Fantastic Italian deli. Great range of pasta, cheese and cured meat (especially Guanciale which is not easy to find). Really helpful and pleasant staff. Highly recommended

They served me an alcoholic beer despite confirming three times that I wanted 0%. It was unsettling, and when I explained the seriousness of the mistake, they seemed indifferent. Overall, the atmosphere and service were off-putting.

They served my sober boyfriend alcohol. Realised too late. Pretty much as bad as it gets to be honest…

The deli closes 30mins before stated closing time, as they clean down early. You can still buy cupboard goods but at this time you'll have to get past the bouncer first!

I complained in November 2023 about the dreadful service. Received an email telling me to email in my details where someone would be in touch. They stated they’d put things right and get right back to me as they value customers. Biggest load of old cobblers. It’s now May 2024. Nobody has come back to me and, nobody has put things right. Also the email address no longer accepts emails. Stinking service, poor products and owners who don’t care. Reporting them to trading standards as the service is none existent. They simply want money but the staff are rude, abrupt and bone idle. Try Camissa and Son 2 minutes away. They appreciate customers and give service with a smile or, try the wonderful deli on lupus Street Pimlico. Area manager contacted me. I discussed the issue, 6 months later. Had to chase for a response which I finally got yesterday. They deny I was there. Yet I have a receipt to prove what I bought, how much I spent and the date I was there. Shoddy excuses. Not once did he ask for my receipt. I have a valid receipt. I reiterate, AVOID THIS COMPANY. CAMISA AROUND THE CORNER APPRECIATE CUSTOM ! Never had anything wrong at Camisa and Son.

Basement cocktail bar away from the crowds in Soho. Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean toilet. Only wanted a cocktail but got served nuts, olives and picked veg to nibble.

I went in this grocery today for lunch and I had mezzelune burro & salvia and a focaccia; after living two years in London I can finally say I found a place that can make good Italian style pasta. Hand made. Service is also nice there was a nice lady at the front. It’s not pricey at all.

I had a rocket, fried chicken and mayo sandwich, it was suitably delicious.

They have all Italian cheeses and even nduja, I loved their selection of fresh pasta! Friendly staff too

The Deli is open since 1944!!! Federica, Marco and Team are superb, amazing knowledge of the italian products the have in stock, seems to be back in Italy! I highly recommend the shop to everyone who loves italy!

Normally a reasonable selection of deli products, however, shop around not far from the Brewer Street Deli & the same items are considerably cheap e.g. chocolate crissini Lina Store £16.99 , elsewhere £10-£11 which is an extortionate mark up. They have lost my trade .

We've been looking for an Italian deli for a while to get Guanciale, and the only place we found was Lina Stores. Everyone is so friendly and attentive, we would come here again!

I love this deli! It's been around since I was a kid and like a step back into history before supermarkets and self-service took over. The best place to get guanciale and pecorino for carbonara.

I purchased some items yesterday because I was told that this is the best Italian delicatessen in town. I have to respectfully disagree. focaccia was old and stale, far from being fresh, mortadella way to thinly sliced… overall cost way to high. If you can, find an Italian delicatessen near where you live, I am positive it will be far better. I will never be going or recommending Lina store.

Only had coffee there so far, but it was genuinely amazing. Proper quality beans and very well made. Was well priced for the area too.

This is such a lovely shop where you can find all the goodness from Italy, the staff is so friendly, i highly recommend it if you are lookup for high quality products and an excellent service!

It is very clean, staff are friendly and the quality of the products are great, I wish they have the prices of the products sticked in the packages or in the shelves, I spent about £60 but could have spent more if the prices were visible, quite annoying having to ask someone how much an item cost everytime, as a customer I think value for money is also important.

They should not feel awkward about clearly pricing all the items in their store, it may stop many people from walking out without buying, not because they lack the money but due to the high relevance of sincerity.

Delicious pasta. Oh my God, it was so good. Point deducted because I felt like the portion size could have been just a tad bigger. Maybe because I didn’t get any entree but I don’t think it should always be necessary (especially if not were that appealing to me). I love that the waiter recommended this pasta to me and I’m super glad he did. It was the sausage with mushrooms and I ended up having another soon after finishing this one. I left the restaurant dreaming about this pasta so I will deffo be back. My friend had the pumpkin one which was also very nice.

A famous Italian deli that deserves its reputation. Great for all sorts of ingredients, but the sandwiches are particularly good. Today for £7 I got a delicious ricotta and mortadella sandwich on toasted focaccia. It was simple but delicious. Each of the ingredients was of excellent quality. The service is great and it's also just a beautiful place to go inside.

It's a wonderful deli, not a restaurant/cafe. Delicious food to go. Our favourite for that real coffee break ( cake ! )closest to the Gielgud Theatre Nevertheless. has 3 tables outside so service at a table after ordering inside from mouth-watering choice inside this, the original Lina business. Alternatively there is seating in St Anne's churchyard nearby to eat your goodies. The Italian food available and treats are sensational and justly famous. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely deli. Grabbed a sandwich, coffee and piece of cake. Yummy. Just a few stools inside and some tables outside. Bought some of their fresh ravioli for dinner. Really nice and super helpful staff making sure we knew the right cooking time for each type.

Lina stores was a somewhat nice experience. Visited the soho branch and was warmly welcomed and seated (but not straight away). I had the truffle and Parmesan pasta, which was very tasty but the portion size was so small considering the price - I finished it in 5 minutes. Solely based on that, I wouldn’t go back again. The cannollo was incredible! The ricotta was perfect and enjoyed the fact they had different flavours on each end. We did however witness guests being asked to move seats, another party come in and become disgruntled straight away (resulting in a long and unhappy conversation with the manager), then finally the card machine didn’t work and we had to wait 20 minutes for it to be fixed and pay our bill. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend but I guess it’s just another one of those chain Italian restaurants in central London. Not worth the hype.

So happy to see this gem back in business after the pandemic. Fresh pasta, cheese, cold cuts, home made sauces and Italian cakes, biscuits and puddings will make you swoon. And spend money. The shop is an aesthete's delight with its pistachio green tiling and striping. All that is glamorous, sensuous and delicious aboot Italia (except the football) come together in Lina Stores.

Not a fan of the Baci Brownie. It's certainly chocolately, but not fudgy and doesn't have the texture of a brownie. And there's not much Baci - just a little sprinkled on top. I had never tried Baci before so was eager to try this brownie, and there definitely wasn't enough Baci to distinguish the taste.

Great little Italian store in Soho. The reason for visiting again was to try a couple of cannoli's. They were only a couple left, since it was late. Extremely fresh and delicious.

This is a place where to go and grab a nice Italian food. Decorations all over the year change and if you pass by around this days you will see a nice Easter decoration with plenty of chocolate eggs. Nice welcoming from the team always ready to help you in your decisions. Recommended

Lost its charm and quality of produce, I was sold cold cuts that were clearly past the sell by date (and at extortionate price), they really smelt bad when I unpacked them at home, which is not far from the shop, so can't have gone bad in transit... one of the top rated Italian food restaurants in the town, the served a variety of pastas that’s homemade with very delicious taste 🤤🤤 we ordered from the appetizer menu the Arancini which is basically two frided ball of parimizan moxed with other stuff and one topped with pear 🍐 jam and the other topped with truffle .. we also ordered from the pasta menu the Gnudi alla sorrentina which is 3 balls of melted ricotta mixed with spinach and underlined with tomato sauce and taste like heaven 🤩.. also we ordered the tagliolin truffle and it delicious but little bit oily. If you buy this on Deliveroo expect to make the food at home yourself. I thought it would be already prepared but when it arrived my pasta was frozen. Meaning that I had to cook it myself.

It's hard to find italian cheese apart from parmigiano, but here you have a great choice! Meat and fresh pasta are a must too. A bit priced but it's normal if you want high quality.

Lovely shop with lots of excellent Italian delicacies! If you have a bit of a bigger budget and are looking for top Italian products then this is the place for you! Also the guys in the shop are great. Following very closely COVID rules as well as there are only 2 customers allowed in the shop at one time.

A good quality Italian Deli in the heart of Soho. Price a bit too high , especially for the pasta and the sauces.Good if you are looking for something genuine like cheese or meat . Fast service and very friendly staff.

It was the first time I tried the coffee here. Understandably, I had to queue for a few minutes as only 2 people are allowed in the shop at once. The social distancing measures are taken seriously, there were perspex screen guards at the counter, all staff were wearing face masks, there was anti-bac hand gel by the door for customers. The seating area outside was clean. The coffee was good quality and the cappuccino/ macchiato were made well, compared to other places I find are unable to froth the milk. Well- priced coffee considering the area it is in. The alternative milks available were soya and oat. I’d definitely grab a coffee here again!

Nothing they dont carry, and their lunch offerings are off the chain. Great staff to boot, they really know their onions (and breads and meats)

We were after some cannoli to take home and after reading the reviews, paid this lovely Italian deli a visit. What a wee treasure trove this place is, filled with Italian goodies. We ordered cannoli which was made to order and which we collected later in the day (it was utterly delicious). We really could have bought a bagful of stuff from the place and it's certainly a place we'll head to during our next visit to London. If you love Italian food, it's well worth a visit.

Sempre bello trovare i prodotti della propria terra anche oltremanica. Tuttavia, anche prima di questa brexit, i prezzi eranonun tantino alti e lo sono ancora se non piu costosi. Ovviamente la qualità c'è e l'italianitá pure ma per il portafoglio non è un granché.

Absolutely mind blowing food! Simple yet classic Italian Deli/Restaurant. The ingredients are always fresh and the ravioli are made on site that day. I took home some veal,courgette & mint and pumpkin ravioli my favourite was the courgette and mint. I recommend going to visit them beautiful place.

Best espresso in London. Even after a long day, I pop into Lina's to get a espresso and I walk out of there happy. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for authentic Italian items. Also the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful store with large selection of great, but pricey, Italian delicatessen goods. Have introduced a tiny coffee bar Italian style meant for knocking back a quick espresso and then on your way. Ready made pasta is very good too.

Went to buy pasta today and a guy with a lot rings on his face served me. He charged me the price for 300g but only gave me 200g real pasta. The rest are the box and powder.
