really lovely, i am here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and he helped me so much with everything. He helped me decorate the room, if i needed anything he was there to help and also super lovely! He deserves a raise

Wonderful short stay! Stayed here for 2 nights but I wish it was longer. Comfortable beds & great bar with live music on Friday and Saturday. I stayed on a Saturday and was fortunate enough to catch their band. The bartenders are friendly and the cocktails were great. My best friend and I also did room service and the food was awesome. Great croquettes and pizza for those late night munchies! The decor is where they shine. This art hotel is a vibe. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view. The rooms are not as small as I expected and the amenities were perfect for the time we stayed. Highly recommend this place. Neighborhood is cool and the rates were reasonable. Shout out to Paul, Noah and Mihaela for their great customer service! I hope to visit again.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! We stayed 4 nights in this hotel with a City view room on the 18th floor. Everything was beautiful: from the view of the room to the decoration of the room and the hotel. The new technologies used in the rooms and the elevators are great, in any case it was a discovery for us. The location, the breakfast, the calm. We really loved everything. We hope to be able to come back because everything was perfect.

Staying here made a work trip pleasurable :) The staff at reception, the restaurant, and bar were really friendly and knowledgeable, and the property is amazing and has a unique vibe.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, great view (room with city view), super chic furnishings, the only drawback: there is not enough space for clothes in the room (only a very small wardrobe). We always like to come back!!!

Great hotel in the center of Shoreditch/Old Street. The vibe is very modern and dark glam. The staff is very alternative, and it's nice to see multiculturalism in all aspects. They have a nice terrace with yellow chairs, which gives the place personality. If you are dog-friendly, this place serves both you and your pet 💜. If you are from the area, you need to know you don’t need to be a guest to enjoy the public areas of the hotel. They have nice orange sofas (orange is my favorite color) in the lounge, and the false chimneys look cozy. It's perfect for a date out.

I was checking in for another room for my mum, having already been staying at the hotel for a few days. Shaun and Ed made the process so easy. Shaun greeted me with a smile and handled everything quickly. Ed was super helpful and friendly, offering tips about the hotel and nearby spots. Both made me feel very welcome. I must express how exceptionally impressed I am with Rania and Shaun. I arrived at the wrong hotel location tired and exhausted. The original location I booked was said to be sold out. Rania and Shaun took it upon themselves to ensure I was looked after. They were very polite and respectful and took charge of the situation. Because of them, I will continue to stay at Art'otel for my future hospitality needs. Thank you guys!

We were really well looked after from the second we walked in the door. This was our second stay, and we asked for a specific room at check in and Shaun went above and beyond to get us a great room, taking us to see two. Amazing service and attention. We will be back.

Great location for this hotel. It’s new so everything is clean and in good condition. People are nice. Would recommend it to everyone. Only thing to keep in mind is that this neighborhood is very unique and filled with authentic culture. This is a big hotel, and if your looking for that old school Shoreditch experience you should stay in something smaller.

This is not a good hotel, it is a top notch one. The hotel is located in Shoreditch not far from Old Street tube station, so it's easy to move around with the tube. The hotel has a theme around art and is full of art objects. On the ground floor is a restaurant and on the 1st floor you get the hotel reception and a bar. The building is shaped as a round tower. The room is controlled by tablets (for AC, lights, curtains) and is decorated in a really modern way (dark wood and orange lights in mine). In the room, you get a desk, a huge TV, a bed (really good one) and some seating. There's also a minibar and a coffee tea platter. An ironing board, sleepers, robes and a hair dryer are also provided. In the bathroom, you have a big Italian shower (rain shower). The products provided are good. There's also a sink and a toilet On level -2 you will find a gym, sauna, steam room and the pool. The pool area is really pleasant. I highly recommend staying there.

Very modern hotel , been open 2 months, still has a few teething problems, and some staff can barely communicate in English in restaurant. But give it a chance, is probably £50 a night overpriced.

Room is fine but IT’S DUMB TO HAVE A WIFI REQUIRING LOG IN!! Many computers having problem with log in window not popping up. Stupid how I couldn’t event use the WiFi here and work in the hotel lol

A huge shout out to SEAN on reception who offers nothing but OUTSTANDING service. We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sean went above & beyond to make us feel special and such a lovely guy he is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is only 2 months old shiny & new, amazing rooms with pop art of which I really like. Spa facilities were amazing & was pleasantly surprised how big the pool is. Breakfast the next morning was amazing all freshly cooked. Well done Radisson to you and your staff !!

Excellent hotel - we were made to feel welcome from the second we walked in until we left. The guys on the door and the night reception chap were particularly welcoming and friendly 😊 oh - and a member of staff we saw in the lift even thanked us for staying! We were kindly upgraded as it was my partners birthday and we were absolutely thrilled with our suite and the special touches - thank you so much! Views were beautiful, and everything in the room was of excellent quality and so many details to make the stay very comfortable. The sofa was not for relaxing on though 🤣 The look and feel of the place was clean, modern and different. Loved the gym, pool and sauna too. We didn’t eat in the hotel as there was so much choice nearby, so can’t comment on that. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in London.

GOOD modern, beautiful, well-equipped hotel, nice staff, very clean, comfortable beds, very quiet (great insulation), great views from pretty much all rooms, good breakfast (but a la carte). coffee also good for England. All in all a great weekend, we would book the hotel again. BATH ;-) Pool opening times are very limited unfortunately.. (I think in the evenings 6-9 p.m.), breakfast is very good and good service, but when it is full (popular time 10 a.m.) you could wait 15-20 minutes for a coffee, that it's a pity..

Superb hotel, magnificent architecture and a modern and contemporary style that is very pleasant to look at. Super comfortable rooms with breathtaking views. Special mention to Michel who was very friendly during check out and showed us where the two banksy were! Thanks again. We have already planned to return perhaps when the art gallery and the rooftop are accessible.

From the moment we first stepped into the hotel lobby we were blown away. The video wall installation really is stunning. Staff welcoming and helpful and even though we were early our room was ready. We were wowed again as we stepped onto our 15th floor king city view room. The floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views were just amazing. Large and very comfy bed, techno gadget to control air con, lights and even the curtains! The only thing missing was a mirror at the dressing table. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts both mornings and cocktails in the bar both evenings. Honestly, best hotel stay in London and being so easy to get to, we will be back.

My girlfriend and I stayed the night for her birthday and had an absolutely amazing time. Such an incredible experience right from check in to check out! Everyone was incredible friendly and attentive, the pool was amazing as was the city view room along with an amazing big bath tub and shower! Will absolutely be coming again!

Last weekend, my family and I stayed at the sprawling brand new Artotel in Hoxton . It was an awesome experience. We were greeted by Aida, who was very charming. Mohammed and Rizwan were very pleasant at the reception and did the check-in very flawlessly. After a bubby offered by Aida , we went to the rooms. The rooms were amazing and spectacular skyline city view. As it was my spouse birthday celebrations we had a lovely 🍾 🥂 on ice and a delicious chocolate mousse cake and an assortment of lovely mini cup cakes on a beautiful homebaked shortbread with different colorful edible butter icing resembling a painter 🎨 . The rooms from the 12th floor had beautiful views. We made our way to the spa and were greeted by a very cheerful spa manager, Liliana, who patiently showed us the Spa,Sauna,Gym and the amazing indoor pool The facilities were fantastic and we felt rejuvenated & relaxed after using the gym,swimmingpool,steam room and sauna. The evening at the Brush restaurant was very eventful. Chef Ryan Matheson (Executive Chef) and his team delighted us with his culinary delights. .He came to the table and exchanged pleasantries. What then followed was a Culinaire delight. Steak tartar for the connoisseur, padron pepper,freshly baked,sourdough, flatbread topped with heritage tomatoes, mushrooms, and truffle,were simply delicious. For mains, we had monkfish with a mussel veloute,oven baked salmon.The hispi cabbage were simply out of the world.A crunch in every bite with amazing textures and flavours.A must try for all and for the vegetarians. Delicious baby heritage 🥕 and French beans were excellent accompaniments .Raaul brought all our dishes with a smile and enticed us.The children enjoyed every bit of his witty talks when he came to the table. The home baked Creme Brule was perfect with a crunch on the top, and so was the choux with a delicious mango,cream filling. The ambiance in the restaurant was lovely. A perfect evening. The following morning we had a very relaxed breakfast at the Brush restaurant. Ansisley took our orders and brought the hot beverages to the table and asked for top ups.The breakfast a la carte dishes were amazing.The banana bread with fruit compote stood out.There is a variety of dishes to choose from the menu for every taste bud.Chef Ryan and his team of talented chefs are on top of their game. The restaurant manager and his team delighted every guests. We had a great stay. Than you Alex Kruger (General Manager) and your amazing team for looking after us and making it very special. I recently visited at Radisson Art'otel Hoxton and had an amazing experience. I was looking for place to host my parents for my convocation in London. A receptionist named Hardik went above and beyond to show the unique concept of the hotel, the live music,street art are really charming. Definitely going with this one.

I recently stayed at Artotel and let me tell you, it was amazing! The hotel has such a cool and artsy vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. And oh my goodness, Maheema, the concierge, was an absolute superstar! She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. She gave me great recommendations for places to visit and even helped me with reservations. Not only that, but she went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met during my stay. From the moment I arrived at Artotel Hoxton, the staff specifically Maheema made me feel like a VIP. I can't thank her enough for making my stay so memorable. If you ever get the chance to stay at Artotel Hoxton, definitely give Maheema a shoutout!

Have just come home from a one night stay at the Art'otel Hoxton. Upon arrival my son and I were greeted by the porter, Steven, who really made us feel very welcome. The reception team were all very helpful and looked after everything, including leaving us a tasty artist palette in the room. Food in the restaurant was all delicious and the D Muffin for breakfast was a real treat. Had a few cocktails in the bar as well and our server Joanna recommend Mr Chat which hit the spot! We will definitely be returning soon.

The service at this Hotel was nothing short of amazing. Me and my brother stayed here for a night and we were both very impressed after we left. Great and tasty food, exceptional service and beautiful decorated rooms (and the hotel in general). One of the employees named Adam should also be praised for being quite helpful and kind. 10/10 experience throughout Overall excellent stay at Art’Otel Hoxton. All the food was very well made, and the staff are very hospitable. Public areas are thoughtfully designed, with beautiful furniture and great amenities. No issues with cleanliness in the rooms either. The Banksy artworks are also incorporated nicely at the entrance. Thoroughly impressive guest experience and a beautifully presented hotel.

Had a tour around this hotel. It is already stunning and not even complete. Will bring great vibes and atmosphere to the area. 🙌🙌

No opinion, the construction that is still ongoing tho, is very very annoying. Hearing unstoppable drill noises from the construction up until 12am is actually crazy. Sort it out, don’t think this is legal either.

Not sure about all the negative reviews here, but this is a brand new hotel which isn't even open yet! Looks beautiful in my opinion!

It's an incredible place. First, it is a significant part of the Battersea architecture. Second, it is located in the middle of a magnificent collection of stores, shops, and beautiful apartments. And perhaps most of all is the Power Plant and its four majestic chimneys. A must see if you are in London.

The room doesn’t have a wall and someone drawn on the ceiling. Bit of a let down, might come back when it’s open.
