Brilliant chippy, there’s very often a queue out of the door. Freshly cooked produce and served efficiently.

Best fish and chip shop in the area. Chips are thick and tasty. Fish has a lovely batter and plenty of meat on it.

A great place to get fish and chips in Leighton Buzzard. Staff are friendly and the food is great. Prices seem a little higher than some others once you factor in portion sizes, but to be honest I’m usually happier with a meal from here than one of those others.

5* Thank you for such a great fish and chips! First time here and drove from Milton Keynes after struggling to find a good chippy in the area. So glad we managed to find this place. The gentleman was so friendly and polite and the food was brilliant. We have now claimed this as our top Chippy, it’s worth the small drive and the food was amazing :)

We ordered 12 medium cod and chips to be collected at 12.30 on 2nd September 2023. They were ready on time and with friendly greetings from the staff. As usual the food was exceptional and all 12 of us cleared our plates. Congratulations to Linslade Fish Bar for providing the best of everything.

Always have a warm welcome from all of the crew and the food is amazing. Well worth the money. Only downside is they only take cash payments. Need to invest in a card reader,

Been coming here for nearly 35 years.. they’re the best fish & chips, by far. I’ve tried many other shops but they all pale in comparison to Linslade Fish Bar. The staff are all very friendly and chatty, in a genuine way. Keep up the good work my friends. I’ll be seeing you again very soon.

I wouldnt bother guys. Theres a value for money when spending. The fish is small and basic. Chips no taste to them. Cheap basic sausage. I wouldnt bother going in. Save your money and get a dirty kebab down the road.

Nice food but the thing that struck me the most was the staff sooo nice, and the way the owner possibly, was talking to a younger lad working there just came across as a very nice man interested in his staff really impressed me was lovely to hear. Ps nice uniforms and looked very clean aswell in there which is a must.

Delicious fish and chips. Fish is always very fresh and cooked to perfection. Scampi very good too. The owners are very helpful and nice. 100% happy customer.

A classic old-skool British Chippy!! Yes it could do with a refurbishment/modernised but then maybe the way it is is part of its charm?! My parents used to own a Chippy so I know about how these places work, this one does nice chips with clean oil (chips very pale in colour). Prices seemed reasonable although there is quite a difference in the price between small - large chips, I ordered large and to me it seemed quite a small portion… maybe the guy misheard me?! I had a curry sauce which luckily is a nice one. Parking is on the street, plenty of spaces when I went which was mid-week around 6pm. Be aware they still request you wear a mask. It annoys me when places still demand this as no one carries masks any more so you turn up without one and can’t order food… very annoying! Also be aware they accept cash only.

Pies and chips one of the best I've tasted, not to expensive and the staff are very friendly can get busy.

The fish and chips here have gone up in my estimations since the old owner left and I shall be visiting regularly

2 large chips ordered, person serving (owner?) said 'one portion coming up slightly small, what else do you want, its on me'. When I got them home I couldn't see any difference in the portion sizes, plus I had a free sausage. Lovely chips, good price, excellent service. I wish them well!

Our local Fish & Chip shop, has a wide selection of food, value for money and hospitable staff. Friday night is exceptionally busy, so best to call in advance and place an order for collection. Parking can be difficult so best park around the corner to collect.

Do not waist your money please go somewhere else. visit this establishment on Friday two large fish and chips at a cost of £17.50 what a con one peace of sopose to be large was Small so much batter the other peace of fish the batter wasn’t cook properly will never go there again .

Best chippy in Leighton Buzzard by far. Has a 5/5 food hygiene rating. I have no idea what's going on with anyone that gave it a poor rating. Everything is delicious- big servings and great prices. We always call ahead and have only had to wait on Friday nights. They move very quick to get everyone served. The curry sauce is actually a bit spicy. The battered sausage is delicious, as are the cod, chips, onion rings, mushy peas, and baked beans. I would really recommend walking there as parking over there is a nightmare and really so is traffic in general these days. The staff are lovely.

I chose something i haven't eaten for a long time.( Rock which is gurnet.).Absolutely fabulous,cooked today order and chips to match.If you haven't tried it I recommend you do.

Have been here many time of my 10+ years and LB and it is easily yhe best Fishbar I have used. Ever. Chips are the best you'll find, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I've not been in for a while after moving further out but they guys behind the fryer still appeared to recognise me. Felt like visiting old friends when I walked in. Cannot recommend higher. Worth a visit even from outside of the town.
