The Garlic Honey Paneer is incredible. I'd have two of these as a main when i next order. the flavours are really nice. I'll echo a similar review in regards to the butter chicken tasting more similar to a korma. But overall absolutely excellent.

As always the Food was fabulous , but it’s now the second time we have ordered on line for a delivery, and there was a long delay..

ordered about 7.40pm ... arrived at 9.40pm ..... two hours Original text was 20.06 .... but they were slow slow late

We've been ordering takeaway from Ivory Lounge for years - when we moved to the area, we tried all the local places and Ivory Lounge's food was by far the best and this continues to be the case! Delivery time is also brilliant.

Pros - delivered early. Partner's Chicken Korma was decent. Cons - I asked for a veggie biryani and a garlic and onion rice. Got 2 tubs of Biryani, no garlic and onion rice. Ordered "butter" curry sauce to go with Biryani. Got something that strongly resembled Korma. Which I detest. Had to put curry powder in to make it edible. How do take aways get this basic stuff wrong? Like: I place and pay for an order, send me my order. How hard can that be? Incompetent. Won't be using again.

Best Indian around you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from a popular Indian restaurant in Biggleswade until I saw that the food hygiene rating was low. I saw that ivory Lounge was 5 star, so ordered and wow it was fantastic. First thing you notice (when compared to other restaurants) is the food is not swimming in oil. It tasted absolutely superb. Above average, onion bhajis were really nice but not hot same with rice, curry was Above average but only luke warm as well. I did enjoy the food overall though. It was Saturday night so maybe busy

A little late but people often can't find us!

Chicken tikka had no taste very bland, they've given no mint sauce with the starters like they usually do and the onion bhaji very very small only 2 bite size pieces.

The Ivory Lounge is a lovely restaurant with a relaxing environment to dine in. The service is very professional and friendly and, most importantly, great food. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate any food allergies and intolerances. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend The Lounge. We have been twice in the last month for 2 birthdays, and both times we absolutely loved it. Food is delicious, and I think its reasonably priced (table of 7, starters mains and a few sides, plus 11 drinks averaged out at £25 a head) The staff are all really lovely, bartenders and waiters, im sure the kitchen staff are too, we just don't get to see them lol. The young lads (school age ) waiters do such a great job as well, all lovely and polite, smartly kept, so nice to see. We order takeaway from here too and we are never disappointed.

Very nice staff there who spoke really kindly and smiled when i came to collect my order. Food was absolutely amazing, never had one bad thing from this restaurant and this is the only Indian restaurant I like food from. I highly recommend.

We absloutely love this place the staff are incredible with us and our son who is autistic they go above and beyond in every way shape and form and the food is always impeccable we tend to come around 5.30 as it is more quiet for our son but even when we came on one occasion when it was busy they were fantastic we are always here even though we have now moved out of sandy this is the curry house we choose everytime. Space is beautiful and always spotless. The new guys who are working there are also doing really well and clearly are having fanatic training well done guys your smashing it x

The food is always (always!) perfect. I highly recommend Ivory.

I'm not sure if the cook mixed up the salt and sugar but the food was sickeningly sweet. My husband and I couldn't finish our food and we were starving. It was just so sweet, like a dessert curry. I ordered the Tikka masala and it was yellow, gritty and sugary. The garlic naan was delicious but unfortunately couldn't save the rest of the meal.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff here, who let us know they're planning to add to their vegan selection soon, and even asked if we'd like to contribute ideas. The food was delicious, and we're happy that they have vegan options.

So I love lamb and i got a lamb masala The lamb was horrid so tough I couldn’t eat I had an op today and not up for much to eat so trying to chew on a bit of tough chewy lamb was horrid I will not be getting anything here again badly cooked

We went and dined for the first time tonight and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful environment, welcoming, polite staff and some of the best Indian dishes I've had. We could tell it was made to order by how fresh it all was. We will definitely be returning and ordering through takeaway too.

Good food. No smell of stale oil from food. Very well cooked. I felt that Garlic honey paneer had sugar and not honey. Glad to find a decent Indian restaurant nearby. It’s not authentic taste but near authentic.

Delivered a real chicken masala instead of a vegan masala!! Only realised as I was eating the meat. For somebody who hasn't eaten meat for many years, this was mortifying! Only offer from Just Eat was a credit to the value of the chicken masala!! I'm not happy... this is no way to put right a bad situation

Only 4 stars overall as I've only had takeaway so far! Excellent quality food and good range of dishes. Menu is excellent and all marked up with allergens which for someone with Coeliac is amazing! Well done and thank you! 😊

Shan was great food was nice. Some issues with the order but the staff were polite and attentive and sorted it in the end.

Delivery woman could not find the place but food was still nice and warm. Amazing flavour and would definitely recommend their food.

Waited for 2 hours. Service was awful. Staff kept lying to me about how long it would take saying that it was only 5 minutes until my food was done. I proceeded to wait for another hour before leaving. There were several other people who had also waited over an hour and a half / 2 hours to get food. The worst service I have ever experienced.

Food and service is usually fantastic. Delivery took 3 hours, called 3 times and each time told food was leaving and obviously hadn’t. Advised it was very busy but no real accountability taken or offer of a partial refund even for delivery. Honesty about the actual delivery wait would have made matters more understanding. Some items arrived hot others didn’t. Extremely disappointed, especially with the customer service.

Chips were soggy and cold, the salt and chili chicken was not worth the price for a quarter of a box of chicken pieces. Korma was good and delivered hot but overall disappointed

Not happy it's new year eve I paid £53 They forgot a dish I got it 5 minutes which was OK but then I had a nother problem they said it was busy they would take my details I said don't worry and wished them a happy new year Shan't be ordering again

been using this place for years even before it changed but this will be the last time.lucky if there was 1 table spoon of aloo chat the korma tasted like it was watered down and old the rice was ok what a shame never again. shame i cant give 0 stars

Normally very good but today 2hrs 20mins late, the meal was only lukewarm and customer service at restaurant and driver was passing the buck blaming each other to why they were late. Not very happy.

After extensive research, Ivory Lounge is the best in Sandy.

This was my first time ordering from here, the food was delicious and hot when it arrived, the delivery driver was friendly and the all round experience was a positive one. Highly recommended 👌
