Very disappointed to find our beef chow mein had only a few small pieces of chewy beef and the rest entirely noodles

Loads of food great service. A special mention to the young lady answering the phones … well done for handling the calls and the odd annoying looks from the boss.

Been going to Lime Ave for a long time. Tried it a few months ago when it had just changed hands and was disappointed, people taking the orders were obviously overwhelmed, order was wrong and food was cold. Went back today, hoping for some improvements and I wasn’t disappointed. Food was excellent and service was quick. Relieved that things are back to normal. If you’ve not tried it recently I can definitely recommend it.

Food awful special fried rice only had chunks of chicken and beef no pork or king prawns no egg on top. Bland not very nice

Overall it was good. Some dishes were better than others. The chicken fried rice wasn't as good as we've had elsewhere and was very greasy. Maybe this could be improved. The chips were decent enough but served in unecessary foam tray.... so bad for the environment. Why not just wrap in paper?

This is the second time I've arrived as advised (after 20 minutes) after ordering via phone and spent at least 40 minutes waiting inside the shop for my food since ownership changed. Customers who ordered in the shop after me received their food before I did. There seemed to be little to no organisation of what order to prepare food and I won't be back as I don't want to have to wait 40 minutes plus for my food when I was told it'd be 20 minutes. So far, an hour after ordering over the phone and no food yet. I'm not sure why it's quite SO busy now ownership has changed but I won't be back.

Just tried this place we had a portion of mixed meat fried rice crispy beef in Cantonese sauce spring rolls and barbecue sauce absolutely bland and disgusting made my partner physically sick after a small portion of it would not recommend stay clear

This outlet is just a 'chippy' with a good Chinese slant. 👍 It's not a bar, in any way shape or form.

The food here is lovely and excellent value for money. We are visiting the area and decided to give Lime Avenue Supper Bar a try. It was delicious food was cooked very quickly.

I've had take-out from here numerous times over the past few months since finding it. Extremely happy with the food. So much nicer than Jenirics that I've stopped going there. Service is 1000x better too, not waiting forever for average food. Highly recommend the Lime Ave Supper Bar. It's like home cooked Chinese food, instead of the rubbish you get from similar places in the area 5/5!!!

Recently been here. Food cooked fresh. Staff great. Worth coming here.

Normally top chippy, but this evening chips were not cooked properly still raw in places, went back, staff were very helpful, replaced chips and food with new food, got home again, chips were not cooked properly still again, every time I've been it's been spot on, tonight not so much.

First visit since moving to the area and made to feel welcome and had a nice chat with the staff. Food was great, this is my new regular local chippy!

Lovely food great service and good value for money

A lovely couple who own this place and we like the food but when we fancy a takeaway it's normally after we have settled down for the night and had a drink, just wish they delivered. Good luck guys

The people are professional and provide, as one would expect. After seven years, there is nothing about to which to complain. Moreover, the people are jolly good.
