This is our new favourite Chinese but after this delivery they stopped delivering to us...please come back 😢 we miss you

I fully understand how busy restaurants can get, but to have an order placed at 18:15 and not to receive it until 9 pm was frustrating. Wasn’t hungry anymore by the time it arrived !

2 hours late from the original delivery time but there isn’t an option for that. The food was cold and like cardboard. Never ordering from there again.

Phoned the restaurant after 1hour 30mins to be told they hadn’t received my order so I requested a refund. then ordered else where then 3hours and 30mins after I ordered they turn up at my door with food. What a shambles worst delivery service I’ve ever had and it seems ordering from juts eat gets worse as time goes on.

Best Chinese ever will never go anywhere else, generous portions, food is always hot

Glad we ignored all the negative reviews and ordered anyway. Constant updates via just eat to let us know our order was on its way. Thick layer of prawns on the prawn toast, super fresh spring rolls . Only down side was the egg fried rice was a tad stodgy.

No faults with the food always comes warm and there’s always plenty of food, my favourite place to order from by far.

The delivery took far to long,almost 2 hours ,once the food came it was stone cold.highly disappointed as I always order from here

Delivery took 3 phone calls and was 2 hours late and cold when arrived asked for refund and denied very very poor service

The restaurant kept changing the delivery time and when I called they were very very rude, we will not order with them again although the food was very good

Food was good and did arrive hot but we ordered at 7.30 and it didn't arrive until 9.45

Food took 2 hours to arrive, and then arrived cold, with stale prawn crackers!

Go here all the time, always delicious, takes a while to cook and arrive but always worth it

Usually the food is spot on but tonight the food was old, dry, cold and just greasy and disgusting.

I’ve really struggled to find a Chinese within collection/ delivery distance that I’ve enjoyed but this has been the absolute best so far, I’d go as far to say they’ve overtook my old local! Food was delicious (both times me and my partner have ordered), delivery was fast and portions great- thank you for the free prawn crackers!!

Delivery was really late, over an hour after the delivery estimate provided when the order was placed

Terrible food worst Chinese ever eaten Rice too sticky and dry Thai curry too watery

revived one wrong meal, other than that food is amazing.

Hot, tasty and enjoyable. One of the better Chinese places we have had in Staffordshire. Only thing for me was a few too many onions but I prefer my meat to vegetables so self preference on that note. Thank you. Will be trying again

the delivery driver was shouting at me on the phone and was cursing at me for no reason it made me very distraught and i lost my appetite

Was awful just gave us 6 samosas instead of what was meant to be in the box and some just had one chunk of unspecified meat in and very upset we didnt have anything that was meant to be in the box bar 2 very skinny ribs and samosas

Unfortunately this was one of the worst Chinese meals we have had. Not authentic at all. Breaded crab claws were not breaded but covered in some kind of stodgy batter and then covered in what can only be described as salad cream??? Thai green curry was in a thick gelatinous sauce as was the crispy beef. Neither of which should have been. Sadly will never be ordering again. Very disappointing.

i rang the restaurant and they was shouting at me violently on the phone and my order was a mess when arrived all was cold and gravy had leaked

Wrong item was sent. Delivery took nearly 2 hours and you're unable to contact the restaurant by telephone. Appears they keep their line constantly engaged so they do not have to answer calls.

Really enjoyed our meal, accurate delivery time, food Still hot enough when arrived. Will order from them again.

No bottle of coke and waited 1hr 40 mins for delivery terrible service

Decided to give Lins another go after the debacle of our last experience and pleasantly surprised on how quick the delivery was this time. My only gripe was the food wasn't hot enough and we had to microwave it a little bit, hey ho that's how it goes when you choose to have your food delivered compared to picking it up yourself. Thank you Lins of Burslem for a tasty meal in the end 👍🏻

A bit slow on the delivery side, but the food was great tasting and freshly made. The meal was super hot temperature wise, which is what you want.

It is two and half hours now and still no order delivered. Restaurant is no picking up and phone is immediately disconnected when I try to call

I ordered duck curry which was ok except that the duck consisted mostly of soggy skin. Delivery was quick and the guy was nice.

Excellent delivery time, food was hot. It just all tasted the same. Every meal had the same taste, it was pretty rank and watery. Maybe it’s just not to my taste because others on here seem to enjoy it. Didn’t enjoy it, first time I’ve ever left food and im a greedy cow 😂 sorry Lins

No prawns in the prawn special curry. Very claggy fried rice. Very soggy crispy beef. I wont bother ordering again. 22 quid wasted

The best salt and chilli squid I've ever had.... absolutely delicious and the beef chow mein and cantonese style sweet and sour king prawns also amazing :-). Top quality take away food. x

Food arrived two hours after ordering as and when food did arrive it wasn’t what I ordered. Part of my order was correct but rest was incorrect, asked for egg fried rice but got some sort of noodles / bean sprouts.

Amazing service from these at Lins. Food was red hot and even put us some freebies in. Never disappoint us! Local takeaway and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Chinese :)

The food was a bit disappointing this time, the standard is usually a lot better than tonight’s meal. The batter on the sweet and sour chicken was soggy which made it inedible!

Absolutely disgusted with them. Ordered before with no issues. However this time they took too long to bring the food, then it came and 3 items were incorrect , the rice was over cooked. Called them and just asked for the 3 items to be picked up and the correct ones be sent or refunded. They point blank refused and just told me it’s ‘too late they are busy’ the man was shouting at me down the phone, I was not rude I simply asked for the correct food. I then replied to say I would contact trading standards he continued to shout at me and put the phone down then blocked my number from calling. Stay far away, I’ll never be going back

Ordered food at 8pm... 9.45 was still waiting as food said it was on the way (30 mins from this point) despite being very close by.. rang the restaurant 59 times but no answer... clearly everyone else doing thre same thing. Over 2 hours for food 5 mins away and no reason why phones are not being picked up at all when I asked delivery man. Food was aired and like it had been re heated chips soggy crispy balls sogy amd mushy.. shocking service will not be ordering again

I tried the duck in plum sauce for a change and it was delicious 😋 my daughter had the lemon chicken as usual, but it is a favorite for both of us. Always a lovely service and arrives on time or early. Thank you.

Waited over an hour for cold food that was wrong and the compensated bottle of coke was open. The spicy chicken had beef and chips in it.

King prawn in salt & chilli was amazing, spring roll cooked to perfection and the chips nice and hot, delivered on time too!

Don’t bother, they take order but can’t deal with it. Very disappointing as I’ve had enjoyed meal before from there

First time trying here and will definitely be going back, the food was piping hot and delicious and the prices were reasonable too.

Ordered a special chowmein. There was absolutely nothing special about it. It came with no veg. Just noodles and meat. It was meant to be in a sauce but it was dry. There was ONE prawn in the whole chowmein. Just crap. Stay clear.

Wasn’t impressed at all a first time customer I gave them an hour and half to deliver and it took me to ring them for them to say it’s on the way maybe.

Food was very poor. Local chinese was closed so came here, wish i saved my money. Very greasy, not very filling and overly fatty. Very not happy.

Rang for a delivery at 9 o’clock I did not receive the food till half 11
