Liking Chinese Takeaway in Highland

Good meal for both of us. Chips excellent. Only negative restaurant was slightly cold. Would certainly have a meal here again.

I don’t understand the negative reviews this is genuinely one of the nicest chineses we have had!! We had it twice whilst staying up in strathpeffer on holiday and it was perfect everytime, on time, flavourful, filling - absolutely lovely food - prawns were awesome, honey chilli sauce delicious, chicken balls we’re such good quality chicken, the salt and pepper chips incredible and the garlic chow mein was beautifully done. Cannot fault it one bit

This is the worst Chinese I have ever had. After waiting an hour and a half for delivery for one meal, it finally arrived. On opening the containers, the chicken curry was stone cold to the fact the curry sauce was gelled thick. Chips were also stone cold. Side dishes were past stone cold. Usually I would just throw in bin, but after spending £40 I phoned to complain to be told that they didn't care. Shocked for once I didn't have an answer. Please do not entertain and waste your money on this establishment.

After all the reviews i was scared to buy a food from this takeway but just because there is no another option and i was really starving I decided to risk and to buy Sweet and Savory Chicken and Fried Rice.. Owner was friendly and food was hot but really nice and delicious.. I am really impressed cause the points are low and reviews are bad but actually the food is really nice and I didn’t find any hair or something so feel safe to order and eat!! 😊😊

Fantastic food and service, good sized portions and pleasant surroundings for eating in. Busy for takeaways but we were served quickly. House wine was poor but Singha bottled beer was a good alternative. Very friendly front of house staff. Definitely recommend

This is a new restaurant and takeaway in Strathpeffer. There is plenty of competition in nearby Dingwall but we thought we'd try a takeaway. Service is quick, friendly and prices are reasonable. We ordered Szechuan beef, king prawns with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and duck with pineapple. All were very nice, the only minor issue was no water chestnuts in the king prawn dish. Buoyed by this new find we purchased a second takeaway and were sadly dissapointed. I ordered kung po chicken. The result looked as if someone had started on a sweet and sour dish and changed their mind half way through cooking. It contained pineapple, a few cashew nuts and chicken deep fried to the point of being tough. All smothered in a very sweet sauce. The rest of the family were similarly dissapointed. Given the excellent meal we were provided with on our first visit I don't know what to advise. Chef's night off?

Wir haben tatsächlich noch nie qualitativ so schlecht asiatisch gegessen! Alles schmeckte künstlich und sah gefärbt und unnatürlich aus! Noch dazu überteuert und Kreditkarten werden nicht akzeptiert!

When your food comes out five minutes after ordering you can guarantee it's microwave and not fresh. Also, my wife found a long black hair in her food (neither of us has long black hair!). Poor.

Typical Chinese takeaway. Reasonable menu but a bit pricey. This is a cash only establishment, but customers don't appear to be told so until after having ordered. The man taking my order told me that the only cashpoint in the village is in the local shop. He didn't tell me that the cash machine charges £1.75 for service. He also charges 50p per set of chopsticks and 10p for the bag your food comes in. Liking needs to let customers know these things up-front.
