Great extensive Chinese menu with all the usuals plus specials. Very tasty and good service. I’d definitely revisit when I’m next in the area

Have been here several times. Normally ok. Food was dreadful. Sorry but can’t lie spare ribs to start. Tough as owt Honey n lemon chicken. Pile o gloop just. Fried rice was fine Chow mein. Minging. Sorry Steve but you need to sort it out as we will not be back.

Best chineese in duns, new owners took over a few years back and totally transformed the place. Wouldn’t go elsewhere. Foods delicious and there more than willing to assist in any needs!

We both enjoy our weekly treat at this takeaway ..it is a lovely experience the man is so very friendly .making it a pleasure for us. i.m vegetarian and i have the vegetarian curry .with fried rice which i love .the food is lovely and the portion sizes are very generous and its a good price too. Well done Lin Vo keep up your good work.

Have ordered from this place many times before it changed hands, but after tonight neither of us will be back, not only did we have to wait an hour for our order, but he got the order slightly wrong, which we were willing to overlook, but one of us found not one but two hairs, when went to complain about the order the guy didn’t want to know, the chips were dry, the curry was oily and the only decent part of the order was the prawn crackers, avoid at all costs, have added photo of one of the hairs found

Food had very hardly any flavour chips were horrible and dry and covered in pepper from a pepper shaker instead of salt and chilli chips. Service was terrible. Avoid coming here. My partners food was full of onions that were raw

Me and my friend got a Chinese from here and we couldn’t even eat it. Had we of been closer I would of returned it. Crispy beef pictures below was shocking, and the sauce that came on the side was just as bad! Not one part of our meal was nice!

the man was so friendly and polite, and very talkative. made me and my friends feel very welcome and not awkward at all. the food was lovely we even thought we should give the man a tip. the man was so lovely he refused to take our money but we left it on the counter anyway. best chinese i’ve ever eaten would highly recommend this chinese

Great takeaway if you like everything sweet, red, and gloopy. One of those places where once your leftovers have cooled down, you can turn the container over and nothing moves. Unpleasant.

We have had the salt & chillie ribs dry, very tasty, chicken & sweetcorn meal I used to have this 20yrs ago at my local Chinese it was lovely we had the lemon chicken very nice & you get a lot of chicken, fried rice was good, second time we had special Thai green curry loads of king prawns with Thai special fried rice, the curry was a strange colour but very nice so was the rice plenty of prawns chicken pineapple will be going again before we go home.

To put it simply, the worst beef curry I've had in my life. Not the slightest bit spicy but just tasted greasy. Which was a pity as the beef wasn't bad - just spoiled by the horrible curry sauce. Most of the meal went into the bin. Won't be back.

Arrived on holiday and looked for a place to get food. This came up and despite some poor reviews we tried it. We really enjoyed our take away and went back at the end of the week. So much cheaper than the pub meals around and cheaper than the take always at home too 😀😀😀

For a start they're open when they say they are. The portions are large & generally good value. It's a takeaway not haute cuisine so reel your expectations in a bit. I am minded to point out too, that libel is an offence in law, so hinting that this establishment is responsible for your dicky tummy unless you've proof would be ill advised. I've never had a bad meal from here in 3 years.

Went here for a change as we usually go to its rival in Duns, unfortunately it was closed for Chinese New Year so thought we would give it a bash. What a mistake. The curry sauce was bright yellow gloop no flavour at all like they had forgotten to put the curry powder in, was inedible, the sweet and sour chicken looked old, not freshly deep fried, it was soft not crispy and the egg fried rice was tasteless. Really we should have taken it back but we didn't think they would refund us as I suppose it's personal taste. Will never go back here, it has put us off.

Closed Monday and Tuesday and at 9.30 other nights, good size portions. Duns does not offer a lot of choice.

Overall pretty enjoyable. Good portion sizes and good value for money. Would recommend the chow Meines.

I used to think this was the best Chinese takeaway in Duns but since changing hands and its apparent refit is is nothing like it used to be
